Abstract

本发明公开了一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:制备具有木纹效果的材料;提供模具,模具型腔按照木纹效果做加工处理,形成具有预定深度的仿木质纹路;通过外部气压将材料紧贴在模具,冷却后即可得到塑料瓶。本申请所得的塑料瓶不仅表面具有仿木质的颜色和纹理效果,而且表面还分布有仿木质纹路,仿木质纹路具有预定深度,从而具有很好的立体手感,使容器瓶的仿木质效果更逼真,可大大提升产品的档次感。此外,本申请的塑料瓶结构简单,加工容易,可进行大批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化塑料包装领域,特别涉及一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前市面上有仿木质纹理效果的塑料瓶,大多是通过以下方法实现:一是通过收缩膜实现,就是在膜表面先印刷木质纹理,再通过套膜收缩后紧贴产品表面,以达到容器瓶表面有木质颜色和纹理的效果;二是通过在容器瓶上贴一层印刷木纹效果的贴标签。
上述的两种木纹效果实现的方法的不足之处分别是:
(1)第一种方法包装容器瓶表面会有类似木质的颜色和纹理效果,但容器瓶的表面却没有木质的凹凸感,比较平整,且由于收缩画面容易失真,效果不好;
(2)第二种通过在容器瓶表面贴一层木纹效果的标纸,这种方法工艺简单,效果差,尤其遇到形状不规则的产品,很难实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶,其表面不仅达到仿木质的颜色和纹理效果,同时还可以实现纹理的凹凸手感。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法。
针对上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶,所述塑料瓶的表面具有仿木纹颜色并分布有仿木质纹路,所述仿木质纹路具有预定深度。
作为优选的实施方式,所述塑料瓶的制作材料包括基材以及添加到基材中的具有不同融指与仿木纹颜色的木纹色母材料。
作为优选的实施方式,所述塑料瓶包括内层和外层,所述木纹色母材料仅添加于外层。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还采用以下技术方案:
一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
制备具有木纹效果的材料;
提供模具,模具型腔按照木纹效果做加工处理,形成具有预定深度的仿木质纹路;
通过外部气压将所述材料紧贴在所述模具,冷却后即可得到塑料瓶。
作为优选的实施方式,制备具有木纹效果的材料的步骤包括:
选定木纹色母材料,通过在基材中加入具有不同融指与仿木纹颜色的木纹色母材料,利用材料之间流动性的差异形成不同颜色相间的仿木质纹理。
作为优选的实施方式,制备具有木纹效果的材料的步骤还包括:
通过在基材中加入介质纤维的改性材料,增强效果。
作为优选的实施方式,采用双层结构的中空挤出吹瓶机作为加工设备,使得制作的塑料瓶具有内层和外层,木纹色母材料仅添加于外层。
作为优选的实施方式,通过内、外层螺杆转速的控制,使外层所占的厚度比例为5%~15%。
作为优选的实施方式,选定的木纹色母材料的步骤包括:
选定一种黄色的PE基色母材料作为底色,熔点为130℃;
选定一种褐色的ABS或PP基的色母材料作为纹路色,熔点为170℃。
作为优选的实施方式,模具型腔做的加工处理为蚀刻加工处理,模具型腔蚀刻成一种间断的竖状和横状纹路相互无规则交织的效果,仿木质纹路布满模具型腔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果有:本申请所得的塑料瓶不仅表面具有仿木质的颜色和纹理效果,而且表面还分布有仿木质纹路,仿木质纹路具有预定深度,从而具有很好的立体手感,使容器瓶的仿木质效果更逼真,可大大提升产品的档次感。此外,本申请的塑料瓶结构简单,加工容易,可进行大批量生产。

