本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种不锈钢器具清洁液配制方法。
背景技术
现在非常都得锅具都是不锈钢制品,而不锈钢有了顽固污渍之后,一般的洗洁精是根本洗不下来的,将会导致表面暗淡或出现凹痕,缩短使用寿命,不尽影响外观,更影响健康.而我们这不锈钢清洁液,是专门清洗不锈钢制品的一些顽固污渍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种超浓缩配方,去污力超强,能迅速清洁顽渍、水垢,并保持护器具表面持久光泽,有效抗菌、抑菌,环保无刺激性,不伤家庭主妇玉手的不锈钢器具清洁液配制方法。
本发明的不锈钢器具清洁液技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、乳木果油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
寡一糖 1-1.2% 水溶橄榄油 1.1-1.2% 杜鹃花酸 1.1-1.3%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.3-1.5% 聚季铵盐2-2.2% 红没药醇 1.7-2%
乳木果油 0.1-0.2% 绿茶香精 1.9-2.2% AES 2.6-3.5%
益生菌群 3.8-4% 生育酚磷酸酯 1.3-1.5% 辛酰水杨酸 1.7-1.9%
杜鹃花酸 1.6-2% 吡哆素 1.3-1.5% 秋葵籽油 0.2-0.3%
烷基多糖0810 1.6-2.3% 酵素 3-3.6% 醋酸 2-2.1%
香 1-1.1% 水64.4-69.7%
b、配制工艺
本发明不锈钢器具清洁液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸加入水中搅拌53分钟,再加入脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌49分钟,并配以乳木果油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯,加热恒温在28°C均质搅拌135分种后,将容器恒温在32.8°C密封发酵45小时,再加入辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌63分钟,它能去污力超强,能迅速清洁顽渍、水垢,然后恒温在32.8°C容器内静置60小时即为成品。
有益效果
超浓缩配方,去污力超强,能迅速清洁顽渍、水垢,并保持护器具表面持久光泽,有效抗菌、抑菌,环保无刺激性,不伤家庭主妇玉手。
具体实施方式
本发明的不锈钢器具清洁液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,寡一糖 1-1.2%、水溶橄榄油 1.1-1.2%、杜鹃花酸 1.1-1.3%、脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.3-1.5%、聚季铵盐2-2.2%、红没药醇 1.7-2%、乳木果油 0.1-0.2%、绿茶香精 1.9-2.2%、AES 2.6-3.5%、益生菌群 3.8-4%、生育酚磷酸酯 1.3-1.5%、辛酰水杨酸 1.7-1.9%、杜鹃花酸 1.6-2%、吡哆素 1.3-1.5%、秋葵籽油 0.2-0.3%、 烷基多糖0810 1.6-2.3%、酵素 3-3.6%、醋酸 2-2.1%、香 1-1.1%、水64.4-69.7%,将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸加入水中搅拌53分钟,再加入脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌49分钟,并配以乳木果油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯,加热恒温在28°C均质搅拌135分种后,将容器恒温在32.8°C密封发酵45小时,再加入辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌63分钟,它能去污力超强,能迅速清洁顽渍、水垢,然后恒温在32.8°C容器内静置60小时即为成品。

1.一种不锈钢器具清洁液的配制方法,它是寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、乳木果油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、秋葵籽油、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 1-1.2% 水溶橄榄油 1.1-1.2% 杜鹃花酸 1.1-1.3%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.3-1.5% 聚季铵盐2-2.2% 红没药醇 1.7-2%
乳木果油 0.1-0.2% 绿茶香精 1.9-2.2% AES 2.6-3.5%
