本发明的不锈钢器具酵素清洁液技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、乳木果油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、盐酸硫胺、植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌、茉莉香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖1.3% 水溶橄榄油 1.5% 杜鹃花酸 1.1%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 1.7% 聚季铵盐2% 红没药醇 1.8%
乳木果油 1% 绿茶香精 1.6% AES 2.3%
益生菌群 1.9% 生育酚磷酸酯 0.7% 辛酰水杨酸 1.1%
杜鹃花酸 0.8% 吡哆素 0.6% 秋葵籽油 0.5%
盐酸硫胺 1% 植酸酶 1.5% 沼泽红假单胞菌 0.9%
茉莉香 1.5% 水75.2%
配制工艺
本发明不锈钢器具酵素清洁液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸拌入恒温31.3°C的水中搅拌359分钟,再加入脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、乳木果油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯高速搅拌352分钟,并配以辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、秋葵籽油 、盐酸硫胺、植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌恒温在29.3°C均质搅拌361分种,将容器恒温在31.3°C密封发酵45.3小时,再加入茉莉香高速搅拌363分钟,对使用时间长而上迹、黄斑或失光只要轻轻一擦就能使其光亮如新,然后恒温在33.3°C容器内静置51.3小时即为成品。
有益效果
对不锈钢无腐蚀,能快速清除不锈钢表面污垢,对顽固黄黑斑迹有独特的清理效果,令乌黑的器具恢复光亮;对使用时间长而上迹、黄斑或失光只要轻轻一擦就能使其光亮如新,使用方便、省时、省力、不刺伤皮肤,对环境无污染。
