Abstract
本发明涉及一种清洗剂组合物,包括磷酸三钠、腐植酸钠、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯、水解聚马来酸酐、片碱、膦酸盐、水,各组分的质量份数为:磷酸三钠10‑40、腐植酸钠1‑5、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯10‑20、水解聚马来酸酐6‑15、片碱5‑14、膦酸盐8‑10、水40‑50。本发明对人体皮肤无伤害,无残留,对食物、环境无污染;本发明中无起泡剂,漂洗方便,节省用水量;适用广泛,如陶瓷器具、织物、家具的清洗,水果外皮消毒,环境消毒,卫生间改味等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种清洗剂组合物。
背景技术
现有的清洁产品以化工原料为主,大量采用强氧化剂,使用过程中对人的皮肤有伤害,会有残留,对食物、环境有污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的清洗剂组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种清洗剂组合物,包括磷酸三钠、腐植酸钠、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯、水解聚马来酸酐、片碱、膦酸盐、水,各组分的质量份数为:磷酸三钠10-40、腐植酸钠1-5、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯10-20、水解聚马来酸酐6-15、片碱5-14、膦酸盐8-10、水40-50。
作为优选,所述的清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述清洗剂组合物各组分的质量份数为:磷酸三钠27、腐植酸钠3、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯15、水解聚马来酸酐9、片碱5、膦酸盐8、水50。
作为优选,所述的清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述磷酸三钠为非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂。
作为优选,所述清洗剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤 :
1) 将磷酸三钠、腐植酸钠加入搅拌缸中,加入缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯,搅拌均匀 ;
2) 向搅拌缸均匀加入水解聚马来酸酐,高速搅拌分散 ;
3)在酸催化剂下使片碱与膦酸盐产生加成反应。;
4) 倒入所给质量份数的水,加热20分钟即可。
本发明对人体皮肤无伤害,无残留,对食物、环境无污染 ;本发明中无起泡剂,漂洗方便,节省用水量 ;适用广泛,如陶瓷器具、织物、家具的清洗,水果外皮消毒,环境消毒,卫生间改味等。

本发明提供的一种清洗剂组合物,包括磷酸三钠、腐植酸钠、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯、水解聚马来酸酐、片碱、膦酸盐、水,各组分的质量份数为:磷酸三钠10-40、腐植酸钠1-5、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯10-20、水解聚马来酸酐6-15、片碱5-14、膦酸盐8-10、水40-50。
作为优选,所述的清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述清洗剂组合物各组分的质量份数为:磷酸三钠27、腐植酸钠3、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯15、水解聚马来酸酐9、片碱5、膦酸盐8、水50。
作为优选,所述的清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述磷酸三钠为非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂。
作为优选,所述清洗剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤 :
1) 将磷酸三钠、腐植酸钠加入搅拌缸中,加入缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯,搅拌均匀 ;
2) 向搅拌缸均匀加入水解聚马来酸酐,高速搅拌分散 ;
3)在酸催化剂下使片碱与膦酸盐产生加成反应。;
4) 倒入所给质量份数的水,加热20分钟即可。

1.一种清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:包括磷酸三钠、腐植酸钠、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯、水解聚马来酸酐、片碱、膦酸盐、水,各组分的质量份数为:磷酸三钠10-40、腐植酸钠1-5、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯10-20、水解聚马来酸酐6-15、片碱5-14、膦酸盐8-10、水40-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述清洗剂组合物各组分的质量份数为:磷酸三钠27、腐植酸钠3、缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯15、水解聚马来酸酐9、片碱5、膦酸盐8、水50。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清洗剂组合物,其特征在于:所述磷酸三钠为非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂。
4.权利要求 1 -3所述清洗剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤 :
1) 将磷酸三钠、腐植酸钠加入搅拌缸中,加入缓蚀剂烷基酰胺磷酸酯,搅拌均匀 ;
2) 向搅拌缸均匀加入水解聚马来酸酐,高速搅拌分散 ;
3)在酸催化剂下使片碱与膦酸盐产生加成反应;
4) 倒入所给质量份数的水,加热20分钟即可。
