技术领域
本发明涉及纸餐盒技术领域,尤其涉及一种纸质保鲜盒。
背景技术
随着经济发展和生活节奏的加快,餐盒广泛应用于日常生活中,主要包括外卖打包和超市冷柜中作为保鲜的器具使用。目前的餐盒主要分为由塑料餐盒制成的餐盒和由纸质材料制成的餐盒。
对于塑料材质制成的保鲜盒而言,因其一体成型制造以及材质的特性,能够保证其本身的密封性及周边上沿的平整度,进而在覆盖盖膜后能够保证包装食材后的密封性,但也同时由于其材质的不可再生性和污染性较高等因素并不符合现今推广的可持续发展的概念而开始逐渐被淘汰使用。因此,市场上的开始以纸质的保鲜餐盒去替代塑料材质的保鲜餐盒。
当前,纸质餐盒主要是通过一张或多张淋膜纸相互拼合形成或粘接成方形或圆形盒体,并于盒体内部粘附薄膜层处理,在盒体内盛放食材后粘附一张盖膜而构成保鲜盒。理论上而言,由于淋膜纸的边缘相互间拼合而成,不存在过渡间隙,拼合位置厚度相当,粘附薄膜层后不存在叠合部分而保持了各个位置等厚度的目的,使得在粘附盖膜过程中,盖膜与薄膜层相互贴合而不存在理论缝隙,从而保证密封性。
同时,由于为了满足密封性的要求,淋膜纸的边缘一般是直接相对齐,再通过粘附薄膜层而实现该相对齐位置的连接,但显然的,由于盒体的侧壁本身具有向外扩张的趋势,尤其是盛放食材之后或是盛放的食材过重之后,薄膜层在该对齐相接的接缝位置会受到较大的向两侧方向的扩张力,薄膜层始终保持于张紧状态的疲劳状态容易使得膜被损坏,尤其是放置时间较长之后,使得在接缝处出现肉眼可见或不可见的缝隙,进而密封性降低,长期存放时容易被细菌侵入餐盒内部而破坏食材新鲜度。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,现提供一种旨在生产工艺简单且密封效果好的纸质保鲜盒,用以克服上述技术缺陷。
具体技术方案如下:
一种纸质保鲜盒,包括由一整张卡纸裁切后折合而成的盒体、通过吸塑工艺覆盖于盒体内表面的薄膜层,且卡纸包括整体呈方形结构且作为盒体底面的底壁、连接于底壁左右两侧边沿的左右侧壁、连接于底壁前后两侧边沿的前后侧壁,左右侧壁、前后侧壁与底壁相接处均具有折痕线;
前后侧壁的左右边沿预留有叠合至左右侧壁的前后边沿上的片材部,于盒体上边沿还由左右侧壁及前后侧壁的外缘共同翻折形成有翻边,片材部叠合至左右侧壁上后相互压合或通过胶水粘合或通过超声波相粘接。
较佳的,翻边的外缘进一步向下翻折形成有裙边。
较佳的,薄膜层的周边粘接于翻边上,纸质保鲜盒还包括盖膜,且盖膜的周边粘接于薄膜层的周边上表面。
较佳的,盒体内侧壁上还由左右侧壁及前后侧壁共同二次翻折形成有截面呈“L”形状的环状阶梯面。
较佳的,片材部的下边沿呈与左右侧壁的前后边沿形状相配的折角形状。
较佳的,片材部叠合于左右侧壁的内表面。

上述技术方案的有益效果在于:
纸质保鲜盒包括盒体、薄膜层,盒体包括底壁、前后侧壁、左右侧壁、翻边,前后侧壁的左右边沿预留有叠合至左右侧壁上的片材部,且盒体由一整张卡纸裁切后折合而成,薄膜层通过吸塑工艺覆盖于盒体内表面,使得整体生产工艺更为简单,且密封效果更佳,盒体四个边角位置的强度更佳,使用时将食材置入盒体内再外覆一层盖膜即可完成食材的保鲜包装,密封性好,能够有效提升和延长保质期。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,以下实施例结合附图对本发明作具体阐述。
实施例一
参阅图1至图6中所示,定义图3中垂直纸面向外的方向为本实施例中由下而上的方向,则图3中的左右方向为本实施例中的左右方向,由上而下的方向为本实施例中的由后向前的方向。
本实施例提供的纸质保鲜盒包括由一整张卡纸裁切后折合而成的盒体1、通过吸塑工艺覆盖于盒体1内表面的薄膜层10,且卡纸包括整体呈方形结构且作为盒体1底面的底壁2、连接于底壁2左右两侧边沿的左右侧壁3、连接于底壁2前后两侧边沿的前后侧壁4,左右侧壁3、前后侧壁4与底壁2相接处均具有折痕线9,且前后侧壁4的左右边沿预留有叠合至左右侧壁3的前后边沿上的片材部5,于盒体1上边沿还由左右侧壁3及前后侧壁4的外缘共同翻折形成有翻边6,片材部5叠合至左右侧壁3上后相互压合或通过胶水粘合或通过超声波相粘接。
