Abstract

多级轴承的方法属于机械制造类领域。是在已知现有轴承的基础上,轴承由单级转动或滑动变成多级转动或滑动的轴承。轴高速旋转时,第一级轴承也高速旋转,当第一级轴承的转速达到一定的转速时就会带动第二级轴承的转动,当第二级轴承的转速达到一定的转速时就会带动第三级轴承的转动。第三级轴承的转动就减少了第二级轴承的转速,第二级轴承的转动就减少了第一级轴承的转速。轴承的级数越多,轴承的减速效果越明显。在轴转速相同的情况下,多级轴承的转速降低了,减少了轴承产生的热量,减少了轴承的磨损,从整体上延长了轴承的使用时间。

多级轴承的方法属于机械制造类领域。
背景技术
现在的轴承种类很多,型号也很全。但是都属于单级转动或滑动轴承。 当轴的转速很高时,轴承的转速也必须很高。因为现在的轴承本身无法分 减轴的转速。
当轴承高速旋转时就会产生一定的热量,当轴承的热量累积到一定程 度就会使轴承产生高温,高温就会使轴承失效、磨损至损坏。设备更换轴 承费时费力。
发明内容
多级轴承的方法,是在现有已知道轴承种类和型号的基础上,轴承由 单级转动或滑动改成多级转动或滑动的轴承。
当轴高速旋转时,多级轴承本身就可以实现转速递减来降低轴承转速, 轴承转速低时产生的热量就少,就可以长时间旋转,在轴的转速相同的情 况下,就相对延长了轴承的整体使用时间。

在轴速相同的情况下,多级轴承延长了轴承的整体使用时间。

具体实施方式
多级轴承的方法实施方式,以三级轴承为例:
