Description
本发明涉及备有能与相嵌合的插塞式触头维持可靠接触的弹性接触片的插孔式触头。
以往所知的备有能与相嵌合的插塞式触头维持可靠接触的弹性接触片的插孔式触头,有例如实公昭62-20144号公报或实开昭58-62564号公报中发表的那种触头。那种触头的弹性接触片是从插孔式触头的前端弯曲,一直向后延伸到插孔式触头的内部,因此在弹性接触片弯曲的部位具有必要的弹性,用来维持与相嵌合的插塞式触头之间的可靠的接触。
在备有这样的弹性接触片的插孔式触头中,当与插塞式触头嵌合时,如果插塞式触头相对于插孔式触头倾斜地插入时,与插塞式触头前端接触的弹性接触片被压向斜下方,产生过大的变形,有可能损害弹性接触片所应具有的弹性。在上述各公报所述的插孔式触头中设有凸起,用来防止这种弹性接触片向下方过大的变形,当按压插塞式触头时,向下方移动的弹性接触片的自由端与该凸起接触而受到阻挡,因此该弹性接触片上下移动不会超过规定的范围。
设置在上述各公报中记载的插孔式触头上的凸起,对于防止插塞式触头倾斜地插入插孔式触头内时造成弹性接触片的自由端过大的变形是有效的。但是当插塞式触头相对于插孔式触头极端地倾斜时,插塞式触头的前端在插入插孔式触头内之前,先与弹性接触片的弯曲部分接触,往往使弯曲部分产生过大的变形,用上述原有的凸起就不能防止这种弯曲部分的有害的变形。不仅与插塞式触头嵌合时,而且在插孔式触头运输时和往连接器中安装等情况下,任何一种直接对弯曲部分的接触,都会引起弯曲部分的有害变形。
本发明就是鉴于上述情况而提出的,其目的是提供这样一种插孔式触头,该触头即使当弹性接触片的弯曲部分由于任何一种直接接触而使弯曲部分受到压迫时,都能防止弯曲部分的有害变形。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的插孔式触头备有向前后方向延伸的基板、从该基板左右两端向上竖立的左右侧壁、以及从基板的前端向后弯曲延伸的弹性接触片。该插孔式触头的特征为:在上述弹性接触片的弯曲部分附近形成至少向上述左右两侧壁中的一侧凸出的凸起,在上述的至少一侧的侧壁上形成切口,上述凸起与该切口进行动配合,将凸起限定在规定的方向上的规定距离以内移动。
上面所说的“动配合”,意思是说当插孔式触头与插塞式触头嵌合时,只允许弯曲部分的正常变形的容许量被限定在凸起与切口之间。
上述的“规定方向”包括指弯曲部分可能受到过大变形的全部方向的情况,以及仅指例如插孔式触头的前后方向或上下方向中的特定方向的情况。
如果采用按本发明制造的插孔式触头,则由于在插孔式触头的左右侧壁中的至少一个侧壁上形成的切口和动配合的凸起是在弹性接触片的弯曲部分附近形成的,所以当插孔式触头与插塞式触头嵌合时,即使插塞式触头的前端与弯曲部分直接接触或在插孔式触头的使用过程中不管怎样与弯曲部分接触而使弯曲部分可能产生过大变形时,由于切口会将凸起的移动限定在规定距离以内,所以能防止弯曲部分产生有害的变形。
图1是表示本发明的一个实施例的插孔式触头的简略结构的侧视图。
图2是图1所示的插孔式触头的纵断面图。
图3是沿图1中的Ⅲ-Ⅲ线的断面图。
下面根据附图说明本发明的实施例。
如图所示的本实施例的插孔式触头1是备有沿前后方向(各图中的左右方向)延伸的基板2(参见图2)、以及从该基板2的左右两端向上竖立的左右侧壁3(参见图3),同时还备有从左右侧壁3的上端平行于基板2延伸的上壁4(参见图2)的盒式触头。
弹性接触片5从基板2的前端开始向后弯曲延伸到触头1的内部。向后延伸的弹性接触片5的自由端51再向前弯曲,其下部最好与基板2接触。在与弹性接触片5的自由端51到达的位置对应的左右侧壁3上设有观察孔6,制造时用来管理该自由端51是否处于正确的位置。
当插塞式触头(图示略)端正地插入插孔式触头1内部时,与插塞式触头接触的弹性接触片5的接触部52形成有较大弯曲的形状。由于将接触部52弯曲得较大,所以弹性接触片5的总体长度变长,因此要使弹性接触片5上产生的应力分散。另外,在弹性接触片5的纵向中间部的下方,设置在左右侧壁3上切出使之立起并向内突出的侧壁凸起7。当插塞式触头相对于插孔式触头1倾斜插入时,受到插塞式触头的前端部分压迫的弹性接触片5的中间部分便与侧壁凸起7接触,该凸起7将该中间部分向下的移动限制在规定的范围以内,因此能防止弹性接触片5所具有的预期弹性受到损害,具有以往众所周知的功能。
在左右侧壁3的前端部位形成从前端向后方呈槽状延伸的左右切口8。另一方面,如图3所示,在弹性接触片5的弯曲部分53附近形成分别向左右侧壁3凸出、且分别与左右切口8进行动配合的左右凸起9。左右切口8及左右凸起9彼此之间的间隔已被确定,以便当插塞式触头端正地插入插孔式触头1内时,允许弹性接触片5正常移动,另一方面,当沿上下方向或向后的力直接作用在弹性接触片5的弯曲部分53上时,能将弯曲部分53沿这些方向的移动限制在规定的距离以内。由于不管什么与弯曲部分53接触时,切口8都阻止凸起9的移动,因此能防止弯曲部分53产生有害的变形。另外,当插塞式触头相对于插孔式触头1倾斜插入时,上述的侧壁凸起7与弹性接触片5的中间部分接触,将其向下的移动限制在规定的范围以内,同时,特别是上述切口8中位于凸起9的下侧的边缘部分与设置在弹性接触片5的弯曲部53附近的该凸起9接触,将其向下的移动限制在规定范围内,所以弹性接触片5能在大致全长范围内防止超过弹性范围的变形。
以上说明了本发明的插孔式触头的实施例,但本发明不受该实施例的具体形态的限制,可以进行种种变更。
例如在上述实施例中,切口是从插孔式触头的前端向后延伸的槽,但切口也可以是围绕在凸起周围的孔。
在上述实施例中,切口和凸起是设置在左右侧壁及弹性接触片的左右两侧上,但也可将切口和凸起只设置在任意一个侧壁及与弹性接触片对应的一侧。
也可在侧壁上形成向弹性接触片凸出的凸起,而在弹性接触片上形成切口。
另外,上述实施例中的插孔式触头是备有基板、左右侧壁及上壁的盒式触头,但不言而喻,本发明也能应用于没有上壁的插孔式触头。
Claims (1)
1、一种插孔式触头,它备有沿前后方向延伸的基板、从该基板左右两侧向上竖立的左右侧壁、以及从基板的前端向后弯曲延伸的弹性接触片,该插孔式触头的特征在于:在上述弹性接触片的弯曲部分附近形成向上述左右侧壁中的至少一个侧壁凸出的凸起,在上述至少一个侧壁上形成切口,供凸起进行动配合用,同时用来阻止该凸起在规定的方向上作超过规定距离的移动。
