Abstract

本发明公开一种汽车照明灯具,包括灯具基座、照明灯壳、发光结构,发光结构由两个或两个以上导光体结合而成,结合方式包括但不限于一体注塑成型或通过固定结构拼接,最终形成一种包括但不限于平板、曲面板状发光结构。本发明的汽车灯具发光结构,由两个或多个导光体组合而成,单个导光体上设置有光导齿,用以实现整块发光面的均匀出光,能实现覆盖区域内整面的均匀出光,增加灯具的美观和视觉饱满感。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件,具体而言涉及一种汽车灯具。
背景技术
随着LED在车灯领域的普及,越来越多的车灯外形向小型化、流线化发展,导致灯体内部空间越来越小,由于外观的要求,很多车灯需要实现大面积均匀出光,以提升灯具的美观度。怎么在有限空间内实现大面积均匀美观的出光成为了很多车灯厂商的难题。
现有的发光结构,例如反射镜、厚壁光导等结构,都存在出光不均匀、所需空间大、需要LED数量较多等劣势。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种汽车照明灯具,用以实现大面积的均匀出光,且能实现对不同灯具造型的随型适应。
本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种汽车照明灯具,包括灯具基座、照明灯壳、发光结构,发光结构由两个或两个以上导光体结合而成,结合方式包括但不限于一体注塑成型或通过固定结构拼接,最终形成一种包括但不限于平板、曲面板状发光结构,发光结构中的单个导光体截面形状包括但不限于圆形、半圆形、梯形、矩形、三角形,所述导光体上设置有光导齿,所述光导齿间距0-5mm、高度0-5mm,所述光导齿为外凸或内凹设置,其倾斜角度为5-85 度,所述灯具基座一侧设置有连接柱,所述灯具基座中部设置有LED灯珠,LED灯珠连接LED控制芯片,LED控制芯片连接稳压模块,稳压模块电路包括稳压芯片,电源VCC接上拉电阻后接稳压芯片的1脚,稳压芯片的1脚接滤波电容后接地,2脚接滤波电容后接地,4脚接电容后接电阻,再接到稳压芯片的5脚,稳压芯片的5脚接电阻后接VOUT,同时接下拉电阻后接地,稳压芯片的6脚接地,同时经电容后接到稳压芯片的7脚,同时接滤波电容后接VOUT,稳压芯片的7脚接电阻,然后接下拉电阻再接地,同时电阻的引出端接MOS管接电阻再接到稳压芯片的8脚,MOS管漏极接稳压管的阳极,稳压管阴极接电容后接地,同时接VOUT,MOS管漏极再接电感后接电源VCC,稳压芯片的9脚接滤波电容后接地,10脚VDD接电源VCC;所述灯具基座内侧壁上设置有反光层,所述LED灯珠设置在固定基板上,所述固定基板一侧与散热基板连接,所述散热基板一侧与散热座连接,所述散热座侧壁上设置有若干个散热孔,所述散热基板通过若干个导向管与导热层连接,所述导热层通过散热板与散热翅片连接。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述导光体出光方向上设置有半透光材料或透明材料加磨砂皮纹制成的配光镜。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述固定基板一侧与散热基板之间为粘接连接。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述散热孔从外至内倾斜向下布置。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述导向管采用铜材质制成。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述散热翅片采用铝材质制成
本发明的汽车灯具的发光结构,由两个或多个导光体组合而成,单个导光体上设置有光导齿,用以实现整块发光面的均匀出光,能实现覆盖区域内整面的均匀出光,增加灯具的美观和视觉饱满感。本发明的汽车灯具的散热机构能够有效的对灯具进行散热,防止大功率LED因使用电流过大引起的发光强度和电子元器件受损灯不良影响。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图通过实施例对本发明特征及运行策略作进一步详细说明:
实施例1
如图1A、1B,一种汽车照明灯具,包括灯具基座21、照明灯壳22、发光结构,发光结构由多个导光体1相连形成曲面结构的导光板,单个导光体呈圆柱形,导光体上设置有光导齿2,所述圆柱导光体半径3mm,相邻导光体轴线间距2.5mm,可实现一体注塑成型。导光体的光导齿为外凸设置,倾斜角度20-40度,齿间距为0-1mm,导光体出光方向为光轴方向,光导齿调整时保证光导出光均匀以及最大亮度出光。
所述灯具基座21一侧设置有连接柱23,所述灯具基座21中部设置有LED灯珠24,LED灯珠24连接LED控制芯片,LED控制芯片连接稳压模块,稳压模块电路包括稳压芯片U01,电源VCC接上拉电阻R01后接稳压芯片U01的1脚,稳压芯片U01的1脚接滤波电容C01后接地,2脚接滤波电容C02后接地,4脚接电容C03后接电阻R02,再接到稳压芯片U01的5脚,稳压芯片U01的5脚接电阻R06后接VOUT,同时接下拉电阻R07后接地,稳压芯片U01的6脚接地,同时经电容C05后接到稳压芯片U01的7脚,同时接滤波电容C06后接VOUT,稳压芯片U01的7脚接电阻R04,然后接下拉电阻R05再接地,同时电阻R04的引出端接MOS管Q01接电阻R03再接到稳压芯片U01的8脚,MOS管漏极接稳压管D01的阳极,稳压管D01阴极接电容C06后接地,同时接VOUT,MOS管漏极再接电感L01后接电源VCC,稳压芯片U01的9脚接滤波电容C04后接地,10脚VDD接电源VCC;所述灯具基座21内侧壁上设置有反光层5,所述LED灯珠24设置在固定基板26上,所述固定基板26一侧与散热基板27连接,其中所述固定基板26一侧与散热基板27之间为粘接连接。
所述散热基板27一侧与散热座28连接,所述散热座28侧壁上设置有若干个散热孔29,其中所述散热孔29从外至内倾斜向下布置,所述散热基板27通过若干个导向管10与导热层11连接,所述导向管10采用铜材质制成。所述导热层11通过散热板12与散热翅片13连接,且所述散热翅片13采用铝材质制成。本发明的LED汽车灯具的散热机构能够有效的对灯具进行散热,防止大功率LED因使用电流过大引起的发光强度和电子元器件受损灯不良影响。
实施例2
如图2A、2B,一种汽车照明灯具,包括灯具基座21、照明灯壳22、发光结构,发光结构由多个导光体相连形成曲面结构的导光板,其外侧为光面,内侧带有光导齿,所述导光体厚度3mm,光导齿为外凸设置,倾斜角度15-40度,齿间距为0-1.5mm,导光体出光方向为光轴方向,光导齿调整时保证光导出光均匀以及最大亮度出光。
所述灯具基座21一侧设置有连接柱23,所述灯具基座21中部设置有LED灯珠24,LED灯珠24连接LED控制芯片,LED控制芯片连接稳压模块,稳压模块电路包括稳压芯片U01,电源VCC接上拉电阻R01后接稳压芯片U01的1脚,稳压芯片U01的1脚接滤波电容C01后接地,2脚接滤波电容C02后接地,4脚接电容C03后接电阻R02,再接到稳压芯片U01的5脚,稳压芯片U01的5脚接电阻R06后接VOUT,同时接下拉电阻R07后接地,稳压芯片U01的6脚接地,同时经电容C05后接到稳压芯片U01的7脚,同时接滤波电容C06后接VOUT,稳压芯片U01的7脚接电阻R04,然后接下拉电阻R05再接地,同时电阻R04的引出端接MOS管Q01接电阻R03再接到稳压芯片U01的8脚,MOS管漏极接稳压管D01的阳极,稳压管D01阴极接电容C06后接地,同时接VOUT,MOS管漏极再接电感L01后接电源VCC,稳压芯片U01的9脚接滤波电容C04后接地,10脚VDD接电源VCC;所述灯具基座21内侧壁上设置有反光层5,所述LED灯珠24设置在固定基板26上,所述固定基板26一侧与散热基板27连接,其中所述固定基板26一侧与散热基板27之间为粘接连接。
所述散热基板27一侧与散热座28连接,所述散热座28侧壁上设置有若干个散热孔29,其中所述散热孔29从外至内倾斜向下布置,所述散热基板27通过若干个导向管10与导热层11连接,所述导向管10采用铜材质制成。所述导热层11通过散热板12与散热翅片13连接,且所述散热翅片13采用铝材质制成。本发明的LED汽车灯具的散热机构能够有效的对灯具进行散热,防止大功率LED因使用电流过大引起的发光强度和电子元器件受损灯不良影响。
根据实施例1和实施例2中发光结构,配合半透光材料或透明材料加磨砂皮纹制成的配光镜3,能最大程度上实现大面积内的均匀出光。

Claims (6)

1.一种汽车照明灯具,其特征在于,包括灯具基座(21)、照明灯壳(22)、发光结构,发光结构由两个或两个以上导光体结合而成,结合方式包括但不限于一体注塑成型或通过固定结构拼接,最终形成一种包括但不限于平板、曲面板状发光结构,发光结构中的单个导光体截面形状包括但不限于圆形、半圆形、梯形、矩形、三角形,所述导光体上设置有光导齿,所述光导齿间距0-5mm、高度0-5mm,所述光导齿为外凸或内凹设置,其倾斜角度为5-85 度,所述灯具基座(21)一侧设置有连接柱(23),所述灯具基座(21)中部设置有LED灯珠(24),LED灯珠(24)连接LED控制芯片,LED控制芯片连接稳压模块,稳压模块电路包括稳压芯片(U01),电源VCC接上拉电阻(R01)后接稳压芯片(U01)的1脚,稳压芯片(U01)的1脚接滤波电容(C01)后接地,2脚接滤波电容(C02)后接地,4脚接电容(C03)后接电阻(R02),再接到稳压芯片(U01)的5脚,稳压芯片(U01)的5脚接电阻(R06)后接VOUT,同时接下拉电阻(R07)后接地,稳压芯片(U01)的6脚接地,同时经电容(C05)后接到稳压芯片(U01)的7脚,同时接滤波电容(C06)后接VOUT,稳压芯片(U01)的7脚接电阻(R04),然后接下拉电阻(R05)再接地,同时电阻(R04)的引出端接MOS管(Q01)接电阻(R03)再接到稳压芯片(U01)的8脚,MOS管漏极接稳压管(D01)的阳极,稳压管(D01)阴极接电容(C06)后接地,同时接VOUT,MOS管漏极再接电感(L01)后接电源VCC,稳压芯片(U01)的9脚接滤波电容(C04)后接地,10脚VDD接电源VCC;所述灯具基座(21)内侧壁上设置有反光层(25),所述LED灯珠(24)设置在固定基板(26)上,其特征在于:所述固定基板(26)一侧与散热基板(27)连接,所述散热基板(27)一侧与散热座(28)连接,所述散热座(28)侧壁上设置有若干个散热孔(29),所述散热基板(27)通过若干个导向管(10)与导热层(11)连接,所述导热层(11)通过散热板(12)与散热翅片(13)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车照明灯具,其特征在于,所述导光体出光方向上设置有半透光材料或透明材料加磨砂皮纹制成的配光镜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车灯具LED散热结构,其特征在于:所述固定基板(26)一侧与散热基板(27)之间为粘接连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车灯具LED散热结构,其特征在于:所述散热孔(29)从外至内倾斜向下布置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车灯具LED散热结构,其特征在于:所述导向管(10)采用铜材质制成。
