本发明公开了一种高效型洗车专用精华素,按照重量分数主要由硅氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂5%9%、蒙坦蜡5%10%、仲烷基磺酸钠5%8%、离子钙水溶性制剂1%3%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠10%15%、柠檬酸2%5%、聚丙烯酸钠3%6%、椰油酰二乙醇胺5%8%、EOPO型聚醚8%12%、N油酰基N甲基牛磺酸钠1%3%、防静电液10%15%以及离子水20%45%组成,本发明所述的精华素,其PH值为7.28.3,集去污、上光、打蜡、去痕、保护漆膜、防静电功能于一体,能够快速清除车漆表面的脏污,不伤手,制作工艺简单,使用方便,且本发明生物降解性好,泡沫少,对环境无污染。

本发明涉及清洗剂领域,具体为一种高效型洗车专用精华素。
背景技术
汽车清洁剂主要由表面活性剂、杀菌剂、抛光剂、进口参透剂以及独特光亮因子等环保技术高科技配制而成的液体瓷砖清洁剂;具有强力的除污力以及渗透力、杀菌力和抛光光亮性等特性。能迅速彻洁汽车玻璃表面,挡板,车体等。汽车清洁剂能除去汽车玻璃表面粘贴的各种胶纸、标贴、并能除去车轮周围、挡泥板、保险杠、车体及各种工具上的油污。汽车清洁剂使用后还可形成薄膜以保护车漆。单现有的清澈清洁剂制作成本高,皮肤长时间接触清洁剂会损伤皮肤,另外,清洁剂的分解物会污染地下水质,由于这种污染的危害在短时间内不可能很明显。因此往往被忽视。所以,改善汽车清洗剂,使用不危害人体、不破坏生存环境、无毒无公害的清洗剂就成为当务之急。

本发明的目的在于提供一种高效型洗车专用精华素,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效型洗车专用精华素,按照重量分数主要由硅氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂5%-9%、蒙坦蜡5%-10%、仲烷基磺酸钠5%-8%、离子钙水溶性制剂1%-3%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠10%-15%、柠檬酸2%-5%、聚丙烯酸钠3%-6%、椰油酰二乙醇胺5%-8%、EO-PO型聚醚8%-12%、N-油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠1%-3%、防静电液10%-15%以及离子水20%-45%组成。
优选的,优选的成分配比为硅氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂8%、蒙坦蜡10%、仲烷基磺酸钠5%、离子钙水溶性制剂2%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠10%、柠檬酸2%、聚丙烯酸钠3%、椰油酰二乙醇胺6%、EO-PO型聚醚10%、N-油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠2%、防静电液12%以及离子水30%。
优选的,其制备工艺主要包括以下步骤:
A、将硅氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂、蒙坦蜡、仲烷基磺酸钠以及1/3离子钙水溶性制剂放入加热釜中加热至50℃,制成A溶液;
B、将月桂醇醚硫酸钠、柠檬酸、聚丙烯酸钠、椰油酰二乙醇胺放入A溶液中,边加热边搅拌,加热至60℃后停止加热,组成B溶液;
C、将EO-PO型聚醚、N-油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠逐一加入B溶液中,并不断搅拌,搅拌过程中加入1/3离子水,搅拌20min后静置,组成C溶液;
D、最后将防静电液和1/3离子水加入C溶液中不断搅拌冷却至常温,将混合液倾倒至储液罐中包装成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的精华素,其PH值为7.2-8.3,集去污、上光、打蜡、去痕、保护漆膜、防静电功能于一体,能够快速清除车漆表面的脏污,不伤手,制作工艺简单,使用方便,且本发明生物降解性好,泡沫少,对环境无污染,另外,在本发明中添加防静电液,能够有效消除车漆表面的静电,使处理后的漆面达到不沾尘、干净光亮的效果。

采用的成分配比为:硅氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂5%、蒙坦蜡5%、仲烷基磺酸钠5%、离子钙水溶性制剂1%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠10%、柠檬酸2%、聚丙烯酸钠3%、椰油酰二乙醇胺5%、EO-PO型聚醚8%、N-油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠1%、防静电液10%以及离子水45%。
其制备工艺主要包括以下步骤:
A、将硅氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂、蒙坦蜡、仲烷基磺酸钠以及1/3离子钙水溶性制剂放入加热釜中加热至50℃,制成A溶液;
B、将月桂醇醚硫酸钠、柠檬酸、聚丙烯酸钠、椰油酰二乙醇胺放入A溶液中,边加热边搅拌,加热至60℃后停止加热,组成B溶液;
C、将EO-PO型聚醚、N-油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠逐一加入B溶液中,并不断搅拌,搅拌过程中加入1/3离子水,搅拌20min后静置,组成C溶液;
D、最后将防静电液和1/3离子水加入C溶液中不断搅拌冷却至常温,将混合液倾倒至储液罐中包装成品。

其制备工艺主要包括以下步骤:
A、将硅氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂、蒙坦蜡、仲烷基磺酸钠以及1/3离子钙水溶性制剂放入加热釜中加热至50℃,制成A溶液;
B、将月桂醇醚硫酸钠、柠檬酸、聚丙烯酸钠、椰油酰二乙醇胺放入A溶液中,边加热边搅拌,加热至60℃后停止加热,组成B溶液;
C、将EO-PO型聚醚、N-油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠逐一加入B溶液中,并不断搅拌,搅拌过程中加入1/3离子水,搅拌20min后静置,组成C溶液;
D、最后将防静电液和1/3离子水加入C溶液中不断搅拌冷却至常温,将混合液倾倒至储液罐中包装成品。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的精华素,其PH值为7.2-8.3,集去污、上光、打蜡、去痕、保护漆膜、防静电功能于一体,能够快速清除车漆表面的脏污,不伤手,制作工艺简单,使用方便,且本发明生物降解性好,泡沫少,对环境无污染,另外,在本发明中添加防静电液,能够有效消除车漆表面的静电,使处理后的漆面达到不沾尘、干净光亮的效果。

1.一种高效型洗车专用精华素,其特征在于:按照重量分数主要由硅氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂5%-9%、蒙坦蜡5%-10%、仲烷基磺酸钠5%-8%、离子钙水溶性制剂1%-3%、月桂醇醚硫酸钠10%-15%、柠檬酸2%-5%、聚丙烯酸钠3%-6%、椰油酰二乙醇胺5%-8%、EO-PO型聚醚8%-12%、N-油酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸钠1%-3%、防静电液10%-15%以及离子水20%-45%组成。
