Description

本发明涉及一种多功能去污上光剂。
现在市场供应的各类去污粉,清洁剂,上光蜡等等,虽在去污、洁净、上光等作用上,均有一定效用,但功能单一,使用对象专一不通用,而且或多或少都存在着磨损腐蚀等问题。
本发明所述多功能去污上光剂,采用酸法生产,即应用高分子化合反应,水解产生去污作用,同时生成致密性薄膜光亮层,因而同时产生去污上光功能,从而克服了现有技术中去污剂功能单一和具有磨损腐蚀的问题。
以下介绍本发明所述去污上光剂的原理及有关工艺。
本发明的工作原理是这样:高分子化合反应,水解产生去污作用,同时生成致密性薄膜光亮层,因而同时产生去污上光功能。
本发明制造的化学工艺及配方:
工艺:1、蛋白酶使蛋白水解产生氨基酸;
2、淀粉在淀粉酶作用下,水解生成葡萄糖;
3、醇化生成酯。
工艺过程:1、蛋白质酸化浸提;
2、加酶;
3、发酵(二周以上)
4、过滤分离乳浊液;
5、淀粉水解密闭发酵;
6、混合;
7、醇化产生醋酸甘油脂。
反应条件:1、温度  25~35℃
2、PH值  5~5.5
3、反应中两种液体混合时要求在密闭条件下进行,以防止杂菌进入。
配方:蛋白、淀粉  重量比2∶1
醋酸、甘油  体积比2∶1
白垩  少量
硼砂  少量
水  2%
本发明所述的多功能去污上光剂克服了现有商品功能单一和具有磨损、腐蚀等问题,去污上光一步完成,而且广泛适用于皮革(皮鞋)、塑料、玻璃、电镀油漆件(家俱)、喷漆件(汽车)、搪瓷等物品去污上光之用,功能多,通用性强,效果好,无毒,无磨损,无腐蚀。
实施情况介绍:
本品生产需用设备
发酵罐、振荡器、PH计、氨基酸检测仪、分析天平等。
具体制法举例:
配制100ml为例
蛋白  6g
酶  微量
淀粉  3g
醋酸  (浓度36%)60ml
甘油  30ml
水  2ml
硼砂 Na2B4O70.5g
白垩粉 CaCO30.5g
控制反应条件  1、温度  25~35℃
2、容器密封,防止挥发和杂菌进入
3、PH值以5.5为最佳值。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种多功能去污上光剂,其特征在于采用酸法生产,且PH值以5.5为最佳值。其配方为:
    蛋白、淀粉  重量比为2∶1
    醋酸、甘油  体积比为2∶1
    另加  白垩  少量
          硼砂  少量
          水    2%
    另加酶      少量
    此种上光剂按如下工艺生产:
    1、蛋白质酸化浸提
    2、加酶
    3、发酵(二周以上)
    4、过滤
    5、淀粉水解密闭发酵。
    6、混合
    7、醇化产生醋酸甘油脂
