本发明公开了一种冷敷贴面膜，属于医用化妆品技术领域。本发明的冷敷面膜由水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层和设置在凝胶层上端的无纺布背衬层、下端的分离膜组成，分离膜边缘处有外扩部分便于揭开与凝胶层分离。水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层通过自身粘性可贴附在患者面部，起到冷敷理疗作用。本发明面膜在贴敷时可发挥冷疗作用，可有效降温抑热、消除肿胀病痛减少炎症并发，同时保湿、透气耐老化，透皮性强，对面部皮肤具有抗菌消炎、改善循环、调节新陈代谢等辅助治疗等作用。适用于面部激光等术后，缓解疼痛等不适感，加快修复；日晒后造成的面部皮肤灼伤或过敏的辅助治疗；以及日常面部皮肤修复和保养。

一种冷敷贴面膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷敷贴面膜，属于医用化妆品技术领域。
背景技术
当前医疗美容行业普遍使用各种光(光子嫩肤)、激光(点阵激光)、射频仪器(黄金微针射频、点阵射频)等光电仪进行美容，使用这些仪器后均会产生发热效应，导致面部皮肤会出现不同程度的红热肿痛，剥脱型治疗甚至还会形成结痂。因此术后需要对治疗部位进行物理降温，以达到即刻降温的效果，避免治疗后产生烫伤、水泡以及色沉等并发症。采用激光进行面部年轻化护理后，同样也需要进行物理降温，但治疗本身是希望通过热作用刺激皮肤底层胶原蛋白重塑，所以需要“慢”降温，让热作用持续发挥的情况下不损伤表皮肌肤。为达到较佳的治疗效果，需要适当控制光电治疗或激光治疗后的降温过程，通常的方法是用冰袋冷敷，但是使用冰袋冷敷时，一方面至于面部时不易固定，使用不便，另一方面采用冰袋的温度难以控制，从冰箱拿出后会快速升温，冷敷过程难以精确控制。另外，尽管市面上已有冷敷面膜出售，但大多含有酒精，会对皮肤形成刺激甚至引起过敏。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种新型冷敷贴面膜，其特征在于，所述冷敷面膜由水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层、分别设置在凝胶层两侧的无纺布背衬层和分离膜组成。
在一种实施方式中，所述背衬层和分离膜的形状和面积不小于凝胶层。
在一种实施方式中，所述分离膜边缘处向外延伸，便于使用时将分离膜揭开与凝胶层分离。
在一种实施方式中，所述分离膜的边缘向外延伸1～3cm。
在一种实施方式中，所述无纺布背衬层材料为蚕丝无纺布，是采用桑蚕丝织成，无纺布结构对其加固，起支撑作用。
在一种实施方式中，所述水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层主要由以下质量百分比的原料配制而成：
水溶性壳聚糖盐0.2-5％，
甲基纤维素2-5％，
甘油5-10％，
PVA 2-5％，
冰片0.05-0.2％，
维生素-E 0.05-0.5％，
pH值调节剂适量，pH值调节至5.0-6.5，
去离子水75-90％。
在一种实施例中，所述水溶性壳聚糖盐为壳聚糖单胍盐酸盐、壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐、壳聚糖胍基磺酸盐。
在一种实施例中，所述pH值调节剂为乳酸。
在一种实施例中，所述新型冷敷贴面膜的按以下步骤制备：
(1)按照原料质量配比称重，备用；
(2)将0.2-5份水溶性壳聚糖盐与部分去离子水混合后加热至室温～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(3)将2-5份甲基纤维素与部分去离子水混合后加热至室温～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(4)将2-5份PVA与剩余去离子水混合后加热至室温～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(5)将(2)、(3)、(4)所得溶液混合在一起，加入0.05-0.2份冰片和0.05-0.5份维生素-E，充分搅拌均匀后，用pH值调节剂将溶液PH值调节至5.0-6.5之间，停止搅拌并冷却至室温，静置使之成凝胶，可得所述水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶；
(6)将水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层、背衬层和分离层三者复合在一起，既得所述冷敷贴面膜。
本发明还要求保护所述面膜在缓解因面部激光带来的疼痛等不适感，加快面部创伤修复，改善日晒后造成的面部皮肤灼伤或过敏，以及日常面部皮肤修复和保养等方面的应用。
有益效果：水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层通过自身粘性可贴附在患者面部，起到冷敷理疗作用。该冷敷贴面膜不但可使面部毛细血管收缩，减轻或防止术后局部充血，还可保湿使面部神经末梢的敏感性降低而减轻疼痛，降温退热，减缓局部血流。凝胶层中的水溶性壳聚糖盐具有良好的抗菌性能，可有效防止炎症和化脓扩散，同时凝胶中水分挥发可带走人体热量，从而达到降低体温的防止发烧的目的。

