背景技术
5-18岁的青少年儿童正处于一个生长发育和智力发育同步进行的阶段,他们不仅需要补充足够的能量应对每天的消耗,还需要摄入另外的营养物质用于生长发育和大脑发育,单靠从食物中摄取营养元素远不能满足青少年生长发育的要求,特别是对于偏食、挑食的人群而言,营养元素摄入的不平衡,容易导致其出现营养不良、生长发育缓慢、消瘦矮小、智力低下等问题。众所周知,生长发育落后的儿童,身高和体重明显下降,消化吸收功能差,免疫机能低下,容易造成自卑、胆怯、社交能力差等心理问题;而智能发育迟缓的儿童,学业成绩差,注意力不集中,语言、动作、运动、自理能力、社会技能均明显落后,会给家庭和社会带来沉重的精神和经济负担。

本实施例中:锌可以通过加入葡萄糖酸锌、硫酸锌、柠檬酸锌、甘氨酸锌或乳酸锌来提供;
钙可以通过加入碳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、柠檬酸钙或氨基酸钙来提供;
所述富含Omega-3的物质为磷虾油、奇亚籽提取物、紫苏子、亚麻籽中的一种或多种;
所述益生菌由嗜酸乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌等组成;

③、无菌条件下将上述①和②放置于500L的多维混料机中混合45min,混料速度5rpm;
④、将上述③中的物料在无菌条件下进行分装。

大豆肽10份、胆碱0.01份、牛磺酸0.02份、赖氨酸0.02份、精氨酸0.02份、谷氨酰胺0.02份、锌0.02份、钙0.02份、维生素A 0.002份、维生素D3 0.002份、磷脂酰丝氨酸0.002份、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.01份、维生素K2 0.01份、益生菌0.05份、益生元0.5份、富含Omega-3的物质(奇亚籽提取物)0.1份。制备方法同实施例3。
上实施实施例2-6均优于实施例1。
对比例1
本对比例提供的组合物与实施例一不同的是,在实施例一提供的组合物中去掉益生菌、益生元和酪蛋白磷酸肽,其它同实施例一。
对比例2
本对比例提供的组合物与实施例一不同的是,在实施例一提供的组合物中去掉肽、谷氨酰胺和维生素K2,其它同实施例一。
对比例3
本实施例提供一种用于青少年儿童益智增高的组合物,按重量份计,包括如下原料组分:远志10份、胆碱0.01份、牛磺酸0.02份、赖氨酸0.02份、精氨酸0.02份、谷氨酰胺0.02份、锌0.02份、钙0.02份、维生素A 0.002份、维生素D3 0.002份、磷脂酰丝氨酸0.002份、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.01份、维生素K2 0.01份、益生菌0.05份、益生元0.5份、富含Omega-3的物质(紫苏子)0.1份。其余与实施例1同。本实施例中,将大豆肽替换为远志,其效果明显低于实施例一。
对比例4
本实施例提供一种用于青少年儿童益智增高的组合物,按重量份计,包括如下原料组分:远志10份、胆碱0.01份、牛磺酸0.02份、赖氨酸0.02份、精氨酸0.02份、谷氨酰胺0.02份、锌0.02份、钙0.02份、维生素A 0.002份、维生素D3 0.002份、磷脂酰丝氨酸0.002份、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.01份、维生素K2 0.01份、益生菌0.05份、益生元0.5份、富含Omega-3的物质(紫苏子)0.1份。本实施例中,将本实施例中,将大豆肽替换为石斛,其效果明显低于实施例一。
取上述实施例一制得的组合物作为供试品,测试它们的效果:
在全市随机选取5-18岁青少年儿童200名,随机分成四组——实验组和3个对照组。四组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。
实验组除正常饮食外,服用实施例一制得的组合物,10g/次,每日3次,连续六个月;
对照组1和对照组2除正常饮食外,分别服用对比例1和对比例3制得的组合物,10g/次,每日3次,连续六个月;对照组三正常饮食,连续六个月;观察四组青少年儿童的一般情况、身高和体重变化情况。
一般情况:实验组的青少年儿童服用实施例一制得的组合物后,未见任何不良反应,食欲增加,精神活泼,面色红润,睡眠安稳,记忆力增强。
身高:
实验组的青少年儿童身高增长平均值为2.2cm,最高增长至为4.1cm,最低增长至为1.9cm;
对照组1的青少年儿童身高增长平均值为1.9cm,最高增长至为3.8cm,最低增长至为1.1cm;
对照组2的青少年儿童身高增长平均值为1.3cm,最高增长至为2.1cm,最低增长至为0.5cm;
对照组3的青少年儿童身高增长平均值为1.7cm,最高增长至为2.9cm,最低增长至为0.3cm。
四组比较具有非常显著的意义(P<0.01)。
体重:
实验组的青少年儿童体重平均增加2.9kg,最高增加4.1kg,最低增加0.9kg;
对照组1的青少年儿童体重平均增加2.9kg,最高增加3.3kg,最低增加1.0kg;
对照组2的青少年儿童体重平均增加3.1kg,最高增加5.0kg,最低增加2.1kg;
对照组3的青少年儿童体重平均增加4.3kg,最高增加5.6kg,最低增加2.5kg;
四组比较具有非常显著的意义(P<0.01)。
经过6个月的观察,服用本发明组合物的实验组较对照组身高和体重的增加效果更加显著,且服用本发明组合物后食欲增加,精神活泼,面色红润,睡眠安稳,记忆力增强。

1.一种用于青少年儿童益智增高的组合物,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括如下原料组分:大豆肽1~10份、胆碱0.01~0.2份、牛磺酸0.01~0.1份、赖氨酸0.01~0.1份、精氨酸0.01~0.2份、谷氨酰胺0.01~0.2份、锌0.01~0.1份、钙0.01~0.1份、维生素A 0.001~0.1份、维生素D30.001~0.1份、磷脂酰丝氨酸0.001~0.1份、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.001~0.1份、维生素K2 0.001~0.1份、益生菌0.01~0.2份、益生元0.5~1份、富含Omega-3的物质 0.01~0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于青少年儿童益智增高的组合物,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括如下原料组分:大豆肽10份、胆碱0.01份、牛磺酸0.02份、赖氨酸0.02份、精氨酸0.02份、谷氨酰胺0.02份、锌0.02份、钙0.02份、维生素A 0.002份、维生素D30.002份、磷脂酰丝氨酸0.002份、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.01份、维生素K2 0.01份、益生菌0.05份、益生元0.5份、富含Omega-3的物质0.1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于青少年儿童益智增高的组合物,其特征在于:所述富含Omega-3的物质为磷虾油、奇亚籽提取物、紫苏子、亚麻籽中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于青少年儿童益智增高的组合物,其特征在于:所述益生菌由嗜酸乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌组成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于青少年儿童益智增高的组合物,其特征在于:所述益生元为低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖中的一种或多种。
6.权利要求1或2中任一权利要求所述的组合物在制备能促进青少年儿童长身高增智力的食品、药品或保健品中的应用。
7.一种权利要求1或2中任一权利要求所述的用于青少年儿童益智增高的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将组合物的原料混合均匀。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有减肥美容功效的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:将大豆肽和益生元混合均匀后再与混合均匀的剩余原料混合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有减肥美容功效的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:采用多维混料机进行混合,大豆肽和益生元的混料速度为5-10rpm;剩余原料的混料速度为8-12rpm。
