Abstract

本发明公开一种车灯后置配光装置,包括光源和配光镜系统,所述配光镜系统安置在所述光源的外表面,所述配光镜系统由内朝外依次包括透明反射镜和立体配光反射镜,所述透明反射镜为光滑面结构,所述立体配光反射镜为非光滑面结构。本发明由传统的反射镜前表面配光转移到反射镜后表面,前表面造型新颖,光洁,避免传统的前表面配光花纹的凹凸面;本方式增强反射镜的光型立体感,光照度柔和,光型均匀,减少杂乱光;反射镜前表面造型多元化,可按照造型要求进行多种方式造型,传统的前表面配光花纹限制了造型设计,无艺术感;反射镜前表面颜色多变,本方式更能满足大众的审美要求。

一种车灯后置配光装置
技术领域
本发明属于车灯照明光学配光技术领域,具体涉及一种车灯后置配光装置。
背景技术
随着工业社会的发展,车灯照明塑料的普及率越来越高;同时,对于塑料构造内各部件的安全、实用性能的要求也在不断的提高。对于车灯的造型、配光颜色以及光型立体感的要求也越来越高。目前,市场上现存的车灯配光方式全部为配光面前置的方式,此种结构的配光方式是光线仅单一的从配光面全折射,配光方式比较单一,反射镜的光型立体感较差,如专利CN202392689中公开了一种出光均匀的车灯配光镜,并进一步公开了所述配光镜由依次罩在光源外部的内配光罩和外配光罩组成,所述内配光罩的内侧面上设置有菲涅尔透镜花纹,外侧面上设置有凸出的球面花纹;所述外配光罩的内侧面上设置的折光条纹为直条花纹,外侧面为光面;虽然该专利公开的结构中能达到出光柔和,无眩目光,提高视觉舒适度和避免交通事故的效果,但是仍达不到造型多元化、光型立体感强、配光镜颜色多变的要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种造型多元化、光型立体感强、配光镜颜色多变的车灯后置配光装置。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种车灯后置配光装置,包括光源和配光镜系统,所述配光镜系统安置在所述光源的外表面,所述配光镜系统由内朝外依次包括透明反射镜和立体配光反射镜,所述透明反射镜为光滑面结构,所述立体配光反射镜为含有若干折光单元的花纹型结构,所述花纹型结构的外表面镀铝层。
进一步地,所述透明反射镜的配光花纹面在所述配光镜系统的后表面。
进一步地,所述透明反射镜为有色透明反射镜。
进一步地,所述透明反射镜由多种颜色的透明材料组合而成。
本发明中车灯后置配光方式,光线通过有色透明的反射镜材料进行光线折射到镀铝的立体配光反射镜表面进行光学配光,配光合格的光线二次通过有色透明的反射镜材料折射形成满足法规的光型及光照射度。
有益效果:(1)本发明由传统的反射镜前表面配光转移到反射镜后表面,前表面造型新颖,光洁,避免传统的前表面配光花纹的凹凸面;(2)本结构的配光方式通过将含有若干配光单元的立体配光反射镜后置,将来自光源的若干条光线经有色透明反射镜的一次折射后在带有镀铝层的立体配光反射镜配光花纹后表面进行光学配光,然后再通过色透明反射镜的二次折射后形成满足法规的光型及光照射度;本结构的配光方式可增强反射镜的光型立体感,光照度柔和,光型均匀,减少杂乱光;(3)反射镜前表面造型多元化,可按照造型要求进行多种方式造型,传统的前表面配光花纹限制了造型设计,无艺术感;(4)反射镜前表面颜色多变,多种颜色的透明材料可组合应用,相比于颜色单一传统的前表面配光花纹反射的结构,本装置更能满足大众的审美要求。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图对本发明技术方案进行详细说,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例:一种车灯后置配光装置,包括光源1和配光镜系统,所述配光镜系统安置在所述光源的外表面,所述配光镜系统由内朝外依次包括有色透明反射镜2和立体配光反射镜3,所述有色透明反射镜2为光滑面结构,所述立体配光反射镜3为含有若干折光单元4的花纹型结构,所述花纹型结构的外表面镀铝层。
由图3所示,本装置可用于车灯的组装,光源1焊接到PCB板7上,PCB板7用压板8和螺钉9固定到本装置的有色透明反射镜2上;本发明的配光方式为:光源1通过PCB板7的电路控制,在额定的电流及电压状态下发光,光线通过有色透明的反射镜材料进行光线折射到镀铝的立体配光反射镜3表面进行光学配光,配光合格的光线二次通过有色透明的反射镜材料形成满足法规的光型及光照射度。
图1为市场上现有的车灯配光装置,其由光源1、白色透明反射镜5和前置配光反射镜6组成,其造型单一、配光面颜色单一且无光型立体感,与之相比本装置具有明显的优势,如配光效率高、光型立体感强、造型多元化以及反射镜前表面颜色多变等优点。
如上所述,尽管参照特定的优选实施例已经表示和表述了本发明,但其不得解释为对本发明自身的限制。在不脱离所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围前提下,可对其在形式上和细节上作出各种变化。

1.一种车灯后置配光装置,包括光源和配光镜系统,所述配光镜系统安置在所述光源的外表面,其特征在于:所述配光镜系统由内朝外依次包括透明反射镜和立体配光反射镜,所述透明反射镜为光滑面结构,所述立体配光反射镜为含有若干折光单元的花纹型结构,所述花纹型结构的外表面镀铝层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车灯后置配光装置,其特征在于:所述立体配光反射镜的配光花纹面在所述配光镜系统的后表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车灯后置配光装置,其特征在于:所述透明反射镜为有色透明反射镜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车灯后置配光装置,其特征在于:所述透明反射镜由多种颜色的透明材料组合而成。
