本发明公开了一种具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜,袜子主体部分由羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱交织而成;所述磁性纤维长丝纱为磁性母粒与基体材料混合熔融纺丝制得的;所述基体材料为涤纶、丙纶、锦纶、腈纶或粘胶;袜子主体部分具有弱磁性,其磁感应强度为0.02‑0.1mT;袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分是由羊毛纱与耐磨纱线交织而成;袜口部分由羊毛纱编织而成;所述羊毛袜经过芳香整理,表面附有阳离子化剂、低温固着剂和微胶囊芳香整理剂。本发明还公开了一种具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜的制造方法。本发明通过采用磁性纤维长丝纱、羊毛纱以及耐磨性较好的纱线编织成的羊毛袜具有良好的保暖性、舒适性、抗菌性、保健性。

背景技术
袜子作为一种穿在脚上的服饰用品,它直接接触足部且与足部接触时间较长,是人们日常生活中必不可少的一种日用品。羊毛袜是羊毛纱为主要原料编织而成的袜品,由于其具有良好的吸湿透气性、保暖性、柔软性等特点而深受广大消费者的喜爱。但随着现代社会的发展,生活质量不断提高和改善,人们更加注重长时间穿着的袜子的功能性。所以,对传统的羊毛袜进行创新,使其具有良好的功能性比如磁疗效果显得尤为必要。
常规的具有磁疗效果的袜子一般采用将磁疗层与化学纤维或棉纤维复合而成,磁疗层由磁片或粘有凸起的硅胶点的高弹性纤维面料组成,且一般磁疗层仅复合在袜子底部。这种袜子具有一定的磁疗效果,但仅能刺激到脚底的一些穴位,不能照顾到脚背以及脚踝处的穴位,且其保暖性、舒适性以及耐洗性往往达不到消费者的要求。因此该方案在羊毛袜的功能改进方面并不是很适用。

另外,由于主要成分为羊毛纤维,羊毛袜往往具有较重的异味,且羊毛袜一般适用于冬季,洗涤间隔时间较长,细菌滋生后,更加加剧了羊毛袜的异味。因此,羊毛袜的芳香整理十分必要,并且继续开发新的方案尽可能地延长羊毛袜的留香时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有磁保健性能的香型羊毛袜的制备方法,所得的羊毛袜具有良好的保暖性、磁保健性、抗菌性以及芳香性。
本发明的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜的特征在于,袜子主体部分由羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱交织而成;所述磁性纤维长丝纱为磁性母粒与基体材料混合熔融纺丝制得的;所述磁粉母粒含有45~50wt%的聚酰胺、45~55wt%的磁性微粒和1~3wt%的聚乙二醇,所述磁性微粒为粒径0.5-3μm的硬磁材料,所述磁性微粒占所述磁性纤维长丝纱总重量的5-30%;所述基体材料为涤纶、丙纶、锦纶、腈纶或粘胶;袜子主体部分具有弱磁性,其磁感应强度为0.02-0.1mT;
袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分是由羊毛纱与耐磨纱线交织而成;
袜口部分由羊毛纱编织而成;
所述羊毛袜经过芳香整理,表面附有阳离子化剂、低温固着剂和微胶囊芳香整理剂。
本发明的所述羊毛袜是由磁性纤维长丝纱、精选羊毛纱以及耐磨性较好的纱线交织而成。其袜体部分由羊毛纱与永久型磁性的磁性纤维长丝纱交织而成,不仅具有传统羊毛袜的保暖性和舒适性,而且在充磁机上充磁后具有弱磁性,可使得羊毛袜具备磁疗保健效果。所述羊毛袜的袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分由羊毛与耐磨性较好的纤维交织而成,可有效改善羊毛袜的尺寸稳定性和耐洗性,使得羊毛袜的使用寿命大大提升。所述羊毛袜的袜口部分是由羊毛纱编织而成的罗纹扎口,使得羊毛袜袜口松紧适宜,能够紧贴皮肤却没有明显的束缚感,且保证了羊毛袜的保暖性和美观性。总之,本发明的所述羊毛袜具有传统羊毛袜的保暖性和舒适性外,还增加了磁保健性和抗菌性,同时改善了传统羊毛袜的尺寸稳定性和耐洗性。
