背景技术
众所周知,最常用的用于门窗的遮帘是滚动式遮帘,它们由水平链接的条板组成,这些条板通过皮带传动手工缠绕于水平轴周围,或者通过电动马达自动地缠绕于水平轴周围。
最上端的条板与轴成为一体,其承受着遮帘的全部重量,这就是它必须具备强有力的支撑的理由,这些支撑被永久地紧固在墙壁上。
尤其是,滚动式遮帘的缺点之一,也是一般遮帘的缺点之一,就是它的明显的两步安装的复杂性:首先,它必须紧固轴的支撑,然后固定住木盒,这些木盒在门窗上方包围着容纳滚动式遮帘装置的空间。
滚动式遮帘的另一个缺点是需要大量的空间来安放完全拉升的遮帘,即遮帘完全缠绕在轴周围的时候;这个空间一般地比墙壁的厚度宽,因此,它往往凸出于房间的室内,从而产生另外两个缺点:一个纯粹是美观上的问题,另一个则主要是技术上的问题,其表现在向室内凸出得越多,就需要越远离窗户来悬挂窗帘,这是因为窗帘通常覆盖住滚动式遮帘的方盒,以使其隐蔽起来,不被视见。
如果拿它与可能将窗帘紧贴墙壁悬挂的情况相比的话,其最终结果是室内居住面积的总体减少了。
这几年以来,已经设计出各种装置来弥补上述提到的缺点;例如,德国专利DE A 29 47501描述了用于门窗的折叠式遮帘,遮帘中的条板通过具有曲线端头的连接元件相互连接在一起,并且其特征还在于在条板两端具有销钉,这些销钉在两个横向滑槽(17,18)内滑动,并有一个齿状导轮由马达或皮带传动来驱动,该齿状导轮与销钉啮合,并且可以拖拉遮帘,也可以推压遮帘,以分别将遮帘拉升或者放下;当遮帘被拉升时,条板应向上相互折叠。依据本专利,滑槽由遮帘底部开始并终止于齿状导轮的下面,以致于条板在导轮之上没有被导引;这就必定使得条板安排无序,这可能有损于遮帘的正确工作。在上述发明中描述的遮帘,在最好的实施例中,正如附图所建议的那样,看来适合于日光照射,因为近乎水平的位置有助于条板以理想的方式安排自身,而在垂直位置,条板正确落入其位的机会几乎为零。事实上,在其中一个本发明所介绍的实施例中,条板被制成围绕轴而滚卷,因此也就破坏了由折叠式方案所代表的优点。美国专利US 4 303 117描述了一个用折叠遮帘的开闭装置,依据本装置条板在端头设置有销钉,并在两个滑槽内滑动,并且向下压载以便促进遮帘下降;遮帘随后通过向上拉动固系于最下端条板的两根绳索而被拉升;条板通过两个缆索和两个凸轮而被折叠,这同样需要克服在连接(接头)处的负载,这是因为拉升绳索始终保持着条板装置的拉力。为了促进遮帘的下放与拉升,事实上,需要一个配重系统。在美国专利US 4 303 117中所描述的这个系统非常复杂,昂贵并且在遮帘移动中产生大量的摩擦,这是由于缆索的滑动促使条板折叠的装置25和26的滑动,以及配重作用的结果;另外,在上述专利中描述的配重系统还极大地增加了需要拉升的重量,并且该配重阻碍了整个装置的均匀移动。最后的但不仅仅如此的是:条板(6)的有限数目(6)以及条板由此而有的较大尺寸,需要方盒(5)明显地凸出于墙壁以容放它们。本发明涉及用于窗户的折叠式遮帘,该遮帘除了能安放进不凸出墙壁的方盒内之外,由于条板的折叠安排方式,弥补了上面提到的缺点,能够通过一个简单机构来实现条板的平顺折叠,该简单机构几乎不占重量并且具有最小的摩擦。
发明概述
本发明涉及门窗的遮帘,它在完全压缩时,即遮帘完全被打开时,比现行滚动式遮帘占据更少的空间,并且在任何情况下,窄于容纳该遮帘的墙壁的厚度,使得安放遮帘的方盒能完全平埋于墙壁内。
本发明还涉及这样门窗的遮帘,其中,所有的元件可以被安装并支撑于相应的方盒内,这样就能够更容易和更快地安装该遮帘,这是因为所需要做的仅是将该方盒放进窗户/门上方的空间内,并将其紧固在墙壁上即可。
这些结果得自于本发明所述的特殊结构,该结构包含一系列水平链接的条板,它们在遮帘被拉升时,自动折叠并进入方盒内。
因此,该遮帘的宽度与条板的宽度相吻合,这是因为不管有多少条板组成该遮帘,每个条板都准确地垒堆在另一条板之上,形成一个具有恒定厚度的堆垒;然而在滚动式遮帘的情况中,组成遮帘的条板数目越大,在遮帘被打开时遮帘形成的卷筒的直径就越大。
第一条或者最上端的条板直接紧固于方盒的顶部,或者换言之,当遮帘完全被拉升时,该条板与方盒的顶部接触,而当遮帘完全被放下时,条板通过销钉,压在销钉滑槽的支撑上,这样减小了遮帘的整体高度。
遮帘是通过转动两个凸轮而被拉升的,这两个凸轮与在每个条板的中间的销钉端头相啮合,从而将条板向上拖起或者向下推压。
另一方面,可以用一链条式或者其它类似的传动系统来代替这两个凸轮,从而取得较凸轮更为缩小的直径的优点,因此,能够进一步地减小方盒的宽度。很显然,这需要在条板端头采用一个以上的销钉,但这些附加的销钉可以不是圆形端头的。
两个横向凸轮通过皮带传动,或者通过马达,通过一套相互连接并且与驱轴相连接的齿轮,来手工驱动;这些齿轮被放置在足够大尺寸和金属盒内,能够承受拉升和放下遮帘所需要的力;整个装置被包容在方盒内。
由于驱轴不需要被用来承受遮帘的重量,所以相关的支撑可以紧固在方盒的侧壁上;因此该方盒包含并支撑着遮帘和它的驱动机构。
这就意味着遮帘可以通过一次性操作而被安装起来,即仅仅将包含遮帘的方盒放进窗户/门上方的墙壁的空间内并将其紧固起来即可。

