Abstract

本发明是一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:溶胀剂10‑60%;溶解剂20‑70%;缓蚀剂1‑5%;渗透剂5‑15%。本发明提供一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,通过合理的配比原料,制备出来的除胶剂在常温下直接浸渗除去机械零部件上的厌氧胶,使用省时省力,提高了脱胶效率,同时改善了脱胶效果,不影响机械零部件的外观,利于机械零部件的二次应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及除胶剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂。
背景技术
厌氧胶粘剂简称厌氧胶,是利用氧对自由基阻聚原理制成的单组份密封粘合剂,既可用于粘接又可用于密封。当涂胶面与空气隔绝并在催化剂的作用下,便能在室温快速聚合而固化,因此,厌氧胶广泛应用在机械零部件上。但由于维修或其他原因需要将零件拆解,而在零件上残留有厌氧胶固化物(聚合物),当零件需要再使用时,需要用除胶剂来清除这些固化物。但传统除胶剂存在效率低,脱胶不彻底的问题,影响机械零部件的外观及零部件的回收利用。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种快速除去厌氧胶而不损伤基材的除胶剂。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:

一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其中,溶胀剂为联苯三酚,苯酚,苯甲醇,对苯二酚中的一中或多种。
进一步优选的,所述的溶胀剂为苯酚。
一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其中,溶解剂为二氯甲烷,四氢呋喃,三氯甲烷,二甲基甲酰铵中的一种或多种。
进一步优选的,所述的溶解剂为三氯甲烷。
一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其中,缓蚀剂为苯并三唑,硅酸钠,咪唑,苯甲酸钠中的一种或多种。
进一步优选的,所述的缓蚀剂为苯并三唑。
一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其中,渗透剂为二丙二醇单甲醚,碳酸二甲酯,乙二醇甲醚,乙酸丁酯,丙二醇甲醚中的一种或多种。
进一步优选的,所述的渗透剂为二丙二醇单甲醚。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,通过合理的配比原料,制备出来的除胶剂在常温下直接浸渗除去机械零部件上的厌氧胶,使用省时省力,提高了脱胶效率,同时改善了脱胶效果,不影响机械零部件的外观,利于机械零部件的二次应用。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明中的除胶剂适用于活泼型弱金属及其合金,以及不锈钢材质的基材,该除胶剂不易对基材造成腐蚀。该除胶剂适于用溶解甲基丙烯酸树脂及甲基丙烯酸类树脂的厌氧胶,因其此类厌氧胶中含有双键,醇类溶剂通过促使双键断裂,产生活化中心,从而使得游离基团和自由基的活性增强,除胶剂中的醚键所含有的氧原子更加容易暴露于分子之外,极性效果更强,从而增强了除胶剂的除胶效果。
为更直观的验证实施例中除胶剂的除胶效果,用市购乐泰271制成固化后的厌氧胶薄片(10.0mm X 5.0mm X 1.0mm),室温浸泡于实施例除胶剂中,通过测量薄片的长度增长变化率(溶胀效果),可确认实施例中除胶剂的除胶效果。基材的腐蚀性试验为在镀锌面上滴上实施例中的除胶剂,室温放置入干燥器中240小时,观察基材表面有无腐蚀现象。

向反应釜中依次加入上述称量好的苯酚,三氯甲烷溶剂,苯并三唑缓蚀剂,二丙二醇单甲醚渗透剂,充分搅拌1h,得到除胶剂实施例1。
实施例2:
一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:

向反应釜中依次加入上述称量好的苯酚,三氯甲烷溶剂,苯并三唑缓蚀剂,二丙二醇单甲醚渗透剂,充分搅拌1h,得到除胶剂实施例2。
实施例3:
一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:

实施例6:
一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:

向反应釜中依次加入上述称量好的苯酚,三氯甲烷溶剂,苯并三唑缓蚀剂,二丙二醇单甲醚渗透剂,充分搅拌1h,得到除胶剂实施例6。
将厌氧胶薄片放入上述不同的实施例除胶剂溶液中,通过测量计算得到下表中厌氧胶薄片长度增长百分比。

从上表数据可以看出,实施例5的除胶时间更短,除胶效率得到提升。
将除胶剂实施例1-6滴到市售的4.8级镀锌基材表面,放入干燥器中放置240小时,镀锌基材表面无明显色差及腐蚀现象,说明此除胶剂在短时间除胶过程中对金属表面无腐蚀。
上面对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其特征在于,所述的溶胀剂为苯酚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其特征在于,所述溶解剂为二氯甲烷,四氢呋喃,三氯甲烷,二甲基甲酰铵中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其特征在于,所述的溶解剂为三氯甲烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为苯并三唑,硅酸钠,咪唑,苯甲酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其特征在于,所述的缓蚀剂为苯并三唑。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂为二丙二醇单甲醚,碳酸二甲酯,乙二醇甲醚,乙酸丁酯,丙二醇甲醚中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种快速除去厌氧胶的除胶剂,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为二丙二醇单甲醚。
