本发明的实验器皿酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由L‑抗坏血酸、角蛋白酶、长双歧杆菌、脂溶性辅酶Q10、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、秋葵籽油、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、桂花香、水混合配制而成。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种实验器皿酵素清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
实验室中常用的玻璃或塑料器皿,盛装试剂和溶液时间久了难免会渍上污垢,实验中所使用的玻璃仪器及塑料器皿清洁与否,直接影响实验结果,往往由于器皿的不清洁或被污染而导致较大的实验误差,甚至会出现相反的实验结果。因此,实验用器皿洗涤清洁工作是十分重要的基本操作,是做好实验的前提及实验成败的关键之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,尤其是黏附金属离子污垢,去污力强、易漂洗、无残留、安全、环保的实验器皿酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的实验器皿酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由L-抗坏血酸、角蛋白酶、长双歧杆菌、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、桂花香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
L-抗坏血酸 0.8% 角蛋白酶 1.5% 长双歧杆菌 1.9%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.1% 聚季铵盐 1.5% 红没药醇 1.7%
沙棘籽油 0.7% 绿茶香精 1.3% AES 2%
益生菌群 2.6% 生育酚磷酸酯 1.3% 辛酰水杨酸 1.6%
杜鹃花酸 1.1% 吡哆素 1% 山茶油 0.9%
烷基多糖0810 2% 酵素 2.2% 醋酸 1.2%
桂花香 1.2% 水72.4%
配制工艺
本发明实验器皿酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的L-抗坏血酸拌入恒温32.5°C的水中搅拌372分钟,再加入角蛋白酶、长双歧杆菌、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌366分钟,并配以生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素恒温在30.5°C均质搅拌375分种,将容器恒温在32.5°C密封发酵46.5小时,再加入醋酸、桂花香高速搅拌377分钟,能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,然后恒温在34.5°C容器内静置52.5小时即为成品。
有益效果
能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,尤其是黏附金属离子污垢,去污力强、易漂洗、无残留、安全、环保。
具体实施方式
本发明的实验器皿酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,L-抗坏血酸0.8%、角蛋白酶 1.5%、长双歧杆菌 1.9%、脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.1%、聚季铵盐 1.5%、红没药醇1.7%、沙棘籽油 0.7%、绿茶香精 1.3%、AES 2%、益生菌群 2.6%、生育酚磷酸酯 1.3%、辛酰水杨酸 1.6%、杜鹃花酸 1.1%、吡哆素 1%、山茶油 0.9%、 烷基多糖0810 2%、酵素 2.2%、醋酸 1.2%、桂花香 1.2%、水72.4%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的L-抗坏血酸拌入恒温32.5°C的水中搅拌372分钟,再加入角蛋白酶、长双歧杆菌、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌366分钟,并配以生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油、烷基多糖0810、酵素恒温在30.5°C均质搅拌375分种,将容器恒温在32.5°C密封发酵46.5小时,再加入醋酸、桂花香高速搅拌377分钟,能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,然后恒温在34.5°C容器内静置52.5小时即为成品。