对推荐实施例的详细说明
如附图所示,本遮帘包含一系列条板(1),这些条板通过具有曲线端头(2a)的连接元件(2)相互连接,该连接元件在每个条板的边缘弯曲地钩进条板中。
尤其是,在每个条板(1)的上部边缘上,有一个半圆形槽(1a),它通过圆拱形凸缘(1b)封闭起来,并与连接元件(2)的下曲端接合起来;而在每个条板(1)的下部边缘上有一个较大的近似矩形的槽(1c),它同样具有与以上提到的圆拱形凸缘(16)相类似的凸缘,并且它与连接元件(2)的上曲端接合起来。
当两个原倾斜共面的条板(1)发生相互接触时(见图3),因槽(1c)足够大,能容纳连接元件(2)的一部分;为了安装目的,槽(1a)和(1c)也可以位于中心位置(见图11)。
必须指出的是,各槽(1a和1c)是偏置的,它们位于每个条板(1)的相对端,因此条板(1)必须交替安排,以便使一个条板的上部槽(1c)能完美地与上面相邻的条板(1)的下部槽(1a)进行面接。
在条板(a)的各端上有一个销钉(3),其具有圆形端头(3a)或(3b),它能够在遮帘被拉升或放下时,使凸轮(9)与条板(1)啮合;在方盒(6)的外面,条板(1)呈现为处于倾斜位置。
一旦条板(1)进入方盒(6)内,它们被折叠并被安排为相互折叠在一起,这是通过凸轮(9)和在滑槽(8a和8b)中滑动的销钉头(3a和3b)所产生的向上推力形成的;滑槽(8a和8b)被固定在两个盒形隔板(8)上。

在方盒(6)内,除了凸轮(9)和驱轴(5)之外,还有特定的滑槽(8a)、(8b)和(8c),它们固定在两个盒形隔板(8)的内壁上。

Claims (3)
