本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种沙发皮具酵素清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
真皮沙发怎么清洗,相信这是一个困扰很多人的疑问,皮革制品大气有品位,深受消费群体的喜爱,但是一般都价格不菲,昂贵的皮革制品如果用脏了,在清理上就会让很多朋友感到头痛,各种色泽的真皮沙发,尤其是浅色泽的真皮表面,使用稍久就会沾满污渍,其保养的确是一个棘手的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能彻底清除皮革物品上的污渍,去污抗静电,防霉去异味,无毒无害,不腐蚀皮革物品同时保持光亮的沙发皮具酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的沙发皮具酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、硝酸硫胺 、蛋白酶、婴儿双歧杆菌、香附油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.1% 甘草酸二钾 1.7% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.2%
硝酸硫胺 1.1% 蛋白酶 0.9% 婴儿双歧杆菌 1.5%
香附油 1.3% 绿茶香精 1.5% AES 3.5%
益生菌群 2.6% 甲基乙基酯 1% 辛酰水杨酸 0.6%
TX10乳化剂 1.3% 海藻糖 1.2% 卡松2 1%
醇醚硫酸钠 0.9% 酵素 1.5% 醋酸 1.2%
柠檬香 2% 水72.9%
配制工艺
本发明沙发皮具酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、硝酸硫胺恒温30.4°C的水中搅拌176分钟,再加入蛋白酶、婴儿双歧杆菌、香附油、绿茶香精高速搅拌178分钟,并配以AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在33.4°C均质搅拌179分种,将容器恒温在34.4°C密封发酵29.4小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌181分钟,它能彻底清除皮革物品上的污渍,然后恒温在32.4°C容器内静置35.4小时即为成品。
有益效果:
含有强力渗透乳化剂,能彻底清除皮革物品上的污渍,去污抗静电,防霉去异味,无毒无害,不腐蚀皮革物品。
具体实施方式
本发明的沙发皮具酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,汉防己提取物1.1%、甘草酸二钾 1.7%、纳豆发酵提取物 1.2%、硝酸硫胺 1.1%、蛋白酶 0.9%、婴儿双歧杆菌 1.5%、香附油 1.3%、绿茶香精 1.5%、AES 3.5%、益生菌群 2.6%、甲基乙基酯 1%、辛酰水杨酸 0.6%、TX10乳化剂 1.3%、海藻糖 1.2%、卡松2 1%、醇醚硫酸钠 0.9%、酵素 1.5%、醋酸1.2%、柠檬香 2%、水72.9%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、硝酸硫胺恒温30.4°C的水中搅拌176分钟,再加入蛋白酶、婴儿双歧杆菌、香附油、绿茶香精高速搅拌178分钟,并配以AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在33.4°C均质搅拌179分种,将容器恒温在34.4°C密封发酵29.4小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌181分钟,它能彻底清除皮革物品上的污渍,然后恒温在32.4°C容器内静置35.4小时即为成品。
