本发明是一种适用于橡胶管道切割的设备，包括切割机底座、电源接口、控制开关支柱、控制开关、一号橡胶管限位块、二号橡胶管限位块、切割机主机轨道、切割机主机、切割机电机卡座、电机、圆刀和照明灯，所述的切割机底座表面焊接连接控制开关支柱，控制开关支柱顶端通过螺丝连接控制开关，切割机底座一侧表面开通孔安装电源接口，切割机底座表面开矩形通孔安装二号橡胶管限位块，切割机底座表面焊接连接一号橡胶管限位块，切割机底座表面焊接连接切割机主机轨道，可以卡住需要切割的橡胶管进行切割。

本发明涉及一种切割设备，具体是一种适用于橡胶管道切割的设备。
背景技术
在橡胶管路使用越来越多的今天，如何对一整根橡胶管进行切割已经被提上了日程，传统的切割方式为电锯切割，但是因为其电锯的特性，在切割大型橡胶管时经常力不从心，而且极易操作失误导致人员受伤。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种适用于橡胶管道切割的设备，可以卡住需要切割的橡胶管进行切割。
为了实现上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：一种适用于橡胶管道切割的设备，包括切割机底座、电源接口、控制开关支柱、控制开关、一号橡胶管限位块、二号橡胶管限位块、切割机主机轨道、切割机主机、切割机电机卡座、电机、圆刀和照明灯，所述的切割机底座表面焊接连接控制开关支柱，控制开关支柱顶端通过螺丝连接控制开关，切割机底座一侧表面开通孔安装电源接口，切割机底座表面开矩形通孔安装二号橡胶管限位块，切割机底座表面焊接连接一号橡胶管限位块，切割机底座表面焊接连接切割机主机轨道，切割机主机通过滚轮卡在切割机主机轨道表面，切割机主机一端焊接连接切割机电机卡座，切割机电机卡座表面通过螺丝固定安装电机，电机通过轴承连接切割机主机，切割机主机表面开凹槽通过轴承连接圆刀，切割机主机表面通过螺丝连接照明灯。
所述的切割机底座、开关支柱、一号橡胶管限位块、二号橡胶管限位块和切割机主机轨道材质为钢铁，一号橡胶管限位块和二号橡胶管限位块表面包裹橡胶。
所述的切割机主机轨道高度不低于一点七米。
所述的切割机底座宽度为零点六米长度为一点二米高度不超过零点零五米。
所述的切割机主机内部安装扭矩放大齿轮箱。
借由上述方案，本发明至少具有以下优点：与常规电锯或者锯子进行切割的橡胶管相比，本设备可以更规整的切割多种型号的橡胶管，确保切口整齐的同时杜绝因工具问题而可能导致的人员受伤问题。

如图1所示，本适用于橡胶管道切割的设备，包括切割机底座1、电源接口2、控制开关支柱3、控制开关4、一号橡胶管限位块5、二号橡胶管限位块6、切割机主机轨道7、切割机主机8、切割机电机卡座9、电机10、圆刀11和照明灯12，所述的切割机底座1表面焊接连接控制开关支柱3，控制开关支柱3顶端通过螺丝连接控制开关4，切割机底座1一侧表面开通孔安装电源接口2，切割机底座1表面开矩形通孔安装二号橡胶管限位块6，切割机底座1表面焊接连接一号橡胶管限位块5，切割机底座1表面焊接连接切割机主机轨道7，切割机主机8通过滚轮卡在切割机主机轨道7表面，切割机主机8一端焊接连接切割机电机卡座9，切割机电机卡座9表面通过螺丝固定安装电机10，电机10通过轴承连接切割机主机8，切割机主机8表面开凹槽通过轴承连接圆刀11，切割机主机8表面通过螺丝连接照明灯12。
所述的切割机底座1、开关支柱3、一号橡胶管限位块5、二号橡胶管限位块6和切割机主机轨道7材质为钢铁，一号橡胶管限位块5和二号橡胶管限位块6表面包裹橡胶。
所述的切割机主机轨道7高度不低于一点七米。
所述的切割机底座1宽度为零点六米长度为一点二米高度不超过零点零五米。

2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于橡胶管道切割的设备，其特征在于，所述的切割机底座（1）、开关支柱（3）、一号橡胶管限位块（5）、二号橡胶管限位块（6）和切割机主机轨道（7）材质为钢铁，一号橡胶管限位块（5）和二号橡胶管限位块（6）表面包裹橡胶。
