现有的浆纱机,浆槽中上浆装置一般为双浸双压,即两对上浆、压浆对压辊前分别设置一根浸没辊,结构复杂,浆槽整体又高又长.烘筒在烘房中上中下多层排列,阻挡前后视线,存在安全隐患.单层分绞,操作困难,劳动强度大.

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,节能环保,操作方便,工作性能好的浆纱机.
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种浆纱机,包括卷绕车头、五压辊浆槽、全高架烘房、双层分绞区、经轴架.其特征是:浆槽中的上浆呈三压形式,即在一根侧压辊后,连续设置两对上浆、压浆对压辊.
烘房采用全高架形式,即烘房设置在浆槽的上部,且烘筒排列成上下两排.双层分绞,经轴架采用双层双排四个一组或三层双排六个一组.
本实用新型结构合理,采用三压式高压上浆,浆槽整体矮又短,操作既安全又方便,浆槽容积小,使织物浸浆更合理,浆液更新快,了机废浆少,节能又环保.确保织物得到最合理的上浆率,使织物上浆均匀、合理、稳定、提高织造效率.烘筒双层排列S形走纱,使烘燥效率大大提高,节省能源,由于采用全高架烘房,使整机长度缩短,前后视线畅通,减少操作员的劳动强度,更有利于安全操作.采用双层分绞,使操作员既迅速又方便,提高工作效率.双层或三层经轴架,缩短引纱长度保证经纱断头少,提高织造效率.

一种浆纱机,包括卷绕车头1,双层分绞区2,全高架烘房3,五压辊浆槽4,经轴架5,图2浆槽4中的上浆呈三压形式,即包括一根侧压辊6,侧压辊6后连续设置两对上浆、压浆对压棍,包括对压辊7、8,和对压辊9、10.图中还有导纱辊11、压纱辊12、引纱辊13、张力辊14.

    4、五压辊浆槽:全新设计一根侧压辊后边两对上浆压浆辊。
