本发明涉及羊毛条制备技术领域,具体是指一种羊毛条制备方法。
背景技术
羊毛是纺织工业的重要原料,它具有许多优良特性,如弹性好、吸湿性强、不易沾污、保暖性好、光泽柔和。
现有的阻燃羊毛产品,大都是对成品羊毛织物或羊毛条直接进行阻燃整理,以期在提高阻燃性能的同时避免其毡缩,但效果较差;且现有的阻燃羊毛产品有些虽然可机洗且不会毡缩,但仍不可进行滚筒烘干。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述的各种问题,提供了一种毛条处理质量一致且稳定、可机洗可滚筒烘干且防缩的羊毛条制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种羊毛条制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,羊毛纤维亲水处理:将羊毛纤维置入亲水处理剂中,在超声震荡的作用下,浸泡预处理一段时间,然后水洗干净备用;
步骤二,浸轧预整理:将步骤一中得到的羊毛纤维浸渍于阻燃整理液中进行浸轧预整理;
步骤三,烘焙处理:将浸轧预整理后的羊毛纤维进行烘焙处理,得到阻燃整理羊毛纤维;
步骤四,成条处理:将步骤三中得到的阻燃整理羊毛采用成条机制备成羊毛条;
步骤五,氧化:以羊毛条重量为基准,同时在Kroy机中加入双氧水和1.2-1.8%英国史提芬逊公司的LISTRIL NGS润湿渗透剂,使步骤五中得到的羊毛条在Kroy机中6-8m/min匀速依次通过氧化溶液喷淋装置进行氧化,得到氧化处理后的羊毛条;双氧水的浓度为27-33wt%,所述双氧水的重量占原料羊毛条重量的2-3%,氧化时还加入了0.5-1.5%的消泡剂;
步骤六,复洗改性:将所述氧化处理后的羊毛条依次进入六个复洗槽,分别在第一槽中对所述氧化处理后的羊毛条脱氧、在第二槽中脱鳞、在第三、第四槽中漂洗、在第五槽中用2.5-3.5%聚酰胺树脂处理、在第六槽中软化;在第一槽中加入焦亚硫酸钠和碳酸钠对羊毛条脱氧,在第二槽中加入碳酸钠、片碱和小苏打调节pH值至9.5-9.8对羊毛条脱鳞,在第五槽先用纯碱调整pH值至7.8-8后再加入2.5-3.5%聚酰胺树脂处理,在第六槽中加入阳离子硅酮体柔软剂和冰醋酸;
步骤七,烘干:将所述复洗改性后的羊毛条烘干至毛条回潮率为5-8%,然后室温下放置46-50h得到所需羊毛条。
优选的,所述步骤一中的亲水处理剂包括如下配方量组分:双氧水3-4.5g/L、渗透剂0.35-0.45g/L和去离子水。
优选的,所述步骤一中的亲水处理的工艺条件为:温度42-48℃,超声震荡频率350-450次/min,超声时间16-19min。
优选的,所述步骤二中的阻燃整理液为硅磷杂化阻燃液。
优选的,所述步骤三中的烘焙处理的工艺条件为:真空条件下,先在62-68℃下预烘3.5-4.5min,再在112-118℃下焙烘6-9min。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明所述的工艺,先通过对羊毛纤维阻燃整理,使得羊毛纤维具有阻燃防护层,该阻燃防护层还能有效避免羊毛纤维的毡缩,具有一举两得的效果;同时本发明采用特定的氧化工艺使羊毛条润湿并均匀渗透,腐蚀羊毛条上的一部分毛鳞片,复洗改性工艺脱除残留在羊毛条上的氧成分和毛鳞片并在剩余毛鳞片的毛干上包覆一层薄膜,然后经过烘干的回潮率和室温下的固化保持,能获得无氯防缩、处理质量一致且稳定的毛条;再有,本发明工艺在纤维表面形成柔软薄膜,并使薄膜与纤维紧密相贴,达到抗起球抗收缩作用,并最大限度保持了羊毛原有性能及手感,使产品由仅可小心手洗到可机洗的功能性突破;在可机洗的基础上,能够滚筒烘干,迎合了欧美家庭洗涤毛衫的要求。

步骤一,羊毛纤维亲水处理:将羊毛纤维置入亲水处理剂中,在超声震荡的作用下,浸泡预处理一段时间,然后水洗干净备用;
步骤二,浸轧预整理:将步骤一中得到的羊毛纤维浸渍于阻燃整理液中进行浸轧预整理;

所述步骤一中的亲水处理剂包括如下配方量组分:双氧水3g/L、渗透剂0.35g/L和去离子水。
所述步骤一中的亲水处理的工艺条件为:温度42℃,超声震荡频率350次/min,超声时间16min。
所述步骤二中的阻燃整理液为硅磷杂化阻燃液。
所述步骤三中的烘焙处理的工艺条件为:真空条件下,先在62℃下预烘3.5min,再在112-118℃下焙烘6min。
实施例2
一种羊毛条制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,羊毛纤维亲水处理:将羊毛纤维置入亲水处理剂中,在超声震荡的作用下,浸泡预处理一段时间,然后水洗干净备用;
步骤二,浸轧预整理:将步骤一中得到的羊毛纤维浸渍于阻燃整理液中进行浸轧预整理;
步骤三,烘焙处理:将浸轧预整理后的羊毛纤维进行烘焙处理,得到阻燃整理羊毛纤维;
步骤四,成条处理:将步骤三中得到的阻燃整理羊毛采用成条机制备成羊毛条;
步骤五,氧化:以羊毛条重量为基准,同时在Kroy机中加入双氧水和1.8%英国史提芬逊公司的LISTRIL NGS润湿渗透剂,使步骤五中得到的羊毛条在Kroy机中8m/min匀速依次通过氧化溶液喷淋装置进行氧化,得到氧化处理后的羊毛条;双氧水的浓度为33wt%,所述双氧水的重量占原料羊毛条重量的3%,氧化时还加入了1.5%的消泡剂;
步骤六,复洗改性:将所述氧化处理后的羊毛条依次进入六个复洗槽,分别在第一槽中对所述氧化处理后的羊毛条脱氧、在第二槽中脱鳞、在第三、第四槽中漂洗、在第五槽中用3.5%聚酰胺树脂处理、在第六槽中软化;在第一槽中加入焦亚硫酸钠和碳酸钠对羊毛条脱氧,在第二槽中加入碳酸钠、片碱和小苏打调节pH值至9.8对羊毛条脱鳞,在第五槽先用纯碱调整pH值至8后再加入3.5%聚酰胺树脂处理,在第六槽中加入阳离子硅酮体柔软剂和冰醋酸;
步骤七,烘干:将所述复洗改性后的羊毛条烘干至毛条回潮率为8%,然后室温下放置50h得到所需羊毛条。
所述步骤一中的亲水处理剂包括如下配方量组分:双氧水4.5g/L、渗透剂0.45g/L和去离子水。
所述步骤一中的亲水处理的工艺条件为:温度48℃,超声震荡频率450次/min,超声时间19min。
所述步骤二中的阻燃整理液为硅磷杂化阻燃液。
所述步骤三中的烘焙处理的工艺条件为:真空条件下,先在68℃下预烘4.5min,再在118℃下焙烘9min。
实施例3
一种羊毛条制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,羊毛纤维亲水处理:将羊毛纤维置入亲水处理剂中,在超声震荡的作用下,浸泡预处理一段时间,然后水洗干净备用;
步骤二,浸轧预整理:将步骤一中得到的羊毛纤维浸渍于阻燃整理液中进行浸轧预整理;
步骤三,烘焙处理:将浸轧预整理后的羊毛纤维进行烘焙处理,得到阻燃整理羊毛纤维;
步骤四,成条处理:将步骤三中得到的阻燃整理羊毛采用成条机制备成羊毛条;
步骤五,氧化:以羊毛条重量为基准,同时在Kroy机中加入双氧水和1.5%英国史提芬逊公司的LISTRIL NGS润湿渗透剂,使步骤五中得到的羊毛条在Kroy机中7m/min匀速依次通过氧化溶液喷淋装置进行氧化,得到氧化处理后的羊毛条;双氧水的浓度为30wt%,所述双氧水的重量占原料羊毛条重量的2.5%,氧化时还加入了1%的消泡剂;
步骤六,复洗改性:将所述氧化处理后的羊毛条依次进入六个复洗槽,分别在第一槽中对所述氧化处理后的羊毛条脱氧、在第二槽中脱鳞、在第三、第四槽中漂洗、在第五槽中用3%聚酰胺树脂处理、在第六槽中软化;在第一槽中加入焦亚硫酸钠和碳酸钠对羊毛条脱氧,在第二槽中加入碳酸钠、片碱和小苏打调节pH值至9.7对羊毛条脱鳞,在第五槽先用纯碱调整pH值至7.9后再加入3%聚酰胺树脂处理,在第六槽中加入阳离子硅酮体柔软剂和冰醋酸;
步骤七,烘干:将所述复洗改性后的羊毛条烘干至毛条回潮率为6%,然后室温下放置48h得到所需羊毛条。
所述步骤一中的亲水处理剂包括如下配方量组分:双氧水4g/L、渗透剂0.4g/L和去离子水。
所述步骤一中的亲水处理的工艺条件为:温度45℃,超声震荡频率400次/min,超声时间18min。
所述步骤二中的阻燃整理液为硅磷杂化阻燃液。
所述步骤三中的烘焙处理的工艺条件为:真空条件下,先在65℃下预烘4min,再在115℃下焙烘7min。

Claims (5)
1.一种羊毛条制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一,羊毛纤维亲水处理:将羊毛纤维置入亲水处理剂中,在超声震荡的作用下,浸泡预处理一段时间,然后水洗干净备用;
步骤二,浸轧预整理:将步骤一中得到的羊毛纤维浸渍于阻燃整理液中进行浸轧预整理;
步骤三,烘焙处理:将浸轧预整理后的羊毛纤维进行烘焙处理,得到阻燃整理羊毛纤维;
步骤四,成条处理:将步骤三中得到的阻燃整理羊毛采用成条机制备成羊毛条;
步骤五,氧化:以羊毛条重量为基准,同时在Kroy机中加入双氧水和1.2-1.8%英国史提芬逊公司的LISTRIL NGS润湿渗透剂,使步骤五中得到的羊毛条在Kroy机中6-8m/min匀速依次通过氧化溶液喷淋装置进行氧化,得到氧化处理后的羊毛条;双氧水的浓度为27-33wt%,所述双氧水的重量占原料羊毛条重量的2-3%,氧化时还加入了0.5-1.5%的消泡剂;
步骤六,复洗改性:将所述氧化处理后的羊毛条依次进入六个复洗槽,分别在第一槽中对所述氧化处理后的羊毛条脱氧、在第二槽中脱鳞、在第三、第四槽中漂洗、在第五槽中用2.5-3.5%聚酰胺树脂处理、在第六槽中软化;在第一槽中加入焦亚硫酸钠和碳酸钠对羊毛条脱氧,在第二槽中加入碳酸钠、片碱和小苏打调节pH值至9.5-9.8对羊毛条脱鳞,在第五槽先用纯碱调整pH值至7.8-8后再加入2.5-3.5%聚酰胺树脂处理,在第六槽中加入阳离子硅酮体柔软剂和冰醋酸;
步骤七,烘干:将所述复洗改性后的羊毛条烘干至毛条回潮率为5-8%,然后室温下放置46-50h得到所需羊毛条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛条制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的亲水处理剂包括如下配方量组分:双氧水3-4.5g/L、渗透剂0.35-0.45g/L和去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛条制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的亲水处理的工艺条件为:温度42-48℃,超声震荡频率350-450次/min,超声时间16-19min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛条制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的阻燃整理液为硅磷杂化阻燃液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛条制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的烘焙处理的工艺条件为:真空条件下,先在62-68℃下预烘3.5-4.5min,再在112-118℃下焙烘6-9min。