基于上述技术方案,纸质保鲜盒包括盒体1、薄膜层10,盒体1包括底壁2、前后侧壁4、左右侧壁3、翻边6,前后侧壁4的左右边沿预留有叠合至左右侧壁3上的片材部5,且盒体1由一整张卡纸裁切后折合而成,薄膜层10通过吸塑工艺覆盖于盒体1内表面,使得整体生产工艺更为简单,且密封效果较佳,盒体1四个边角位置的强度更佳,不易于因盛放的食材过重而在搬运中损坏,使用时将食材置入盒体1内再外覆一层盖膜即可完成食材的保鲜包装,密封性好,能够有效提升和延长保质期。
在一种优选实施方式中,翻边6的外缘进一步向下翻折形成有裙边7,一方面进一步增强盒体1强度,另一方面便于后续使用中撕开盖膜,以打开盖膜与薄膜层10之间的保鲜空间。进一步的,薄膜层10的周边粘接于翻边6上,纸质保鲜盒还包括盖膜11,且盖膜11的周边粘接于薄膜层10的周边上表面。进一步的,盖膜11还与裙边7相粘接。
在具体使用中,如图6中所示,且图6中为清晰展示以下所描述内容而相对夸大化了相对厚度,理论而言,相对于现有技术而言,由于本方案的翻边的相接位置上由两张卡纸叠合而成,虽然通过了相互压合或通过胶水粘合或超声波相粘接的操作,使得叠合位置具有两张卡纸的厚度尤其是在片材部5的边缘位置不可避免的形成台阶结构(如图6中B部分)的接缝,使得覆盖薄膜层10后会在该位置形成褶皱(如图6中A部分),再进一步的进行粘附盖膜操作中,将盖膜与薄膜层10相互贴合后,会在该褶皱位置可能存在密封性不良的问题。
但实际生产中,卡纸的厚度一般为0.5mm,片材部相互叠合后所构成的台阶B最大厚度也仅有0.5mm,而在采用模具压合成型盒体的工艺中,由于卡纸本身属于可压缩材质,则能够使得该台阶B因受到挤压而保持于0.01mm以内。同时,在薄膜层10及盖膜11的厚度足够薄的前提下(例如常规膜的厚度为0.03mm),上述的褶皱就会相对而言能够忽略不计,尤其是盖膜贴覆的操作一般同样是在设备上进行的,通过压合及加热熔融的方式实现,能够理论上的将薄膜层10及盖膜11粘接为一体,并完全解决两者因褶皱问题而存在的无法完全密封的问题,同时,在该压合过程中还能够将台阶B进一步的压缩。并且,在本方案的具体生产检测结果中显示,确实能够确保该褶皱位置的密封性达到标准要求,且长期存放状态下能够避免如现有技术中所面临的薄膜被破损的情况。
此外,上述的吸塑工艺主要包括:
步骤a,将卡纸裁切并拼合而成后的盒体1安置于吸塑工位上的吸塑模具中,膜卷料作为片材拉紧设置在盒体1的上方,由位于膜卷料上方的加热组件加热并软化膜卷料;优选的,膜卷料的下表面带有胶水,或者在盒体1的翻边6上涂敷有胶水,使得加热状态下粘性更佳。
步骤b,由设置于吸塑工位中的抽气设备通过卡纸本身存在而肉眼不可见的缝隙(该缝隙也可直接在底壁上开设抽气孔构成,以加强吸塑能力)对膜卷料进行吸塑操作,膜卷料在抽气设备作用下向下紧贴在盒体1上形成薄膜层10;且抽气设备的吸口可以设置于盒体1外侧的任意位置;
步骤c,对粘接于边沿上的薄膜的外周边缘进一步进行热压或超声波粘接的操作。
在一种优选的实施方式中,盒体1内侧壁上还由左右侧壁3及前后侧壁4共同二次翻折形成有截面呈“L”形状的环状阶梯面8,使得盒体1的整体结构更为稳固。进一步的,片材部5的下边沿呈与左右侧壁3的前后边沿形状相配的折角形状,具体的,将整张卡纸裁切成如图4所示的形状,且底壁2周边折痕线9为压痕,左右侧壁3及前后侧壁4相接处裁切而成,即片材部5通过裁切而成。进一步的,片材部5叠合于左右侧壁的内表面。且相叠合处的厚度为两张卡纸的厚度,与现有的直接将卡纸边缘相对并通过粘接薄膜层10将边缘粘合相比,密封性更佳,且由于卡纸本身厚度较小,两张卡纸的厚度并不影响其正常使用。进一步的,薄膜层10及盖膜11均由EVOH材质制成,具有高阻隔的效果。且在具体使用时,由薄膜层10及盖膜围成的储存空间内储放食材及惰性气体(优选氮气),能够有效起到延长食材保鲜期限的效果。
