本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种浴缸酵素清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
每次看电视里的人在浴缸泡澡时脸上那幸福的表情,想必大家都渴望自己家也能有浴缸,但浴缸的保养与清洁让人很烦恼,浴缸所呆的环境并不是很好,会滋生很多细菌,有时清洁完毕,表面看起来干净了,实际上还是有很多细菌存在,平时被我们擦擦洗洗的也会“年老色衰”,浴缸用久了往往会出现崩烂、有污渍、粗糙化等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能快速清洁浴缸顽固污垢、黑斑、除菌、安全环保对各式瓷砖、塑料等无腐蚀,清洁、消毒、除臭的浴缸酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的浴缸酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由烟酰胺、果胶酶、产朊假丝酵母、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、葵花籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花提取物、 吡哆素、VE油 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

烟酰胺 0.8% 果胶酶 0.7% 产朊假丝酵母 0.5%
燕麦多肽 1.8% 聚季铵盐1.6% 红没药醇 1.3%
葵花籽油 0.9% 绿茶香精 1.1% AES 1.9%
益生菌群 3.2% 生育酚磷酸酯1.8% 辛酰水杨酸 1.9%
杜鹃花提取物0.6% 吡哆素 1% VE油 1.2%
醇醚硫酸钠 1.7% 酵素 2.3% 醋酸 2.1%
茉莉香 1.6% 水72%
配制工艺
本发明浴缸酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的烟酰胺拌入恒温34.2°C的水中搅拌297分钟,再加入果胶酶、产朊假丝酵母、燕麦多肽高速搅拌290分钟,并配以聚季铵盐、红没药醇、葵花籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花提取物、 吡哆素、VE油 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在31.2°C均质搅拌299分种,将容器恒温在32.2°C密封发酵40.2小时,再加入醋酸、茉莉香高速搅拌296分钟,它能有效清除浴缸表面常见皂垢、水垢、陈年黄色污垢,然后恒温在28.2°C容器内静置46.2小时即为成品。
有益效果:
快速清洁浴缸顽固污垢、黑斑、强效去污、除菌、安全环保对各式瓷砖、塑料等无腐蚀,清洁、消毒、除臭,有效清除浴缸表面常见皂垢、水垢等,对较难去除的陈年黄色污垢也有特效,对浴缸表面没损伤。
具体实施方式
本发明的浴缸酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
