Description

本发明是一种食用豆腐特别是带馅的豆腐。
在豆腐的食用方法中，有一种方法是将小块豆腐放入油中炸过，做成豆腐果，再在豆腐果的一面开一小口，将馅特别是肉馅塞入其中，煮熟食用。但这一过程最后会在豆腐果的一面留下一个小口，使馅中的汤汁和调料味从小口流出，影响豆腐果的完整性和食用效果，而且加工也费时费工。
本发明的任务是生产出一种带馅而不留有开口的豆腐。制造方法是在做豆腐的过程中将馅在豆腐未成形之前就放入豆腐中。由于豆腐没有成形，因而放馅比较容易，便于批量生产，而且豆腐成形后不会留有开口。具体制作方法是先在豆腐模中装入一层豆腐花，待凝固后在中部放上馅，再在豆腐模中装入豆腐花，盖满馅上使馅处于上下对称的中心位置，盖上豆腐模盖，稍加压，使豆腐凝固成形即可。
它将传统的素豆腐与各种可口的馅心完整结合，尤其是与肉馅结合更佳，这样既有丰富的植物蛋白质又有充足的动物蛋白质；它不仅可在家庭、饭店中烧、炸食用，而且经过炸烧再加以包装还可以作旅游食品使用。
