Abstract

本发明公开了一种新能源电池托盘集成结构,包括托盘本体和底部封板,所述托盘本体为上下两端均开口的矩形框结构,底部封板固定连接在托盘本体的底面上,且底部封板将托盘本体的下端口封闭,在底部封板上设有冷却流道,所述托盘本体和底部封板均通过铝压铸成形。本发明结构工艺简单,电池模组安装方便,托盘本体和底部封板均通过铝压铸成形,减少箱体在加工过程中的工艺。底部封板上设有冷却流道,一体成形下箱体水道,高效散热性能,高强度结构整合。

本发明涉及一种新能源电池托盘集成结构。
背景技术:
现有的电池托盘结构复杂,结构强度低,使用效果差。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种新能源电池托盘集成结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种新能源电池托盘集成结构,包括托盘本体和底部封板,所述托盘本体为上下两端均开口的矩形框结构,底部封板固定连接在托盘本体的底面上,且底部封板将托盘本体的下端口封闭,在底部封板上设有冷却流道,所述托盘本体和底部封板均通过铝压铸成形。
进一步地,所述托盘本体内设有中间加强筋,所述中间加强筋位于托盘本体的中部且沿着托盘本体的宽度方向设置。
进一步地,所述托盘本体的内壁上以及中间加强筋的侧壁上均设有电池模组安装台。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明结构工艺简单,电池模组安装方便,托盘本体和底部封板均通过铝压铸成形,减少箱体在加工过程中的工艺。底部封板上设有冷却流道,一体成形下箱体水道,高效散热性能,高强度结构整合。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本发明一种新能源电池托盘集成结构,包括托盘本体1和底部封板2,托盘本体1为上下两端均开口的矩形框结构,底部封板2通过螺钉固定连接在托盘本体1的底面上,且底部封板2将托盘本体1的下端口封闭。在底部封板2上设有冷却流道21,托盘本体1和底部封板2均通过铝压铸成形。
为保证强度,在托盘本体1内设有中间加强筋11,中间加强筋11位于托盘本体1的中部且沿着托盘本体1的宽度方向设置。
为便于电池模组的安装,在托盘本体1的内壁上以及中间加强筋11的侧壁上均设有电池模组安装台12。
本发明结构工艺简单,电池模组安装方便,托盘本体1和底部封板2均通过铝压铸成形,减少箱体在加工过程中的工艺。底部封板2上设有冷却流道21,一体成形下箱体水道,高效散热性能,高强度结构整合。

1.一种新能源电池托盘集成结构,其特征在于:包括托盘本体(1)和底部封板(2),所述托盘本体(1)为上下两端均开口的矩形框结构,底部封板(2)固定连接在托盘本体(1)的底面上,且底部封板(2)将托盘本体(1)的下端口封闭,在底部封板(2)上设有冷却流道(21),所述托盘本体(1)和底部封板(2)均通过铝压铸成形。
2.如权利要求1所述的新能源电池托盘集成结构,其特征在于:所述托盘本体(1)内设有中间加强筋(11),所述中间加强筋(11)位于托盘本体(1)的中部且沿着托盘本体(1)的宽度方向设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的新能源电池托盘集成结构,其特征在于:所述托盘本体(1)的内壁上以及中间加强筋(11)的侧壁上均设有电池模组安装台(12)。