具体在粘接盖膜的操作中,同时由设备将食材放置于储存空间内并将存储空间内的气体用氮气替换,一方面在薄膜层及盖膜间形成密封的食材储放空间,另一方面由惰性气体替换普通空气,使得食材与氧气隔离,有效延长其保质期。
实施例二,
结合图7中所述,本实施例提供的纸质保鲜盒的内容和结构与上述实施例基本相同,其不同之处仅在于,在本实施例中,翻边6的外缘进一步向下翻转卷曲形成有卷边12,使得能够大大加强盒体边缘的强度,避免在具体使用时因封装盖膜11及抽气置换气体过程中引起的侧边内凹的问题。进一步的,在纵截面方向上,卷边12整体呈螺旋状,但显然的,卷边12的螺旋程度可根据盒体整体尺寸大小而改变,可以仅单次卷曲,也可以是多次卷曲形成如图7中所示的形态。这一设置使得多个盒体重叠包装时能够有效防止出现因气密性问题而叠合在一起无法分离的情形,使用更为方便。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对本发明而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。本专业技术人员理解,在本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,包括由一整张卡纸裁切后折合而成的盒体(1)、通过吸塑工艺覆盖于所述盒体(1)内表面的薄膜层(10),且所述卡纸包括整体呈方形结构且作为所述盒体(1)底面的底壁(2)、连接于所述底壁(2)左右两侧边沿的左右侧壁(3)、连接于所述底壁(2)前后两侧边沿的前后侧壁(4),所述左右侧壁(3)、前后侧壁(4)与底壁(2)相接处均具有折痕线(9);
所述前后侧壁(4)的左右边沿预留有用以叠合至所述左右侧壁(3)的前后边沿上的片材部(5),于所述盒体(1)上边沿还由所述左右侧壁(3)及前后侧壁(4)的外缘共同翻折形成有翻边(6),所述片材部(5)叠合至所述左右侧壁(3)上后相互压合或通过胶水粘合或通过超声波相粘接。
2.如权利要求1所述的纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述翻边(6)的外缘进一步向下翻折形成有裙边(7)。
3.如权利要求1所述的纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述薄膜层(10)的周边粘接于所述翻边(6)上,所述纸质保鲜盒还包括盖膜(11),且所述盖膜(11)的周边粘接于所述薄膜层(10)的周边上表面。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(1)内侧壁上还由所述左右侧壁(3)及前后侧壁(4)共同二次翻折形成有截面呈“L”形状的环状阶梯面(8)。
5.如权利要求1所述的纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述片材部(5)的下边沿呈与所述左右侧壁(3)的前后边沿形状相配的折角形状。
6.如权利要求5所述的纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述片材部(5)叠合于所述左右侧壁(3)的内表面。
7.如权利要求3所述的纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述盖膜(11)与所述薄膜层(10)粘接成一体,并于所述薄膜层(10)及盖膜(11)围成的储存空间内储放食材及惰性气体。
8.如权利要求1所述的纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,所述翻边(6)的外缘进一步向下翻转卷曲形成有卷边(12)。
9.如权利要求8所述的纸质保鲜盒,其特征在于,在纵截面方向上,所述卷边(12)整体呈螺旋状。
