Abstract
一种用于气虚体质的药食配方,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:人参3-9份、山药15-30份、玛卡2-5份、葛根10-15份、陈皮3-10份、茯苓10-15份、芡实9-15份、大枣6-15份、甘草2-10份。本发明提供的用于气虚体质的药食配方,根据中医药的配伍原则,将九味中药进行组方,有效增强各成分的原有药效,使各成分相辅相成,产生良好的协同作用,对健脾益气、益肺固表具有显著作用。另外,该药食配方所用的原料均来源于国家药食两用目录,安全无毒,能有效弥补单一组分食品的功效局限性,对气虚体质有较为明显的作用,具有潜在的社会效益和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于气虚体质的药食两用配方。
背景技术
现代社会由于不良生活习惯(如饮食不规律、饥饱无度等),或生活工作压力所迫(经常思虑过度、体力劳动过力等),或者由于先天禀赋不足,或久病不复、大手术后,以及年老虚弱等原因,越来越多的人有不同程度的气虚症状。如果您经常疲乏无力,说话没劲,经常出虚汗,容易呼吸短促,容易疲劳,面色苍白,舌胖嫩、边有齿痕,脉象虚缓,那您很可能属于气虚体质。
气虚体质是在先天遗传和后天获得的基础上,使人体脏腑功能减退,气的生化不足,以少气懒言、倦怠乏力、爱出虚汗为主要特征的体质类型。这种体质的人多性格内向不爱动,少言寡语,比较胆小,不喜冒险。不良体质决定了对一些致病因素的易感性,气虚体质之人对外界环境适应能力较差,不耐受风、寒、暑、湿之邪,因此,气虚体质之人最易患外感疾病,如感冒等。
气虚表现可涉及全身各个方面,如气虚则肌表不固,而易汗出;气虚则四肢肌肉失养,周身倦怠乏力;气虚则清阳不升,清窍失养而精神萎顿、头昏耳鸣;气虚则无力以率血行,则脉象虚弱无力或微细;气虚则水液代谢失调,水液不化,输布障碍,可凝痰成饮,甚则水邪泛滥而成水肿;气虚还可导致脏腑功能减退,从而表现一系列脏腑虚弱征象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于气虚体质的药食配方,原料成本低廉,使用方便,实用,能够有效补气健脾、益肺固表,无毒副作用。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供一种用于气虚体质的药食配方,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:人参3-9份、山药15-30份、玛卡2-5份、葛根10-15份、陈皮3-10份、茯苓10-15份、芡实9-15份、大枣6-15份、甘草2-10份。
所述用于气虚体质的药食配方可制成饮品、食品、药品等。
所述用于气虚体质的药食配方的制备方法,包括以下步骤。
步骤1、预处理:凭生产指令领取物料并核对物料代号、品名、规格、编号和重量等,并进行去外衣和消毒。
步骤2、制粒:按配方比例取人参、山药、玛卡、葛根、陈皮、茯苓、芡实、大枣、甘草原料放入混合制粒机中进行制粒。
步骤3、干燥:制粒后,进行干燥处理,干燥温度控制在35-40℃。
步骤4、整粒:将干燥后的物料在整粒机中进行整粒处理。
步骤5、混合填充:将步骤4整粒后的物料,添加乳糖、可压性淀粉、微粉硅胶等辅料后,在混合机中混合均匀,然后在自动包装机上进行包装。
步骤6、热收缩:将做好的小包装产品打好相应生产日期,套好热收缩膜进行热收缩。
步骤7、金属探测:将热收缩后的产品放在食品金属探测器上进行检测,然后包装打包,得成品。
步骤8、入库:成品放入库房的产品合格区。
在本发明的组方中。
人参:甘、微苦,微温。归脾、肺、心、肾经。大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津养血,安神益智。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,气血亏虚,久病虚羸,惊悸失眠,阳痿宫冷。现代药理研究人参主要成分为人参皂苷,能增强机体免疫功能,又具有抗休克、强心、健脑、抗疲劳作用。还可以促进蛋白质合成,促进造血功能;亦有抗炎、抗过敏、抗肿瘤等多种作用。
山药:甘,平。归脾、肺、肾经。补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。现代药理研究表明,山药能够增强小肠吸收而助消化,能增强机体免疫功能,有降血糖、抗氧化及延缓衰老作用。
茯苓:甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。现代药理研究表明,茯苓具有利尿、镇静、抗肿瘤、降血糖、增加心肌收缩力、护肝、抗胃溃疡的作用。茯苓多糖还有增强免疫功能的作用。