本发明所述羊毛袜表面经芳香整理后附着的微胶囊芳香整理剂可赋予羊毛袜持久的香味。其中微胶囊芳香整理剂是指芳香物质包裹于微胶囊内,可极大的延长香味释放(芳香物质挥发)的时间,从而可实现留香时间长久的目的;而阳离子化剂是用于解决微胶囊与羊毛纤维缺乏亲和力的问题,阳离子化剂可使羊毛纤维改性而使表面带有正电荷,进而可与微胶囊芳香整理剂的有效吸附。同时低温固着剂可使得微胶囊芳香整理剂更加牢固的附着于羊毛纤维上,进一步延长羊毛袜的留香时间。芳香整理后的羊毛袜具有更高的产品附加值,使得羊毛袜更适宜日常穿着和减少日常羊毛袜的洗涤次数,为消费者带来生理以及心理上的愉悦。
较佳的,其编织结构为紧密的绣花添纱组织或平纹组织;袜子主体部分中的羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱的穿纱比为1:2~2:1。
较佳的,所述硬磁材料为四氧化三铁微粉或锶氧铁微粉。铁氧体或锶氧铁微粉具有高的磁性能且化学稳定性好,成本低廉。
较佳的,所述阳离子化剂为纤维素纤维改性剂CM(又称阳离子化剂CM);所述低温固着剂是聚乙烯醇缩甲醛或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛;所述微胶囊芳香整理剂是阴离子型的β- 环糊精芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂、聚氨酯芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂或香味纳米芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂。
所述微胶囊芳香整理剂可采用市售的阴离子型的芳香整理剂UC-3801,具有多种香型,包括玫瑰、茉莉、桂花等各种香型品种。
所述微胶囊芳香整理剂可以通过涂层法、浸渍法、喷雾法以及印花法等施加在羊毛袜上。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(a)磁粉母粒的制备
将45~50wt%的聚酰胺粉、45~55wt%的磁性微粒和1~3wt%的聚乙二醇通过高速混合加双螺杆挤出、水冷、切粒、烘干制得磁粉母粒;其中磁性微粒为直径在0.5-3μm的硬磁材料;
(b)磁性纤维长丝纱的制备
将磁性母粒与基体材料切片混合、熔融纺丝、拉伸加捻、后加捻、热定型、平衡、倒筒制得磁性纤维长丝纱;磁性母粒中的磁性微粒占整个磁性纤维长丝纱总重量的 5-30%;基体材料为涤纶、丙纶、锦纶、腈纶或粘胶;
(c)织造:使用羊毛纱、磁性纤维长丝纱以及耐磨纱线交织成羊毛袜;袜子主体部分由羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱交织而成;袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分由羊毛与耐磨纱线交织而成;袜口部分由羊毛纱编织成罗纹扎口;
(d)充磁:将步骤c织造的羊毛袜放在充磁机上充磁得到具有弱磁性的羊毛袜;
(e)整理:将充磁后的羊毛袜进行芳香整理获得具有磁疗效果的香型羊毛袜。
较佳的,步骤a中,所述硬磁材料为四氧化三铁微粉或锶氧铁微粉。铁氧体或锶氧铁微粉具有高的磁性能且化学稳定性好,成本低廉。
较佳的,步骤c中,织造工艺条件为:编织结构紧密的绣花添纱组织或平纹组织;袜子主体部分中的羊毛纱与磁性纤维的穿纱比为1:2~2:1,袜机机号为E7~E14(机号是袜机的一个重要参数,数字代表一英寸内的针数),路数为3~12路,织机转速260转/ 分。
较佳的,步骤d中,所述充磁机为电动充磁机或恒定充磁机,且充磁机的磁场强度高于6000Gs,充磁时间为1~3min。
较佳的,步骤e包括:
(e1)预处理:将阳离子化剂10~15%溶于水得到预处理液,调整pH为9~12,将充磁后的羊毛袜浸入预处理液,浸渍时间8~12min,温度60~80℃,浴比为1:8~15,然后取出烘干;
