Abstract

本发明涉及轴承清洗设备工艺,具体是涉及风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,属于风电轴承防锈工艺技术领域。包括如下步骤:将防锈油倒入加热槽内,人工搅拌,搅拌时间大于5min,确保加热槽内的防锈油上下层均匀,加热至55‑65℃;将加热好的防锈油装入油壶内,将油壶安装在喷枪上;将清洗、吹干后的待涂油轴承放置在操作箱内的可选转底座上,一个端面正对操作者;该工艺采用喷涂方式喷涂防锈油,喷涂均匀,轴承防锈油膜厚度相对于原有工艺降低,无油滴流淌、油滴聚集现像;并且采用喷涂方式相对于原有工艺无需更换防锈油,节省环保处理的费用。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承清洗设备工艺,具体是涉及风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,属于风电轴承防锈工艺技术领域。
背景技术
对于高端风力发电机齿轮箱轴承,之前使用通过式常压喷淋方式涂油,涂油后,轴承上油膜较厚,在使用聚乙烯塑料袋包装后,残油较多,影响了轴承产品的外观质量;
原有的喷淋工艺中,轴承上残留有上道清洗工序带入的煤油,防锈油浓度随着使用时间而变化;
原有工艺的防锈油使用一段时间后需要完全更换,换下来的防锈油需进行环保处理。
发明内容
鉴于原有工艺存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,该工艺采用喷涂方式喷涂防锈油,喷涂均匀,轴承防锈油膜厚度相对于原有工艺降低,无油滴流淌、油滴聚集现像;并且采用喷涂方式相对于原有工艺无需更换防锈油,节省环保处理的费用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将防锈油倒入加热槽内,人工搅拌,搅拌时间大于5min,确保加热槽内的防锈油上下层均匀,加热至55-65℃;将加热好的防锈油装入油壶内,将油壶安装在喷枪上;
(2)将清洗、吹干后的待涂油轴承放置在操作箱内的可选转底座上,一个端面正对操作者;
(3)操作者通过雾化箱对待涂油轴承进行雾化喷涂,喷涂10-20秒,应保证油膜均匀,结束时轴承表面无油流流下;
(4)喷涂完毕后,将涂完油的轴承移至保温箱内,使涂完油的轴承在保温箱内静置5-15min;
(5)取出轴承,目视检查,直到轴承表面无明显杂质,无油流流下则达到合格。
所述步骤(1)中的防锈油为福斯03W-C高粘度防锈油;
所述步骤(2)可旋转底座下部设有内部带轴承的长方体塑料块,所述可旋转底座上方开设有凹槽,所述凹槽尺寸与待涂油轴承外径曲率半径相配合;
所述步骤(3)的雾化箱顶端设置集雾器,雾化箱底部设置油液回流管,集雾器的一侧设置油液回流管,所述集雾器出口端的油液回流管引至雾化箱底部的油液回流管上并连接至油槽,保证待涂油轴承上流下的少量防锈油流回油箱。
上述步骤(2)中将待涂油的轴承放置于旋转底座的凹槽内,轴通过轴承连接在旋转底座下部的长方体塑料块内,长方体塑料块上端与旋转底座下表面固定连接,旋转时,轴固定不动,通过旋转底座下部长方体塑料内轴承的旋转带动旋转底座旋转;
上述工艺中,所述的喷枪连接在风管上,所述风管上设有控制阀门。
本发明的有益效果是:
防锈性能:达到原工艺性能标准:盐雾 168h 湿热 168h;外观质量:使用雾化防锈工艺后,轴承的防锈油膜目测明显变薄,表面无油流流淌和油滴聚集,聚乙烯包装袋包装后,24h后,包装袋内无残油;经生产现场小批量试验,改用雾化防锈工艺后,可以保证轴承在3个月海运过程中不发生锈蚀。经济效益估算:经现场使用,对比原工艺,该雾化防锈工艺在材料成本上与原工艺相当,但由于该工艺防锈油全部喷涂在轴承上,不需要更换防锈油,节省了环保处理的费用;该工艺防锈油不会被清洗用的煤油稀释,因此,产品防锈效果持续稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,采用图1-2的结构,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将防锈油倒入加热槽内,人工搅拌,搅拌时间大于5min,确保加热槽内的防锈油上下层均匀,加热至55-65℃;将加热好的防锈油装入油壶内,将油壶安装在喷枪1上;
(2)将清洗、吹干后的待涂油轴承4放置在操作箱内的可选转底座3上,一个端面正对操作者;
(3)操作者通过雾化箱7对待涂油轴承4进行雾化喷涂,喷涂10-20秒,应保证油膜均匀,结束时轴承表面无油流流下;
(4)喷涂完毕后,将涂完油的轴承移至保温箱内,使涂完油的轴承在保温箱内静置5-15min;
(5)取出轴承,目视检查,直到轴承表面无明显杂质,无油流流下则达到合格。
所述步骤(1)中的防锈油为福斯03W-C高粘度防锈油;
所述步骤(2)可旋转底座3下部设有内部带轴承的长方体塑料块5,所述可旋转底座3上方开设有凹槽,所述凹槽尺寸与待涂油轴承4外径曲率半径相配合;
所述步骤(3)的雾化箱7顶端设置集雾器8,雾化箱7底部设置油液回流管9,集雾器8的一侧设置油液回流管10,所述集雾器出口端的油液回流管10引至雾化箱底部的油液回流管9上并连接至油槽11,保证待涂油轴承4上流下的少量防锈油流回油槽11。
上述步骤(2)中将待涂油轴承4放置于旋转底座3的凹槽内,轴6通过轴承连接在旋转底座3下部的长方体塑料块5内,长方体塑料块5上端与旋转底座3下表面固定连接,旋转时,轴6固定不动,通过旋转底座3下部长方体塑料块5内轴承的旋转带动旋转底座3旋转,进而实现对待涂油轴承4进行喷涂;
上述工艺中,所述的喷枪1连接在风管2上,所述风管2上设有控制阀门。

Claims (5)

1.风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将防锈油倒入加热槽内,人工搅拌,搅拌时间大于5min,确保加热槽内的防锈油上下层均匀,加热至55-65℃;将加热好的防锈油装入油壶内,将油壶安装在喷枪上;
(2)将清洗、吹干后的待涂油轴承放置在操作箱内的可选转底座上,一个端面正对操作者;
(3)操作者通过雾化箱对待涂油的轴承进行雾化喷涂,喷涂10-20秒,应保证油膜均匀,结束时轴承表面无油流流下;
(4)喷涂完毕后,将涂完油的轴承移至保温箱内,使涂完油的轴承在保温箱内静置5-15min;
(5)取出轴承,目视检查,直到轴承表面无明显杂质,无油流流下则达到合格。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的防锈油为福斯03W-C高粘度防锈油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)可旋转底座下部设有内部带轴承的长方体塑料块,所述可旋转底座上方开设有凹槽,所述凹槽尺寸与待涂油轴承外径曲率半径相配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)的雾化箱顶端设置集雾器,雾化箱底部设置油液回流管,集雾器的一侧设置油液回流管,所述集雾器出口端的油液回流管引至雾化箱底部的油液回流管上并连接至油槽,保证待涂油的轴承上流下的少量防锈油流回油箱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机齿轮箱轴承雾化防锈工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤(2)中将待涂油的轴承放置于旋转底座的凹槽内,轴通过轴承连接在旋转底座下部的长方体塑料块内,长方体塑料块上端与旋转底座下表面固定连接,旋转时,轴固定不动,通过旋转底座下部长方体塑料内轴承的旋转带动旋转底座旋转。