具体实施方式
在不做特别说明的情况下，实施例中涉及的质量百分比的单位为g/mL，例如5％表示5g/100m/L。
实施例1
如图1～2所示的冷敷贴面膜，包括由聚乙烯薄膜裁切而成的分离膜层1、水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层2和设置在凝胶层上端的无纺布背衬层3，所述分离膜边缘处设置外扩部分便于揭开与凝胶层分离。通过水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶中所含去离子水汽化挥发带走人体热量，不但可使术后面部毛细血管收缩，减轻或防止局部充血，还可使面部神经末梢的敏感性降低而减轻疼痛，降温退热，减缓局部血流。同时凝胶层中的水溶性壳聚糖盐具有良好的抑菌抗菌性能和保湿功效，可有效防止发炎、化脓扩散和面部皮肤因失水而干燥。
所述水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层主要由以下质量百分比的原料按照一定组分混合配制而成：
壳聚糖单胍盐酸盐5％，
甲基纤维素5％，
甘油10％，
聚乙烯醇(PVA)5％，
冰片0.2％，
维生素E 0.05％，
pH值调节剂适量，pH值调节至5.0-6.5。
去离子水75％。
制备方法为：
(1)将原料按质量配比称重，备用；
(2)将水溶性壳聚糖盐与部分去离子水混合后加热至25～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(3)将甲基纤维素与部分去离子水混合后加热至25～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(4)将PVA与剩余去离子水混合后加热至25～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得溶液混合在一起，加入0.05-0.2份冰片和0.05-0.5份维生素E，充分搅拌均匀后，用乳酸将溶液pH值调节至5.0-6.5之间，停止搅拌并冷却至室温，静置使之成凝胶，可得所述水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶；
(6)将水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层、背衬层和分离层三者复合在一起，既得所述新型冷敷贴面膜。

保湿性能测定方法：取一个直径9cm的玻璃培养皿，在玻璃培养皿内表面贴一层医用透气胶带，准确称量2g(精度0.0001g)实施例1～3制备的面膜，将其均匀平铺在医用透气胶带上，将该培养皿放入盛有饱和氯化钙溶液的干燥器中，每隔10min称重1次，同时计算保湿率，累计实验30min。
保湿率＝Mt/M0×100％；其中M0是放置前样品的质量(g)；Mt是放置后样品的质量(g)。
结果显示，30min后实施例1～3制备的面膜保湿率分别为93.4％、91.7％、88.6％。
实施例5
抑菌性能测定方法：将实施例1～3制备的抑菌水胶体敷料统一剪成1.0×1.0cm大小，放入三角瓶中，然后分别加入相同体积的磷酸盐缓冲液和大肠杆菌菌悬液，并使菌悬液在PBS中的浓度为1×104～9×104CFU/mL，以300r/min振荡培养1h，分别取振荡前后的样液，用PBS适当稀释后，以琼脂倾注法接种平皿，进行菌落计数，抑菌率为被试样品振摇前后平均菌落数的差值与振摇前平均菌落数的比值，以百分数计。
结果显示，抑菌率分别为100％、99.8％、98.3％。
实施例6
选取50例健康女性，年龄20～55岁，平均(35.62)岁。所有受试者在参加测试前均充分知晓整个测试过程，自愿签署知情同意书。入选标准：受试者在首次访问筛选时为乳酸刺痛阳性者；无其他皮肤疾患或系统性疾病；受试者在试验期间不使用其他面部护肤产品，并避免过度的日光曝露。将10％乳酸50μL滴在直径8mm的滤纸上，置于受试者额头，分别于30s、2.5min、5min、10min以及洗去产品后5min由受试者评估测试部位刺痛感的不适程度。按4分法进行评分(0分为没有感觉，1分为轻度，2分为中度，3分为重度)。2.5min和5min刺痛评分之和≥3分为乳酸刺痛阳性者。
(1)单次使用感觉试验
符合入选条件的受试者在筛选合格后7天来访，受试者额头使用测试产品后，评价将10％乳酸50μL滴在直径8mm的滤纸上，置于受试者额头，分别于30s、2.5min、5min、10min以及洗去产品后5min由受试者评估测试部位刺痛感的不适程度。按4分法由受试者评估测试部位刺痛感的不适程度。以浸湿纯水的无纺布背衬层作为对照。