(e2)芳香整理:将微胶囊芳香整理剂25%~40%和低温固着剂1~3%混溶于水中得到芳香整理液,然后将预处理后的羊毛袜浸入芳香整理液,浸渍时间30~40min,温度 35~45℃,浴比1:10~20,最后取出烘干。
较佳的,所述阳离子化剂为纤维素纤维改性剂CM;所述低温固着剂是聚乙烯醇缩甲醛或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛;所述微胶囊芳香整理剂是阴离子型的β-环糊精芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂、聚氨酯芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂或香味纳米芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。应理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限定本发明的范围。
下述实施例涉及的原料包括聚酰胺6粉、四氧化三铁微粉、丙纶切片、羊毛纱、锦纶纱线、阳离子化剂CM、芳香整理剂UC-3801以及低温固着剂等均为市售产品。
实施例1
本发明的一种具有磁疗功能的香型保健羊毛袜,其制备方法如下:
(a)磁粉母粒的制备
将48wt%的聚酰胺6粉、50wt%的磁性微粒(直径0.5μm的四氧化三铁微粉)和2wt%的聚乙二醇通过高速混合加双螺杆挤出的配套工艺生产而成。
磁粉母粒的生产过程为:纳米磁粉+聚乙二醇+聚酰胺6粉→干燥→混炼→双螺杆熔融挤压→水冷→切粒→烘干→筛料→包装→磁粉母粒。
(b)磁性纤维长丝纱的制备
将磁性母粒与丙纶切片混合、熔融纺丝、拉伸加捻、后加捻、热定型、平衡、倒筒制得规格为100D的丙纶基磁性纤维长丝纱;磁性母粒中的磁性微粒占整个磁性纤维长丝纱总重量的10%。
(c)织造:使用羊毛纱、磁性纤维长丝纱以及锦纶纱线(耐磨性高)在机号为E14 的袜机上编织羊毛袜;
袜子主体部分由羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱以1:1的穿纱方式编织而成的添纱组织;
袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分由羊毛与耐磨纱线交织而成;
袜口部分由羊毛纱编织成罗纹扎口。
(d)充磁:将步骤c织造的羊毛袜放在磁场强度为6000Gs的充磁机上充磁1min得到具有弱磁性的羊毛袜。
(e)整理:将充磁后的羊毛袜进行芳香整理获得具有磁疗效果的香型羊毛袜;具体包括(e1)预处理:向水中加入10wt%的阳离子化剂CM得到预处理液,调整pH为9,将充磁后的羊毛袜浸入预处理液,浸渍时间10min,温度60℃,浴比为1:10,预处理后取出在90℃的条件下烘干并稳定1h;
(e2)芳香整理:将微胶囊芳香整理剂(芳香整理剂UC-3801)25%和低温固着剂(聚乙烯醇缩甲醛)2%混溶于水中得到芳香整理液,然后将预处理后的羊毛袜浸入芳香整理液,浸渍时间30min,温度40℃,浴比1:15,最后取出在90℃的条件下烘干并稳定1h 得到具有磁疗功能的香型保健羊毛袜。
实施例2
本发明的一种具有磁疗功能的香型保健羊毛袜,其制备方法如下:
(a)磁粉母粒的制备
将48wt%的聚酰胺6粉、50wt%的磁性微粒(直径1μm的锶氧铁微粉)和2wt%的聚乙二醇通过高速混合加双螺杆挤出的配套工艺生产而成。
磁粉母粒的生产过程为:纳米磁粉+聚乙二醇+聚酰胺6粉→干燥→混炼→双螺杆熔融挤压→水冷→切粒→烘干→筛料→包装→磁粉母粒。
(b)磁性纤维长丝纱的制备
将磁性母粒与丙纶切片混合、熔融纺丝、拉伸加捻、后加捻、热定型、平衡、倒筒制得规格为100D的丙纶基磁性纤维长丝纱;磁性母粒中的磁性微粒占整个磁性纤维长丝纱总重量的20%。
(c)织造:使用羊毛纱、磁性纤维长丝纱以及锦纶纱线在机号为E10的袜机上编织羊毛袜;
袜子主体部分由羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱以1:2的穿纱方式编织而成的添纱组织;
袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分由羊毛与耐磨纱线交织而成;
袜口部分由羊毛纱编织成罗纹扎口。
(d)充磁:将步骤c织造的羊毛袜放在磁场强度为6000Gs的充磁机上充磁2min得到具有弱磁性的羊毛袜。
(e)整理:将充磁后的羊毛袜进行芳香整理获得具有磁疗效果的香型羊毛袜;具体包括(e1)预处理:向水中加入12wt%的阳离子化剂CM得到预处理液,调整pH为10,将充磁后的羊毛袜浸入预处理液,浸渍时间10min,温度70℃,浴比为1:10,预处理后取出在90℃的条件下烘干并稳定1h;
(e2)芳香整理:将微胶囊芳香整理剂(芳香整理剂UC-3801)30%和低温固着剂(聚乙烯醇缩甲醛)2%混溶于水中得到芳香整理液,然后将预处理后的羊毛袜浸入芳香整理液,浸渍时间35min,温度40℃,浴比1:15,最后取出在90℃的条件下烘干并稳定1h 得到具有磁疗功能的香型保健羊毛袜。
实施例3
本发明的一种具有磁疗功能的香型保健羊毛袜,其制备方法如下:
(a)磁粉母粒的制备
将48wt%的聚酰胺6粉、50wt%的磁性微粒(直径2μm的四氧化三铁微粉)和2wt%的聚乙二醇通过高速混合加双螺杆挤出的配套工艺生产而成。
磁粉母粒的生产过程为:纳米磁粉+聚乙二醇+聚酰胺6粉→干燥→混炼→双螺杆熔融挤压→水冷→切粒→烘干→筛料→包装→磁粉母粒。
(b)磁性纤维长丝纱的制备
将磁性母粒与丙纶切片混合、熔融纺丝、拉伸加捻、后加捻、热定型、平衡、倒筒制得规格为100D的丙纶基磁性纤维长丝纱;磁性母粒中的磁性微粒占整个磁性纤维长丝纱总重量的30%。
(c)织造:使用羊毛纱、磁性纤维长丝纱以及锦纶纱线在机号为E7的袜机上编织羊毛袜;
袜子主体部分由羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱以1:1的穿纱方式编织而成的添纱组织;
袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分由羊毛与耐磨纱线交织而成;
袜口部分由羊毛纱编织成罗纹扎口。
(d)充磁:将步骤c织造的羊毛袜放在磁场强度为6000Gs的充磁机上充磁3min得到具有弱磁性的羊毛袜。
(e)整理:将充磁后的羊毛袜进行芳香整理获得具有磁疗效果的香型羊毛袜;具体包括(e1)预处理:向水中加入15wt%的阳离子化剂CM得到预处理液,调整pH为12,将充磁后的羊毛袜浸入预处理液,浸渍时间10min,温度80℃,浴比为1:10,预处理后取出在90℃的条件下烘干并稳定1h;
(e2)芳香整理:将微胶囊芳香整理剂(芳香整理剂UC-3801)40%和低温固着剂(聚乙烯醇缩甲醛)2%混溶于水中得到芳香整理液,然后将预处理后的羊毛袜浸入芳香整理液,浸渍时间40min,温度40℃,浴比1:15,最后取出在90℃的条件下烘干并稳定1h 得到具有磁疗功能的香型保健羊毛袜。
效果例
将本发明实施例1-3与纯羊毛袜(羊毛支数与实施例一样60s)作性能比较,其结果见下表1:

由表1中可以得出以下结论:
(1)本发明实施例1~3的羊毛袜保温性略小于传统的纯羊毛袜,但是其他纤维的交织对袜子整体的保温性影响较小;本发明实施例1~3的羊毛袜仍具有较佳的保暖性。
(2)本发明实施例1~3的羊毛袜的袜前端顶破强力显著强于传统的纯羊毛袜,这是由于耐磨性较高的锦纶纱线与羊毛交织后明显改善了袜前端的顶破性,可有效改善羊毛袜的尺寸稳定性和耐洗性。
(3)相比于传统纯羊毛袜,本发明实施例1~3由于磁性长丝的加入赋予了袜子良好的抗菌性以及磁保健性。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜,其特征在于,
袜子主体部分由羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱交织而成;所述磁性纤维长丝纱为磁性母粒与基体材料混合熔融纺丝制得的;所述磁粉母粒含有45~50wt%的聚酰胺、45~55wt%的磁性微粒和1~3wt%的聚乙二醇,所述磁性微粒为粒径0.5-3μm的硬磁材料,所述磁性微粒占所述磁性纤维长丝纱总重量的5-30%;所述基体材料为涤纶、丙纶、锦纶、腈纶或粘胶;袜子主体部分具有弱磁性,其磁感应强度为0.02-0.1mT;
袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分是由羊毛纱与耐磨纱线交织而成;
袜口部分由羊毛纱编织而成;
所述羊毛袜经过芳香整理,表面附有阳离子化剂、低温固着剂和微胶囊芳香整理剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜,其特征在于,其编织结构为紧密的绣花添纱组织或平纹组织;袜子主体部分中的羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱的穿纱比为1:2~2:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜,其特征在于,所述硬磁材料为四氧化三铁微粉或锶氧铁微粉。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜,其特征在于,所述阳离子化剂为纤维素纤维改性剂CM;所述低温固着剂是聚乙烯醇缩甲醛或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛;所述微胶囊芳香整理剂是阴离子型的β-环糊精芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂、聚氨酯芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂或香味纳米芳香微胶囊芳香整理剂。
5.一种如权利要求1-4所述的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(a)磁粉母粒的制备
将45~50wt%的聚酰胺粉、45~55wt%的磁性微粒和1~3wt%的聚乙二醇通过高速混合加双螺杆挤出、水冷、切粒、烘干制得磁粉母粒;其中磁性微粒为直径在0.5-3μm的硬磁材料;
(b)磁性纤维长丝纱的制备
将磁性母粒与基体材料切片混合、熔融纺丝、拉伸加捻、后加捻、热定型、平衡、倒筒制得磁性纤维长丝纱;磁性母粒中的磁性微粒占整个磁性纤维长丝纱总重量的5-30%;基体材料为涤纶、丙纶、锦纶、腈纶或粘胶;
(c)织造:使用羊毛纱、磁性纤维长丝纱以及耐磨纱线交织成羊毛袜;袜子主体部分由羊毛纱与磁性纤维长丝纱交织而成;袜子前端部分和袜子后跟部分由羊毛与耐磨纱线交织而成;袜口部分由羊毛纱编织成罗纹扎口;
(d)充磁:将步骤c织造的羊毛袜放在充磁机上充磁得到具有弱磁性的羊毛袜;
(e)整理:将充磁后的羊毛袜进行芳香整理获得具有磁疗效果的香型羊毛袜。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤a中,所述硬磁材料为四氧化三铁微粉或锶氧铁微粉。
7.如权利要求5所述的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤c中,织造工艺条件为:编织结构紧密的绣花添纱组织或平纹组织;袜子主体部分中的羊毛纱与磁性纤维的穿纱比为1:2~2:1,袜机机号为E7~E14。
8.如权利要求5所述的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤d中,所述充磁机为电动充磁机或恒定充磁机,且充磁机的磁场强度高于6000Gs,充磁时间为1~3min。
9.如权利要求5所述的具有磁疗功能的香型羊毛袜的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤e包括:
(e1)预处理:将阳离子化剂10~15%溶于水得到预处理液,调整pH为9~12,将充磁后的羊毛袜浸入预处理液,浸渍时间8~12min,温度60~80℃,浴比为1:8~15,然后取出烘干;
(e2)芳香整理:将微胶囊芳香整理剂25%~40%和低温固着剂1~3%混溶于水中得到芳香整理液,然后将预处理后的羊毛袜浸入芳香整理液,浸渍时间30~40min,温度35~45℃,浴比1:10~20,最后取出烘干。
