选取年龄在40~50岁,临床症状为精力不足且不易集中、易疲劳、困倦乏力、反应迟钝、性功能低下(阳痿、早泄等)的男性患者150例,随机分为1个实验组和2个对照组,每组50例。四组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。
实验组口服实施例一制备的组合物,5g/次(食用剂量可以修改),每日3次,与主食同时食用;对照组一和对照组二分别口服对比例1、对比例3制备的组合物,5g/次,每日3次,与主食同时食用。
实验期间,试验对象均正常进食工作,不加餐,不吃夜宵,不服用任何有关的药品及其他保健品。
分别记录各组的患者的恢复情况:
实验组的患者,最快的连续服用实施例一制备的组合物6天后,症状就开始好转,症状减轻,连续服用25天后,临床症状消失,最慢的连续服用实施例一制备的组合物10天后,症状就开始好转,症状减轻,连续服用30天后,临床症状消失,未见副作用;
对照组一的患者,最快的连续服用对比例1制备的组合物12天后,症状就开始好转,症状减轻,连续服用45天后,临床症状消失,最慢的连续服用实施例一制备的组合物20天后,症状就开始好转,症状减轻,连续服用60天后,临床症状消失,未见副作用;
对照组二的患者,最快的连续服用对比例3制备的组合物15天后,症状就开始好转,症状减轻,连续服用55天后,临床症状消失,最慢的连续服用实施例一制备的组合物20天后,症状就开始好转,症状减轻,连续服用65天后,临床症状消失,未见副作用;
对比可见,实施例一制得的组合物见效快,效果显著。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有强身养肾功效的组合物,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括如下原料组分:大豆肽10份、枸杞提取物0.1份、覆盆子提取物0.1份、牡蛎肽0.2份、玛卡提取物0.2份、西洋参提取物0.2份、刺蒺藜提取物0.2份、水飞蓟籽提取物0.1份、左旋肉碱0.1份、HMB 0.1份、桑葚提取物0.1份、绿咖啡豆提取物0.1份、黑果腺肋花揪果0.1份、肌酸0.1份、瓜拉纳提取物0.1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有强身养肾功效的组合物,其特征在于:该组合物可加入一种或多种用于改善或治疗兼证的中药。
4.权利要求1或2中任一权利要求所述的组合物在制备具有强身养肾功效的食品、药品或保健品中的应用。
5.一种权利要求1所述的能促进青少年儿童长身高增智力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将组合物的原料混合均匀。
6.根据权利要求5所述的能促进青少年儿童长身高增智力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:先将大豆肽和牡蛎肽混合均匀后再与剩余原料混合均匀。
