Abstract

本发明涉及一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,主要解决现有车灯造型不能灵活改变、生产成本较高、辨识度较低等问题。首先通过注塑成型一体式半透明装饰板,然后在其一侧表面均匀喷涂上一层不透光黑漆,最后采用激光将相应的透光图案镭射雕刻在装饰板上,此时相应位置的黑漆被除掉。从光源发出的光穿过透光花纹后射出,能形成独特的造型和照明效果,极大的满足了主机厂对车灯复杂多变及特殊造型效果的要求,具有造型效果可变性强、调整灵活性高、生产成本低等优点,实际应用效果较好。

一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯
技术领域
本发明涉及车灯技术领域,具体涉及一种通过激光镭射雕刻技术制备得到的一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的发展,消费者对汽车附加的功能和外观要求越来越高,某些车型独特的功能或外观造型甚至成为主机厂的卖点,直接影响相关车型的销量。这一点在车灯上体现较为明显,随着传统的卤素灯逐渐被LED灯甚至氙气灯或激光灯取代,车灯类型及车灯造型效果已经逐渐成为大多数消费者选购的一项重要考虑因素。
为适应上述形势,主机厂对车灯产品设计提出了更高的要求。汽车照明系统由多种不同作用的灯光组成,其造型往往能够决定一款车型的辨识度和区分度。现有的车灯要实现复杂的造型有两种办法:一是设计较为复杂的模具结构注塑成型,这种方法往往成本较高;另一种是将多个零部件组合装配在一起形成一定造型的出光面,这种方法占用的空间较大。以上两种方法还存在车灯造型单一、局限性大、不能灵活变化等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有车灯存在的上述问题,提供一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,其具有制备方法简单、出光面造型可随意灵活调节、生产成本较低、美观等诸多优点。为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,包括装饰板、遮光涂层和透光花纹,所述装饰板固定在车灯上并通过灯壳密封保护,所述遮光涂层附着在装饰板表面,在遮光涂层上设置有透光花纹,光源发出的光通过透光花纹以设计好的造型照射出去。
进一步的,所述装饰板通过卡扣或螺钉固定在车灯上,在装饰板上设置有卡子或螺孔。
进一步的,所述装饰板为一体成型的半透明塑料件,其形状为直角形,直角处圆弧过渡。
进一步的,遮光涂层具体为喷涂在装饰板上的不透光黑漆。
进一步的,透光花纹通过激光在遮光涂层上相应位置镭射雕刻而成。
进一步的,所述透光花纹具体为若干个相同或不同形状、大小的花纹块构成的阵列。
进一步的,所述车灯具体为后尾灯。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:(1)该产品结构简单、生产成本较低,车灯视觉效果好,辨识度高;(2)出光面造型灵活多变并且调整方法简单,只需简单改变镭射雕刻图案即可;(3)该产品满足了主机厂复杂多变的车灯造型要求,深受消费者喜欢。

具体实施方式
为使本领域普通技术人员充分理解本发明的技术方案和有益效果,以下结合具体实施例及附图进行进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,本公司开发的一种新型汽车尾灯,首先由塑料(PC、PP等)注塑形成半透明的装饰板,然后在装饰板的外立面均匀喷涂一层黑漆形成遮光涂层,最后将设计好的图案通过激光镭射雕刻在装饰板上,此时遮光涂层上相应部位的黑漆被去除形成透光花纹阵列。镭射雕刻形成的花纹大小、形状、数量均可以灵活改变,因此从透光花纹阵列散射出的灯光也会随着同步改变,尾灯的实际造型和照射效果也能灵活调整。镭射雕刻所使用的设备及方法参见本申请人较早前公开的专利CN207656076U。
装配时,将光源固定在装饰板与汽车之间,装饰板通过卡扣或螺钉与车灯固定连接,最后再装上灯罩。从光源发出的光透过装饰板上的透光花纹阵列射出,形成特定的形状和造型,极具辨识度。该款尾灯已在某主机厂某型号车型上成功试用,客户反馈效果较好,即将大规模上市。

Claims (7)

1.一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,其特征在于该车灯包括装饰板、遮光涂层和透光花纹,其中装饰板固定在车灯上并通过灯壳密封保护,遮光涂层附着在装饰板表面,在遮光涂层上设置有透光花纹,光源发出的光通过透光花纹以设计好的造型照射出去。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,其特征在于:所述装饰板通过卡扣或螺钉固定在车灯上,在装饰板上还设置相应的有卡子或螺孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,其特征在于:所述装饰板为一体成型的半透明塑料件,其形状为直角形,直角处圆弧过渡。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,其特征在于:遮光涂层具体为喷涂在装饰板上的不透光黑漆。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,其特征在于:所述透光花纹由激光在遮光涂层上镭射雕刻而成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,其特征在于:所述透光花纹为若干个相同或不同形状、大小的花纹块构成的阵列。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种出光面造型灵活可变的车灯,其特征在于:所述车灯具体为后尾灯。
