Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation, and particularly relates to a treatment process of propranolol decoction dregs.
Background
Chinese herbal medicines are the most important components in traditional medicine, and with the increase of market demand and the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry, more and more traditional Chinese medicine residues are generated in the processing of traditional Chinese medicines. According to the report, Chinese medicine dregs produced by Chinese medicine enterprises in China are millions of tons every year, and how to reasonably treat the medicine dregs becomes a problem to be solved urgently. Only part of the dregs are used for cultivating feed, fertilizer, garden cultivation medium and edible fungi, most of the traditional Chinese medicine dregs are intensively stacked, buried or burned, the treatment cost is high, the discharged waste gas after treatment pollutes the air, the land is occupied, the social resource is seriously wasted, and the pollution problem of the traditional Chinese medicine dregs becomes a serious social problem. At present, a plurality of existing documents research on traditional Chinese medicine dregs, for example, a Chinese patent 'CN 103739325A' discloses a bio-organic fertilizer prepared from traditional Chinese medicine dregs, which can be applied to vegetable bases; chinese patent 'CN 108658687A' discloses a method for preparing an organic fertilizer by using traditional Chinese medicine dregs, which comprises spraying a compound bacterial liquid into the dregs, and then adding a certain amount of urea and monoammonium phosphate to prepare the organic fertilizer. The above method has the following disadvantages: 1) because different herb residues have different sources, substances which have antagonism to the bacterial strains can be remained, and the traditional Chinese medicine herb residues cannot be popularized to use; 2) a large amount of cellulose and vegetable protein exist in the medicine dregs, and the bacterial strains are difficult to completely degrade.
Jingqian' an tablet is the main variety of Xiangyu group. The existing product technology refers to the standard of the national food and drug administration to prepare premenstrual tension, and the formula is as follows:
radix bupleuri 400g fructus Aurantii 400g cortex Albizziae 320g radix Curcumae 320g
320g of nutgrass galingale rhizome, 240g of green tangerine peel, 240g of beautiful sweetgum fruit, 280g of tangerine seed and 240g of sweetgum fruit
320g of angelica, 320g of white peony root, 320g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 240g of poria cocos, 240g of rhizoma ligustici wallichii
Areca peel 240g and licorice root 120 g.
The preparation process comprises the steps of extracting volatile oil from the fourteen raw materials, namely seven raw materials of radix bupleuri, fructus aurantii, radix curcumae, rhizoma cyperi, pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, angelica sinensis, ligusticum wallichii and the like by a distillation method, preparing the volatile oil into an inclusion compound by β -cyclodextrin for standby, collecting the aqueous solution after distillation in another container, adding 8 times of water into medicine residues for decocting for 2 times, 1 hour for the first time and 0.5 hour for the second time, merging decoction, filtering, adding the rest seven raw materials of cortex albiziae and the like into water for decocting for 2 times, 10 times of water for decocting for 2 hours for the first time, 8 times of water for decocting for 1 hour for the second time, merging decoction, filtering, merging the filtrate with the aqueous solution after distillation, concentrating under reduced pressure to thick paste with the relative density of 1.20-1.25 (measured at 75 ℃), cooling, adding ethanol to enable the ethanol content to be 55%, standing for 24 hours, filtering, washing precipitates with 55% ethanol, filtering, merging the filtrate, recovering ethanol, concentrating under reduced pressure to the relative density to be 1.20-1.25 (measured) and obtaining clear paste, spray drying, adding β -cyclodextrin, preparing granules, drying.
The dregs obtained in the preparation process are premenstrual tension dregs. How to effectively treat the premenstrual ease tablet dregs is a technical problem faced by enterprises.
In order to inhibit the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests, various special products for preventing and treating plant diseases and insect pests appear on the market, most of the products contain chemical components, and after the products are applied for many years, the physical structure of soil is changed, so that the nutrient loss of soil hardened by beds is serious, the fertility is reduced, the drug resistance of the plant diseases and insect pests in the soil is serious, the applied fertilizer cannot be effectively utilized, the production-input ratio is increased, the economic benefit of flower farmers is poor, and the enthusiasm of the flower farmers is greatly reduced. The chrysanthemum is a medicinal ornamental plant, cuttage is an important propagation mode, and the technical problem to be solved is how to apply the Qiandanpian traditional Chinese medicine dregs to chrysanthemum cultivation.
