本发明提供一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法,所述环保型可回收PP保护膜从上到下包括:硅离型膜,胶水层,透明BOPP膜;所述胶水层的胶水制备方法为:取市售亚胺乙二酸IDA与缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯GMA通过侧键接合形成含有四个亲水基团的单体,加入NaOH后将所得单体离子化,再加入过氧化苯甲酰BPO,经过60℃在反应釜中反应6h,交联聚合后制得胶水。

技术领域
本发明属于膜材料领域,具体涉及一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今,塑料制品已经给人类的生活带来了无限的便利,但同时塑料的难以降解、难以回收再利用也给地球带来了大量的灾难,因此塑料的可回收利用已成为当今社会的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法,特殊分子结构,胶水易完全溶于水;胶水溶于水后,BOPP膜可以回收造粒重新成膜。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保型可回收PP保护膜,其特征在于:所述环保型可回收PP保护膜从上到下包括:硅离型膜,胶水层,透明BOPP膜;所述胶水层的胶水制备方法为:取市售亚胺乙二酸IDA与缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯GMA通过侧键接合形成含有四个亲水基团的单体,加入NaOH后将所得单体离子化,再加入过氧化苯甲酰BPO,经过60℃在反应釜中反应6h,交联聚合后制得胶水,比例为IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=100-120:100-120:2.5-5:2-3。
进一步地,所述IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=110:110:3.75:2.5。
进一步地,所述胶水层的干胶厚度为20u。
进一步地,所述侧键接合采用自由基反应实现,侧键结合的方法可以采用本领域通用的方法,例如自由基反应或加入适当的催化剂,或者利用其他可行方法,优选自由基反应。
一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取市售亚胺乙二酸IDA与缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯GMA通过侧键接合形成含有四个亲水基团的单体,加入NaOH后将所得单体离子化,再加入过氧化苯甲酰BPO,经过60℃在反应釜中反应6h,交联聚合后制得胶水,比例为IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=100-120:100-120:2.5-5:2-3;
(2)将制得的胶水涂布在市售50u涂硅离型膜上,烘干后干胶厚度20u,烘干温度65/85/100/110/85℃,烘干后与市售50um透明BOPP膜贴合,可得所需样品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的产品经测试,取100mm*100mm样品放于纯净水中1min后胶水已经完全溶解。测试对钢板20min剥离力数据为500g/inch。对PP膜回收再利用,减少对石油这类有限资料的依赖;减少对环境的污染。

实施例1
一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取市售亚胺乙二酸IDA与缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯GMA通过侧键接合形成含有四个亲水基团的单体,加入NaOH后将所得单体离子化,再加入过氧化苯甲酰BPO,经过60℃在反应釜中反应6h,交联聚合后制得胶水,比例为IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=110:110:3.75:2.5;
(2)将制得的胶水涂布在市售50u涂硅离型膜上,烘干后干胶厚度20u,烘干温度65/85/100/110/85℃,烘干后与市售50um透明BOPP膜贴合,可得所需样品。
实施例2
一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取市售亚胺乙二酸IDA与缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯GMA通过侧键接合形成含有四个亲水基团的单体,加入NaOH后将所得单体离子化,再加入过氧化苯甲酰BPO,经过60℃在反应釜中反应6h,交联聚合后制得胶水,比例为IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=100:120:2.5:3;
(2)将制得的胶水涂布在市售50u涂硅离型膜上,烘干后干胶厚度20u,烘干温度65/85/100/110/85℃,烘干后与市售50um透明BOPP膜贴合,可得所需样品。
实施例3
一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取市售亚胺乙二酸IDA与缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯GMA通过侧键接合形成含有四个亲水基团的单体,加入NaOH后将所得单体离子化,再加入过氧化苯甲酰BPO,经过60℃在反应釜中反应6h,交联聚合后制得胶水,比例为IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=120:100:5:2;
(2)将制得的胶水涂布在市售50u涂硅离型膜上,烘干后干胶厚度20u,烘干温度65/85/100/110/85℃,烘干后与市售50um透明BOPP膜贴合,可得所需样品。
对比例1
采用市售普通水溶性胶水(品牌:海夫),其他工艺相同。
对比例2
采用市售聚乙醇胶水,其他工艺相同。
对比例3
采用CN110079248A专利公开的水性胶水,其他工艺相同。
根据ASTM-D3330测试钢板20min剥离力,纯净水溶解性测试方法:取100mm*100mm样品放于纯净水中1min,观察残留情况。

1.一种环保型可回收PP保护膜,其特征在于:所述环保型可回收PP保护膜从上到下包括:硅离型膜,胶水层,透明BOPP膜;所述胶水层的胶水制备方法为:取市售亚胺乙二酸IDA与缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯GMA通过侧键接合形成含有四个亲水基团的单体,加入NaOH后将所得单体离子化,再加入过氧化苯甲酰BPO,经过60℃在反应釜中反应6h,交联聚合后制得胶水,比例为IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=100-120:100-120:2.5-5:2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=110:110:3.75:2.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述胶水层的干胶厚度为20u。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述侧键接合采用自由基反应实现。
5.一种环保型可回收PP保护膜及其制备方法的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)取市售亚胺乙二酸IDA与缩水甘油甲基丙烯酸酯GMA通过侧键接合形成含有四个亲水基团的单体,加入NaOH后将所得单体离子化,再加入过氧化苯甲酰BPO,经过60℃在反应釜中反应6h,交联聚合后制得胶水,比例为IDA/GMA/BPO/NaOH=100-120:100-120:2.5-5:2-3;
(2)将制得的胶水涂布在市售50u涂硅离型膜上,烘干后干胶厚度20u,烘干温度65/85/100/110/85℃,烘干后与市售50um透明BOPP膜贴合,可得所需样品。
