本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种酵素重油污强力清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
厨房向来是油烟重地,面对油腻腻的厨房,想必很多主妇都很头痛。油垢发生的原因,主要是烹饪过程中所产生的油烟或油渍遇热产生氧化,而氧化后的油分子会产生黏性,如果在此阶段没有实时清除,冷却后就会变成油垢,日积月累下来,清除的困难度渐增,就成了令人伤脑筋的顽垢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,无毒无害,不腐蚀金属等其他物品的酵素重油污强力清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的酵素重油污强力清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、α-生育酚乙酸酯、棘孢曲霉、动物双歧杆菌、艾叶油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.8% 甘草酸二钾0.9% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.7%
α-生育酚乙酸酯 1.3% 棘孢曲霉0.9% 动物双歧杆菌 1.1%
艾叶油 0.9% 绿茶香精 0.6% AES 2.6%
益生菌群 2.2% 甲基乙基酯 2.1% 鱼胶原蛋白 2.3%
TX10乳化剂 1.7% 海藻糖 2% 卡松2 1.5%
多库酯钠 1.6% 酵素 2.2% 醋酸 2.1%
苹果香 2.5% 水70%
配制工艺
本发明酵素重油污强力清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物加入恒温31°C的水中搅拌115分钟,再加入α-生育酚乙酸酯、棘孢曲霉、动物双歧杆菌、艾叶油高速搅拌116分钟,并配以绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2恒温在33°C均质搅拌118分种,将容器恒温在29°C密封发酵24小时,再加入多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌120分钟,它能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,然后恒温在34°C容器内静置30小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,无毒无害,不腐蚀金属、塑料、橡胶、玻璃、皮革等其他物品。
具体实施方式