玛卡:甘、平。归肾、脾、心经。抗疲劳、补充体力、活跃生殖功能、改善睡眠。玛卡是一种原产于秘鲁的天然植物,已有长期的食用历史,是我国批准的新资源食品。现代药理研究表明,玛卡富含高单位营养素,对人体有滋补强身的功用,可以调节人体激素分泌,经常被用于增强精力、抗疲劳、改善性功能、提高生育力、治疗女性更年期综合症等,是男女皆适用的滋补强身佳品。
葛根:甘、辛,凉。归脾、胃、肺经。解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒毒。用于外感发热头痛,项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻,眩晕头痛,中风偏瘫,胸痹心痛,酒毒伤中。现代药理研究表明,葛根具有降血压、抗心律失常、抗心绞痛作用;能改善脑血循环,提高学习记忆功能;具有明显解热作用;有降糖、降脂作用;能抑制血小板聚集;有抗氧化、抗缺氧、抗癌及解毒作用。
陈皮:苦、辛,温。归肺、脾经。理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。陈皮小量煎剂可增强心脏收缩力,使心输出量增加,冠脉流量增加,大剂量时可抑制心脏;提取物有清除氧自由基和抗脂质过氧化作用;陈皮煎剂有利胆、降脂作用,能促进消化液的分泌、对肠管有解痉作用。
芡实:甘、涩,平。归脾、肾经。益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带。用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。药理研究表明,芡实具有抗氧化、抗心肌缺血、延缓衰老、改善学习记忆能力,又有抗疲劳、抗癌、降血糖等作用。
大枣:甘,温。归脾、胃、心经。补中益气,养血安神。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁。现代药理研究表明,大枣具有镇静催眠作用,有护肝作用,能增强肌力,抗变态反应,抗肿瘤;还可清除自由基,有抗疲劳、抗衰老作用。
甘草:甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。补脾益气,淸热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。本品药理作用有抗病毒、抗菌、抗溃疡、护肝降脂、缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛、镇痛、抗炎、抗过敏、抗心率失常、镇咳祛痰、抗肿瘤、解毒、抗氧化等多重作用。
本发明组方的配伍释义:人参为君。人参,味甘,性微温,有大补元气之功,对全身机能有强壮作用,尤善补脾肺之气,又有生津止渴、安神增智之能。山药、茯苓、玛卡共为臣药。山药,甘平,补脾养阴,益肺生津,补肾固精,为治诸虚劳不足之要药。肺主一身之气,脾为气血生化之源,故气虚体质宜从调补肺脾两脏入手。而脾弱不运常有水湿停蓄,故以茯苓健脾渗湿,有标本兼顾之效。玛卡有“秘鲁人参”之美誉,有抗疲劳、补充体力、活跃生殖功能、改善睡眠等功效,为男女皆适用的滋补强身佳品。芡实、陈皮、大枣、葛根共为佐药。芡实,甘涩性平,补脾去湿,益肾固精。肾中精气为一身阴阳之气的根本,故在健脾益肺基础之上,佐以芡实益肾固精。陈皮,苦辛性温,既能理气,又能燥湿,为脾、肺二经之气分药,使诸补药补而不滞。大枣甘温,安中养脾,又具养血之功,故为脾胃虚弱的食疗佳品,与人参共用补气养血。葛根甘平,主入阳明经,能升发脾胃清阳之气,助人参、茯苓健脾止泻,与人参、山药共用又能益气生津。甘草为使。甘草甘平,益气和中,调和诸药。全方合用,补气健脾,益肺固表,温肾固精,安神増智,扶正而不助邪,补气而不壅滞,为气虚体质调理佳品。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果。

下面结合具体实施例进一步详细说明本发明。
实施例1。
本实施例提供一种用于气虚体质的药食配方,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:人参3份、山药18份、茯苓12份、玛卡3份、芡实9份、陈皮9份、大枣9份、葛根12份、甘草3份。
所述用于气虚体质的药食配方的制备方法,包括以下步骤。

临床研究:经过专家诊断为气虚体质患者50例,主要症状为周身倦怠乏力,容易出汗,少气懒言,精神不振,舌胖嫩、边有齿痕,脉象虚弱无力。采用本实施例1用于气虚体质的药食配方进行调理,每天食用40g,分两次服用,二个月后症状均明显改善。

本实施例提供一种用于气虚体质的药食配方,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:人参9份,山药25份,玛卡5份,葛根15份,陈皮10份,茯苓12份,芡实15份,大枣15份,甘草10份。
