Abstract

本发明公开了一种涤棉混纺织物数码印花的发色工艺,其步骤包括:在喷墨墨水在涤棉织物上完成打印后,将织物于180‑200℃下高温发色3‑5分钟,随后利用前处理液浸湿该涤棉织物,并于隔离空气的状态下于120‑145℃下再次发色1‑3分钟;以及以冷水冲洗经再次发色后的涤棉织物,随后利用氧化液浸湿所述涤棉织物,并将其静置1‑3分钟后依次进行皂洗、冷水洗并晾干即可。其中,按重量百分比计,所述前处理液由以下组分组成:粘度调节剂:1.0‑10.0%、pH控制剂:0.1‑2.0%、还原剂:0.2‑10.0%、去离子水:其余量。以及,所述氧化液为质量浓度为0.1‑5%的氧化剂的水溶液。本发明的发色工艺具有流程短,发色效果好的特点,可有效解决涤棉混纺墨水在涤棉混纺织物上的渗透以及发色问题。

Description

一种用于涤棉织物数码印花的前处理液以及发色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及数码印花技术领域,具体涉及一种用于涤棉织物数码印花的前处理液以及相应的发色工艺。
背景技术
混纺织物由多种不同种类的纤维混纺而成,由于在印花阶段没有一种染料能够可以同时上染多种纤维,所述混纺织物的印花工艺一直是本领域的技术难题,尤其是混纺织物的数码喷墨印花。由于数码喷墨印花在国内开始时间短,适合于混纺织物的喷墨墨水少,因而市面上还没有适用于混纺织物尤其是涤棉混纺织物的数码喷墨印花工艺。涤棉混纺织物由一定比例的棉纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,适合上染棉纤维的染料一般有活性染料、还原染料等,而适合上染涤纶纤维的染料则一般为分散染料。目前单一染料难以同时上染棉纤维和涤纶纤维,因而涤纶混纺织物需要多组分染料同时发色上染不同纤维来达到织物中纤维的完全上染,容易出现露白、印花颜色暗淡以及牢度低等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于涤棉织物数码印花的前处理液,将其应用于涤棉织物可有效解决涤棉混纺墨水在涤棉混纺织物上的渗透以及发色问题。此外,本发明还提供了一种涤棉混纺织物数码印花的发色工艺。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种用于涤棉织物数码印花的前处理液,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分组成:粘度调节剂:1.0-10.0%、pH控制剂:0.1-2.0%、还原剂:0.2-10.0%、去离子水:其余量。
其中,所述粘度调节剂为海藻酸钠、龙胶、玉米淀粉、甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、聚乙二醇中的至少一种。
所述pH控制剂为冰醋酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、盐酸、硫酸、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、硫酸铵、氯化铵、二乙醇胺、2-氨基乙醇、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的至少一种。
所述还原剂为保险粉、二氧化硫脲、雕白粉、亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、氯化亚锡、甲醛次硫酸锌、亚磺酸衍生物的钠盐中的至少一种。
所述前处理液的制备步骤包括:将如上所述重量百分比的粘度调节剂加入熬去离子水中,混合均匀后向其中加入pH控制剂、还原剂,混合搅拌均匀后即得所述用于涤棉混纺织物数码印花的前处理液。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种涤棉混纺织物数码印花的发色工艺,其步骤包括:
1)在适用于涤棉混纺织物的喷墨墨水根据所需的图案/花型在涤棉织物上完成打印后,将织物置于180-200℃的烘箱中高温发色3-5分钟,随后利用如上所述的前处理液以浸轧、喷淋、辊涂、喷射等方式浸湿经高温发色后的涤棉织物,并将浸湿后的涤棉织物放入塑料膜或真空机中于隔离空气的状态下放入120-145℃的烘箱中再次发色1-3分钟;
2)将步骤1)中经再次发色后的涤棉织物取出后以冷水冲洗,随后利用氧化液以浸轧、喷淋、辊涂、喷射等方式浸湿所述涤棉织物,并将其静置1-3分钟后依次进行皂洗、冷水洗后晾干即可,其中,此处的皂洗、冷水洗可通过本领域已知的任何方法进行,在此不再详述。
其中,所述氧化液为质量浓度为0.1-5%的氧化剂的去离子水溶液,并且,所述氧化剂为过硼酸钠、重铬酸钠、氯酸钠、亚硝酸钠、过氧化氢、高锰酸钾、硝酸中的至少一种,将所述氧化剂溶于去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀即得本发明所述的氧化液。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明的发色工艺同时兼顾分散染料和还原染料发色工艺,利用前处理液对经初步高温发色后的涤棉织物进行浸渍处理后再次进行高温发色,其中,;前处理液中的粘度调节剂可以在涤棉混纺织物浸湿的状态下避免了图案/花型的渗透扩散,保持其打印花型完好,不被破坏,而前处理液中的还原剂则可实现还原染料的彻底还原,并确保后续氧化步骤后的颜色鲜艳度,进而有效解决墨水渗透以及发色问题,而利用氧化液对经再次高温发色后的涤棉织物进行浸渍处理,可以有效提高染料的上染率,解决颜色暗淡以及牢度低等问题。发色工艺流程短,发色效果好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。若无特别说明,本发明所采用的各原料均可通过市场购买得到。
实施例1
一种用于涤棉织物数码印花的前处理液,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分组成:海藻酸钠:6.0%、氢氧化钠:0.5%、冰醋酸:0.8%、保险粉:6.0%、去离子水:其余量。所述前处理液的制备步骤包括:将海藻酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后加入氢氧化钠、冰醋酸以及保险粉,搅拌混合均匀后即得所述前处理液。
将本实施例中制得的前处理液应用于涤棉混纺织物,其步骤包括:
1)在根据所需的图案/花型利用涤棉混纺喷墨墨水在涤棉织物上完成打印并将织物置于180℃的烘箱中高温发色5分钟后,将所述前处理液以喷淋的方式浸湿该涤棉织物,并将浸湿后的涤棉织物放入真空机中于隔离空气的状态下放入140℃的烘箱中再次发色2分钟;以及
2)将再次发色后的涤棉织物取出后以冷水冲洗,随后利用氧化液以辊涂的方式浸湿所述涤棉织物,并将其静置分钟后依次进行皂洗、冷水洗后晾干即完成该发色工艺得到涤棉混纺织物印花产品;其中,所述氧化液为0.5wt%的过氧化氢水溶液。
实施例2
一种用于涤棉织物数码印花的前处理液,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分组成:龙胶:5.0%、氢氧化钠:0.3%、冰醋酸:0.5%、保险粉:6.0%、去离子水:其余量。所述前处理液的制备过程与实施例1相类似,在此不再赘述。
将所述前处理液施加到打印完成后涤棉混纺织物上,其过程与实施例1相类似,在此不再赘述,其中,本实施例中,所述氧化液为0.8wt%的氯酸钠水溶液。
实施例3
一种用于涤棉织物数码印花的前处理液,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分组成:聚乙烯吡络烷酮K90:8.0%、氢氧化钠:0.5%、冰醋酸:0.6%、二氧化硫脲:6.0%、去离子水:其余量。所述前处理液的制备过程与实施例1相类似,在此不再赘述。
将所述前处理液施加到打印完成后涤棉混纺织物上,其过程与实施例1相类似,在此不再赘述,其中,本实施例中,所述氧化液为0.3wt%的硼酸钠水溶液。
利用测色仪测试实施例1-实施例3中得到的涤棉混纺织物印花产品的颜色数据,以及按照GB/T 3920-2008耐摩擦牢度标准以及GB/T 3921-2008耐皂洗牢度标准对其进行牢度测试,其结果分别如表1以及表2所示:

通过表1以及表2的检测数据可知,通过本发明的发色工艺,可使得涤棉混纺织物产品具有良好的色彩鲜艳度、饱和度以及牢度。

1.一种用于涤棉混纺织物数码印花的前处理液,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,其由以下组分组成:粘度调节剂:1.0-10.0%、pH控制剂:0.1-2.0%、还原剂:0.2-10.0%、去离子水:其余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的前处理液,其特征在于:所述粘度调节剂为海藻酸钠、龙胶、玉米淀粉、甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、聚乙二醇中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的前处理液,其特征在于:所述pH控制剂为冰醋酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、盐酸、硫酸、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、硫酸铵、氯化铵、二乙醇胺、2-氨基乙醇、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的前处理液,其特征在于:所述还原剂为保险粉、二氧化硫脲、雕白粉、亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、氯化亚锡、甲醛次硫酸锌、亚磺酸衍生物的钠盐中的至少一种。
5.一种涤棉混纺织物数码印花的发色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)在适用于涤棉混纺织物的喷墨墨水在涤棉织物上完成打印后,将涤棉织物于180-200℃下高温发色3-5分钟,随后利用前处理液浸湿该涤棉织物,并将浸湿后的涤棉织物于隔离空气的状态下于120-145℃下再次发色1-3分钟;
2)以冷水冲洗步骤1)中经再次发色后的涤棉织物,随后利用氧化液浸湿所述涤棉织物,并将其静置1-3分钟后依次进行皂洗、冷水洗并晾干即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发色工艺,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,所述前处理液由以下组分组成:粘度调节剂:1.0-10.0%、pH控制剂:0.1-2.0%、还原剂:0.2-10.0%、去离子水:其余量。
7.根据权利要求5所述的发色工艺,其特征在于:所述氧化液为氧化剂的水溶液,且所述氧化液的质量浓度为0.1-5%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的发色工艺,其特征在于:所述氧化剂为过硼酸钠、重铬酸钠、氯酸钠、亚硝酸钠、过氧化氢、高锰酸钾、硝酸中的至少一种。