从表1可以看出，单次使用后乳酸刺痛感觉试验表明本发明制备的冷敷贴面膜没 有刺痛感觉，评分明显低于对照。
(2)长期使用功效性测试
在单次感觉测试3d后，进行长期使用试验。分别于使用前(基础值)、使用后2周和4周进行回访评价。评价将10％乳酸50μL滴在直径8mm的滤纸上，置于受试者额头10min受试者评估测试部位刺痛感的不适程度。

从表2可以看出，长期使用后乳酸刺痛感觉试验表明本发明制备的舒敏保湿面膜刺痛感觉评分明显低于对照，说明本发明制备的冷敷贴面膜具有明显的抗敏功效。
实施例7
选取30例健康受试者，分别使用实施例1～3制备的面膜10min，测定使用前后的面部温度差，结果显示，实施例1～3制备的面膜能够有效降低面部温度，分别达到1.4±0.3℃，1.2±0.2℃，1.3±0.2℃。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例公开如上，但其并非用以限定本发明，任何熟悉此技术的人，在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内，都可做各种的改动与修饰，因此本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所界定的为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种冷敷贴面膜，其特征在于，由凝胶层、分别设置在凝胶层两侧的背衬层和分离膜组成；所述凝胶层含有以下质量百分比的原料：
壳聚糖或其盐0.2-5％，
甲基纤维素2-5％，
甘油5-10％，
PVA2-5％，
冰片0.05-0.2％，
维生素E0.05-0.5％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷敷贴面膜，其特征在于，所述凝胶层由以下质量百分比的原料配制而成：
水溶性壳聚糖盐0.2-5％，
甲基纤维素2-5％，
甘油5-10％，
PVA2-5％，
冰片0.05-0.2％，
维生素-E0.05-0.5％，
去离子水75-90％。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的冷敷贴面膜，其特征在于，其特征在于，所述壳聚糖盐为壳聚糖单胍盐酸盐、壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐、壳聚糖胍基磺酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1～3任一所述的冷敷贴面膜，其特征在于，所述凝胶层的pH值为5.0-6.5。
5.根据权利要求1～4任一所述的冷敷贴面膜，其特征在于，分离膜边缘向外延伸一定距离。
6.根据权利要求1～5任一所述的冷敷贴面膜，其特征在于，所述背衬层的材料含有桑蚕丝。
7.一种制备权利要求1～6任一所述冷敷贴面膜的方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
(1)按照原料质量配比称重，备用；
(2)将0.2-5份水溶性壳聚糖盐与部分去离子水混合后加热至室温～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(3)将2-5份甲基纤维素与部分去离子水混合后加热至室温～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(4)将2-5份PVA与剩余去离子水混合后加热至室温～80℃之间，充分搅拌均匀，使之完全溶解，备用；
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得溶液混合在一起，加入0.05-0.2份冰片和0.05-0.5份维生素E，充分搅拌均匀后，用pH调节剂调节pH至5.0-6.5之间，停止搅拌并冷却至室温，静置使之成凝胶，可得所述水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶；
(6)将水溶性壳聚糖盐凝胶层、背衬层和分离层三者复合在一起，既得所述冷敷贴面膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法，其特征在于，所述pH调节剂为乳酸。
9.权利要求7或8所述的方法在日用化妆品领域的应用。
10.权利要求1～6任一所述的冷敷贴面膜在缓解面部不适感、改善面部创伤修复状态、改善面部皮肤灼伤或过敏状态或日常皮肤保养方面的应用。
