一种亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及织物的染色工艺领域,特别是涉及一种亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺。
背景技术
亚麻纤维柔软、强韧、有光泽、耐磨、吸水性小、散水快,纤维吸湿后膨胀率大,能使纺织品组织紧密,不易透水,是优良的纺织原料。麻织物对人体有良好的保健作用,所以在国际国内市场上受到了越来越多消费者的青睐。浆纱是织造准备工序的一个非常重要的环节,它的好坏直接决定着织造效率的高低以及产品质量的好坏,对麻类织物更是如此。在麻类织物的加工中,比较突出的问题是纱线表面毛羽多而长、长而硬,毛羽难以贴伏,浆纱耐磨性不好,易脆断,织造效率普遍不高,产品质量较差,织造车间落物多,相对湿度要求高,使生产环境恶化。要提高麻类纱线的可织性、改善织造环境,就要对浆纱工艺加以研究,合理选择浆料配方,合理制定浆纱工艺线路,研究新的浆纱工艺。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,可大大缩短织造流程,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率。并优化了染色的工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,所述亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)前处理:把亚麻纤维放入缸内,加入添加剂和抗氧化剂,在85-125℃下溶解,得到较高浓度的溶液,溶液经过滤,脱泡,在88-125℃下用湿法或干法纺丝,在低温水溶凝固成形,经拉伸,水洗,去油,干燥,制成亚麻纱;
(2)整经工序:将一定根数和长度的亚麻纱,从络纱筒子上引出,组成一幅纱片,使经纱具有一定的张力,相互平行地紧密绕在经轴上,为形成浆纱做初步准备;
(3)浆纱工序:将若干只经轴上的亚麻纱同时引出,浸入浆液,压去余液,引入浆槽,在浆槽中加入水,用蒸汽煮沸,并通过控制浆纱机的蒸汽控制装置控制送蒸汽量,亚麻纱以2-3米/分的速度从浆槽上方经过,进入烘筒烘干。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述浆液包括淀粉、水溶性纤维素醚、柔软剂、淀粉分解剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述一定的张力为600N。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述浆槽的温度为不高于90℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述烘干的温度95-105℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述烘干的时间为30-45min。
本发明的有益效果是:可大大缩短织造流程,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率。并优化了染色的工艺。

本发明实施例包括:
一种亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,所述亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺包括如下步骤:(1)前处理:把亚麻纤维放入缸内,加入添加剂和抗氧化剂,在85-125℃下溶解,得到较高浓度的溶液,溶液经过滤,脱泡,在88-125℃下用湿法或干法纺丝,在低温水溶凝固成形,经拉伸,水洗,去油,干燥,制成亚麻纱;(2)整经工序:将一定根数和长度的亚麻纱,从络纱筒子上引出,组成一幅纱片,使经纱具有一定的张力,相互平行地紧密绕在经轴上,为形成浆纱做初步准备;(3)浆纱工序:将若干只经轴上的亚麻纱同时引出,浸入浆液,压去余液,引入浆槽,在浆槽中加入水,用蒸汽煮沸,并通过控制浆纱机的蒸汽控制装置控制送蒸汽量,亚麻纱以2-3米/分的速度从浆槽上方经过,进入烘筒烘干。
所述浆液包括淀粉、水溶性纤维素醚、柔软剂、淀粉分解剂,所述一定的张力为600N,所述浆槽的温度为不高于90℃,所述烘干的温度95-105℃,所述烘干的时间为30-45min。
在一实施例中,整经采用单浆槽浆纱机,根据亚麻的特点把浆纱机进行了改进,缩短经轴架至引纱装置距离,浆槽至烘仓距离缩短,车前装置至车头卷烧装置缩短,从而使整车长度缩短了1/4距离,改善了亚麻纱由于浆纱机过长而造成的纱条绞在一起产生断头,经轴架改为1.4米宽度,经轴气动制动,由送纱喂入装置,小浆泵在主浆槽和预热器间溢液循环,有蒸汽管直接加热,双层高压上浆纱不浸入浆液,直接由浆轴从浆槽中带入的浆液,垂直加压斜向引纱,直接浸入烘仓,烘仓温度由自动控制装置控制,烘仓有排气罩,车前有测试装置、后上蜡装置、干分绞装置、伸缩箱装置、拖引卷绕和加压装置,可实现张力和伸长分段控制,合理掌握烘仓温度,均匀而适当的烘仓有利于形成比较柔韧的浆膜,因为要充分利用多烘筒逐步烘仓,避免温度过高。
淀粉作为经纱上浆的主要浆料,采用小麦淀粉作为经纱上浆的浆料,淀粉对亚麻天然纤维有较好的粘附性,也有一定的成膜能力,基本上能满足亚麻纤维的上浆要求,为了其上浆性能效果更好,采用加入甘油,蜡质,柔软剂使亚麻上浆后的经纱柔软性好,还容易吸湿,同时淀粉浆的退浆污水对环境污染程度较其他化学浆料更低。
本发明揭示了一种亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,可大大缩短织造流程,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率。并优化了染色的工艺。

1.一种亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,其特征在于,所述亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺包括如下步骤:
前处理:把亚麻纤维放入缸内,加入添加剂和抗氧化剂,在85-125℃下溶解,得到较高浓度的溶液,溶液经过滤,脱泡,在88-125℃下用湿法或干法纺丝,在低温水溶凝固成形,经拉伸,水洗,去油,干燥,制成亚麻纱;
(2)整经工序:将一定根数和长度的亚麻纱,从络纱筒子上引出,组成一幅纱片,使经纱具有一定的张力,相互平行地紧密绕在经轴上,为形成浆纱做初步准备;
(3)浆纱工序:将若干只经轴上的亚麻纱同时引出,浸入浆液,压去余液,引入浆槽,在浆槽中加入水,用蒸汽煮沸,并通过控制浆纱机的蒸汽控制装置控制送蒸汽量,亚麻纱以2-3米/分的速度从浆槽上方经过,进入烘筒烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,其特征在于,所述浆液包括淀粉、水溶性纤维素醚、柔软剂、淀粉分解剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,其特征在于,所述一定的张力为600N。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,其特征在于,所述浆槽的温度为不高于90℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻纤维整经浆纱工艺,其特征在于,所述烘干的温度95-105℃。
