本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种实验器皿酵素清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
实验室中常用的玻璃或塑料器皿,盛装试剂和溶液时间久了难免会渍上污垢,实验中所使用的玻璃仪器及塑料器皿清洁与否,直接影响实验结果,往往由于器皿的不清洁或被污染而导致较大的实验误差,甚至会出现相反的实验结果。因此,实验用器皿洗涤清洁工作是十分重要的基本操作,是做好实验的前提及实验成败的关键之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,尤其是黏附金属离子污垢,去污力强、易漂洗、无残留、安全、环保的实验器皿酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的实验器皿酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由α-生育酚乙酸酯、棘孢曲霉、动物双歧杆菌、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、桂花香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
α-生育酚乙酸酯 1.3% 棘孢曲霉 2% 动物双歧杆菌 2.5%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 0.6% 聚季铵盐 0.9% 红没药醇 1.1%
沙棘籽油 1.2% 绿茶香精 1.9% AES 2.6%
益生菌群 2% 生育酚磷酸酯 0.8% 辛酰水杨酸 1%
杜鹃花酸 1.7% 吡哆素 1.6% 山茶油 1.5%
烷基多糖0810 1.5% 酵素 1.7% 醋酸 0.9%
桂花香 1.8% 水71.4%
配制工艺
本发明实验器皿酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的α-生育酚乙酸酯拌入恒温33°C的水中搅拌378分钟,再加入棘孢曲霉、动物双歧杆菌、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌371分钟,并配以生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素恒温在31°C均质搅拌380分种,将容器恒温在33°C密封发酵47小时,再加入醋酸、桂花香高速搅拌382分钟,能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,然后恒温在35°C容器内静置53小时即为成品。
有益效果
能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,尤其是黏附金属离子污垢,去污力强、易漂洗、无残留、安全、环保。
具体实施方式
本发明的实验器皿酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,α-生育酚乙酸酯1.3%、棘孢曲霉 2%、动物双歧杆菌 2.5%、脂溶性辅酶Q10 0.6%、聚季铵盐 0.9%、红没药醇1.1%、沙棘籽油 1.2%、绿茶香精 1.9%、AES 2.6%、益生菌群 2%、生育酚磷酸酯 0.8%、辛酰水杨酸 1%、杜鹃花酸 1.7%、吡哆素 1.6%、山茶油 1.5%、烷基多糖0810 1.5%、酵素 1.7%、醋酸 0.9%、桂花香 1.8%、水71.4%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的α-生育酚乙酸酯拌入恒温33°C的水中搅拌378分钟,再加入棘孢曲霉、动物双歧杆菌、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌371分钟,并配以生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素恒温在31°C均质搅拌380分种,将容器恒温在33°C密封发酵47小时,再加入醋酸、桂花香高速搅拌382分钟,能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,然后恒温在35°C容器内静置53小时即为成品。