本发明一实施例的一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶,塑料瓶的表面具有仿木纹颜色并分布有仿木质纹路,仿木质纹路具有预定深度。因此,塑料瓶不仅具有仿木质的颜色和纹理效果,而且具有很好的立体手感,使容器瓶的仿木质效果更逼真,可大大提升产品的档次感。
塑料瓶的制作方法如下:
一、制备具有木纹效果的材料
(1)选定容器瓶的基材
选用HDPE5502作为基材,材料熔点为130℃。
(2)选定木纹色母材料
选定一种黄色的PE基色母材料作为底色,材料熔点为130℃;
选定一种褐色的ABS或PP基的色母材料作为纹路色,熔点为170℃。
(3)材料制备
通过在基材中加入具有不同融指(熔融指数)与仿木纹颜色的木纹色母材料,利用材料之间流动性的差异形成不同颜色相间的仿木质纹理。
(4)增强效果
通过在基材中加入介质纤维的改性材料,增强效果。
二、模具加工
(1)提供模具
选定一套挤吹瓶模具。
(2)模具型腔按照木纹效果做加工处理
模具型腔通过加工处理,形成具有预定深度的仿木质纹路,并且仿木质纹路布满模具型腔。模具型腔的仿木质纹路和塑料瓶的仿木质纹路是相互对应的。
本实施例中,模具型腔做的加工处理为蚀刻加工处理,使用化学药水蚀刻的方式,把模具型腔蚀刻成一种间断的竖状和横状纹路相互无规则交织的效果。在其他实施例中,也可以采用机加工或其他合适的加工方式对模具型腔进行加工。
纹路宽度和深度可以是0.3~0.7mm之间,本实施例中,纹路宽度和深度约为0.5mm。
(3)提供加工设备
加工设备采用双层结构的中空挤出吹瓶机作为加工设备,使得制作的塑料瓶具有内层和外层,木纹色母材料仅添加于外层。
(4)制备过程
通过外部气压将所述材料紧贴在刻有一定深度的仿木质纹路的模具,冷却后即可得到一种表面既有木质纹路效果,又具有立体手感的仿木质纹理效果的塑料瓶。具体过程如下:
a.材料配方
外层:使用HDPE5502作为基材,添加3%比例的黄色底色色母,添加1%的褐色纹路色母;
内层:使用HDPE5502作为基材,添加4%比例的普通色母。
b.外层成型温度控制在190℃-210℃;
c.通过内、外层螺杆转速的控制,使外层所占的厚度比例为5%~15%,本实施例中,外层所占的厚度比例控制在10%左右;
d.内外层通过双层共挤,料胚在模具中在0.7Mpa的气压下吹塑成型,最终得到一种表面具有仿木质纹理效果的塑料容器瓶。
本实施例所得的表面具有仿木质纹理效果的塑料瓶主要有以下优点:
(1)木纹色母材料只添加在外层,由于外层比较薄,故塑料瓶在具有仿木质效果及立体感的同时,大大减低了材料的成本;
(2)木纹色母材料只添加在外层,不会发生木纹色母成分可能出现迁移而影响内容物性能的情况;
(3)模具纹路的宽度和深度控制在约0.5mm,使容器瓶在保持有立体手感的同时,不影响容器瓶进行套膜、贴标等后加工装饰。

1.一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶,其特征在于,所述塑料瓶的表面具有仿木纹颜色并分布有仿木质纹路,所述仿木质纹路具有预定深度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶,其特征在于,所述塑料瓶的制作材料包括基材以及添加到基材中的具有不同融指与仿木纹颜色的木纹色母材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶,其特征在于,所述塑料瓶包括内层和外层,所述木纹色母材料仅添加于外层。
4.一种表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
制备具有木纹效果的材料;
提供模具,模具型腔按照木纹效果做加工处理,形成具有预定深度的仿木质纹路;
通过外部气压将所述材料紧贴在所述模具,冷却后即可得到塑料瓶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法,其特征在于,制备具有木纹效果的材料的步骤包括:
选定木纹色母材料,通过在基材中加入具有不同融指与仿木纹颜色的木纹色母材料,利用材料之间流动性的差异形成不同颜色相间的仿木质纹理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法,其特征在于,制备具有木纹效果的材料的步骤还包括:
通过在基材中加入介质纤维的改性材料,增强效果。
7.根据权利要求5所述的表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法,其特征在于,采用双层结构的中空挤出吹瓶机作为加工设备,使得制作的塑料瓶具有内层和外层,木纹色母材料仅添加于外层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法,其特征在于,通过内、外层螺杆转速的控制,使外层所占的厚度比例为5%~15%。
9.根据权利要求5所述的表面具有仿真木质纹理效果的塑料瓶的制作方法,其特征在于,选定的木纹色母材料的步骤包括:
