背景技术
实验室中常用的玻璃或塑料器皿,盛装试剂和溶液时间久了难免会渍上污垢,实验中所使用的玻璃仪器及塑料器皿清洁与否,直接影响实验结果,往往由于器皿的不清洁或被污染而导致较大的实验误差,甚至会出现相反的实验结果。因此,实验用器皿洗涤清洁工作是十分重要的基本操作,是做好实验的前提及实验成败的关键之一。

本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,尤其是黏附金属离子污垢,去污力强、易漂洗、无残留、安全、环保的实验器皿酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的实验器皿酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由盐酸硫胺、植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、桂花香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

盐酸硫胺 0.6% 植酸酶 1.2% 沼泽红假单胞菌 1.7%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.3% 聚季铵盐 1.7% 红没药醇 1.9%
沙棘籽油 0.5% 绿茶香精 1.1% AES 1.8%
益生菌群 2.8% 生育酚磷酸酯 1.6% 辛酰水杨酸 1.8%
杜鹃花酸 0.9% 吡哆素 0.8% 山茶油 0.7%
烷基多糖0810 2.2% 酵素 2.5% 醋酸 1.5%
桂花香 1% 水72.4%
配制工艺
本发明实验器皿酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的盐酸硫胺拌入恒温32.3°C的水中搅拌370分钟,再加入植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌363分钟,并配以生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素恒温在30.3°C均质搅拌372分种,将容器恒温在32.3°C密封发酵46.3小时,再加入醋酸、桂花香高速搅拌375分钟,能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,然后恒温在34.3°C容器内静置52.3小时即为成品。
有益效果
能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,尤其是黏附金属离子污垢,去污力强、易漂洗、无残留、安全、环保。
具体实施方式
本发明的实验器皿酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,盐酸硫胺 0.6%、植酸酶 1.2%、沼泽红假单胞菌 1.7%、脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.3%、聚季铵盐 1.7%、红没药醇1.9%、沙棘籽油 0.5%、绿茶香精 1.1%、AES 1.8%、 益生菌群 2.8%、生育酚磷酸酯 1.6%、辛酰水杨酸 1.8%、杜鹃花酸 0.9%、吡哆素 0.8%、山茶油 0.7%、烷基多糖0810 2.2%、酵素2.5%、醋酸 1.5%、桂花香 1%、水72.4%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的盐酸硫胺拌入恒温32.3°C的水中搅拌370分钟,再加入植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌、沙棘籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌363分钟,并配以生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素恒温在30.3°C均质搅拌372分种,将容器恒温在32.3°C密封发酵46.3小时,再加入醋酸、桂花香高速搅拌375分钟,能有效去除各种实验室器皿污渍,然后恒温在34.3°C容器内静置52.3小时即为成品。
