Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dendrobium officinale cultivation, in particular to a method for imitating wild planting of dendrobium officinale.
Background
The dendrobium officinale is one of precious Chinese medicinal materials, and the wild dendrobium officinale is a second-grade precious or endangered plant which is mainly protected by the country.
At present, the dendrobium officinale is mainly cultivated artificially, the general cultivation of the dendrobium officinale adopts greenhouse artificial cultivation, and the quality and the taste of the produced dendrobium officinale are relatively poor. And the finished product investment required by the high-quality greenhouse artificial breeding is higher.
Therefore, the existing method for culturing the dendrobium officinale in the artificial greenhouse has the problems of poor common culture quality and high-end culture finished products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wild-imitating planting method for dendrobium officinale. The invention has the advantages of relatively higher quality and relatively lower finished product.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a wild-imitating planting method for dendrobium officinale comprises the following steps:
a. selecting a field: selecting a forest farm with the relative humidity of 45% -70% and the annual precipitation of 800-1600 mm at the altitude of 1000-1600 m;
b. selecting an epiphytic tree: selecting trees which are lush and have moss on the surface as epiphytic trees;
c. hardening seedlings: inoculating the dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings into a culture medium, when the root length of the dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings is more than 1.2cm, integrally transferring the dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings to a shade place for culturing for 5-12 days, sterilizing and airing the cultured dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings, then transplanting the cultured dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings into a hardening medium, and hardening the seedlings for 2-3 months;
d. planting epiphytic trees: cutting a shallow opening on the trunk of the selected epiphytic tree, planting and fixing the dendrobium officinale seedlings in the shallow opening, and spraying nutrient solution on the roots of the dendrobium officinale seedlings within 3 days after planting;
e. cultivation management: managing the dendrobium officinale seedlings according to the growth condition;
f. harvesting: when the dendrobium officinale seedlings can be harvested, the dendrobium officinale seedlings are harvested according to a conventional method, and tender stems are remained.
In the wild-imitating planting method for dendrobium officinale, the forest field in the step a is more specifically required to have a day-night temperature difference of 10-12 ℃.
In the wild-imitating planting method for dendrobium officinale, the seedling hardening substrate in the step b is composed of 6-7 mass percent of hard wood chips and 3-4 mass percent of broken stones.
In the wild-imitating planting method for dendrobium officinale, the total thickness of the seedling hardening substrate is 10cm, and the humidity is 62%; the hardwood sawdust of the seedling hardening substrate is camphor wood sawdust.
In the method for imitating wild planting of dendrobium officinale, after dendrobium officinale seedlings are planted in the step d, a culture medium fertilizer is applied at all; the cultivation substrate fertilizer consists of 150-240 weight percent of anti-freezing nutrient solution and 5-10 weight percent of water-retaining agent.
In the wild-imitating planting method for dendrobium officinale, the water-retaining agent is 200-400 times of water-absorbing water-retaining agent.
In the method for imitating wild planting of dendrobium officinale, the cultivation management in the step e specifically comprises the steps of removing plant diseases and insect pests at regular intervals, pruning and trimming at regular intervals, and spraying nutrient solution and water according to the actual growth condition.
Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that through pretreatment work such as field selection, tree selection, seedling hardening and the like, an environment suitable for wild growth is provided for artificial planting of the dendrobium officinale, the growth habit of the wild dendrobium officinale is installed in the cultivation process, and manual intervention is not excessively applied, so that the cultivated dendrobium officinale has higher wild degree and better quality compared with greenhouse cultivation. Through hardening, relatively better dendrobium officinale seedlings are selected, and a culture medium fertilizer is applied during primary culture, so that the culture survival rate of the dendrobium officinale seedlings is improved. Therefore, the invention has the advantages of relatively higher quality and relatively lower finished product.
