Preferably, the repurchase limit is set by the client according to a corresponding numerical value input by a user, or the repurchase limit is automatically set according to the consumption rate of the total laundry treatment agent of the same group of washing devices, or the repurchase limit is automatically set according to the residual washing times of the same group of washing devices.
Specifically, the control end is connected with the merchant server, and when the updated inventory of the laundry treatment agent in the family is insufficient, the merchant server is automatically triggered to generate an order for purchasing the laundry treatment agent, so that the family always has enough inventory, the problem that the family washing is influenced due to the fact that a user forgets to purchase a washing additive is avoided, and great convenience is brought to the life of people.
Preferably, the washing system automatically or previously receives an automatic purchase parameter set by a user, and the merchant server and the washing device/control terminal perform an automatic purchase process of the laundry treating agent according to the automatic purchase parameter.
In the above scheme, the user sets the purchasing parameters, and the washing system automatically executes the purchasing process according to the parameter information set by the user.
Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameter comprises a re-purchasing limit value, and when the inventory updated by the control end is lower than the re-purchasing limit value, the merchant server is triggered to generate the order;
or the re-purchasing limit value is a value automatically determined by the washing system according to the consumption speed of the clothes treating agent in the family.
In the above aspect, the washing system automatically determines the re-purchase limit according to the consumption rate of the laundry treating agent in the home, the re-purchase limit satisfying that the laundry treating agent in the home is sufficient and not used up until the laundry treating agent is mailed to the date of shipment after the laundry treating agent is purchased later.
Such as: the control end judges whether the inventory is lower than a set value Q, if so, the control end automatically purchases the clothes treating agent;
preferably, the set value Q is sufficient for a washing device to wash for N times;
in the above scheme, the setting value Q is satisfied enough for a washing apparatus to wash N times, which ensures that the household can also wash N times before the purchased laundry treating agent is mailed to the goods, thereby not affecting the normal life of the household.
Or the set value Q meets the condition that each washing device of the corresponding group can carry out N times of washing respectively;
in the scheme, the set value Q is enough for each washing device of the corresponding group to respectively execute N times of washing, so that the washing devices with different functions of the family can normally work before the purchased clothes treating agent is mailed to the goods, and partial washed clothes cannot be washed.

Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameters further comprise the category and brand parameters of the clothes treating agent, and the merchant server determines the category and brand of the clothes treating agent in the order according to the category and brand parameters.
In the scheme, the user presets the clothes treating agent to be purchased, and the merchant server determines the clothes treating agent product in the later order according to the selection of the user.
Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameters further comprise purchasing quantity parameters, and the washing system determines purchasing quantity information in the order according to the purchasing quantity parameters;
alternatively, the washing system analyzes a consumption rate of the laundry treating agent in the user's home, and determines purchase amount information according to the consumption rate.
In the above-described aspect, the washing system analyzes the consumption rate of the home laundry treating agent of the user, and the greater the consumption rate, the greater the purchase amount is determined.
Preferably, when the inventory reaches or is lower than the re-purchase limit value, the merchant server further detects whether the order which is not signed in exists in the family, if so, the order is not generated, and otherwise, the order is generated.
In the above-described aspect, when there is an order that has not been signed in, it is indicated that the user has purchased the laundry treating agent, and thus, there is no need to repeat the purchase.
Preferably, after detecting that the user signs the order, the control end further executes a process of updating the stock quantity: and the control end controls the inventory quantity updated last time to be added with the purchase quantity in the order to obtain the current inventory quantity of the family.
After the merchant server generates the order, the process of prompting the user to confirm the order is also included;
and the merchant server generates an order and then sends the order to the client, and the client receives the operation of confirming or canceling the order selected by the user.
The above scheme is an alternative, set for users of different habits, in which the user is also involved in the automatic purchasing activity.
Preferably, after the washing system sets the time length T, the order determined by the user is not received, and then the merchant server automatically cancels the order;
preferably, the duration T is from 12 to 36 hours.
In the above scheme, the user does not confirm the order for a long time, and the order is automatically cancelled in consideration of the user requirement.
Preferably, the washing device comprises an automatic putting device, the automatic putting device is provided with a storage box, and if the washing device continuously executes the washing program for M times under the condition that the clothes treating agent in the storage box is insufficient, the washing device automatically triggers the merchant server to generate an order for purchasing the clothes treating agent;
preferably, M is 2 to 5.
In the above-mentioned scheme, if the washing device continuously executes the washing program for M times in a state that the clothes treatment agent in the storage box is insufficient, it indicates that the household does not have the clothes treatment agent, so the order is directly and automatically generated and delivered to the user.
EXAMPLE seven
The seventh embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that each washing device in a household selects different laundry treatment agents, the control end updates the stock of the laundry treatment agents of the corresponding washing device according to the consumption of each washing device, and when the stock of a certain washing device is insufficient, the corresponding laundry treatment agents are automatically purchased.
In the above solution, a plurality of washing devices are provided in a household, and each washing device is used for washing different clothes, so that different washing agents are selected, such as: in a household, there are a washing device for washing adult clothes and a washing device for washing infant clothes, and the two washing devices use different laundry treatment agents, so that it is necessary to detect consumption amounts of the two washing devices, respectively, update stock amounts of the two washing devices, respectively, and purchase the laundry treatment agent for one washing device when the stock amount of the laundry treatment agent for the one washing device is insufficient.
Or in other application occasions, for example, a mechanism providing washing service is provided with a plurality of washing machines, a plurality of shoe washing machines and a plurality of sock washing machines, each device is washed by different clothes treating agents (different brands and types), the control end updates the stock of the clothes treating agents of the washing machines, the shoe washing machines and the sock washing machines respectively, the initial stock of the washing machine set, the shoe washing machine set and the sock washing machine set is set through the client end respectively, and the specific setting method refers to other embodiments.
Example eight
The present embodiment provides a washing system employing the control method of the above embodiment, including a control terminal for updating an inventory amount of home laundry treatment agent according to a consumption amount of laundry treatment agent, and a plurality of washing devices, each of which detects a consumption amount of a local laundry treatment agent. The control end can be a controller of the washing device or a control end which is arranged separately from the washing device.
In a preferred scheme, the control terminal is a household appliance server which is in communication connection with the washing device, and the household appliance server updates the stock quantity of the clothes treating agent and automatically connects with a merchant server to purchase the clothes treating agent when the stock quantity is insufficient.
Example nine
Referring to fig. 1, in a ninth embodiment, a washing system suitable for a home is provided, where the home includes two washing devices, and the two washing devices are respectively used for washing adult clothes and infant clothes, so that the two washing devices use different laundry treatment agents, when the washing system is adopted, a user downloads an APP client through a mobile phone first, sets information through a setting interface in an APP, first registers an APP account, then uses the APP account to bind the two washing devices respectively, and then the user sets initial stock information and purchase information of the two washing devices respectively, and a control end of the washing system is a home appliance server, and then in a later washing process, the following control steps are executed:
s1, uploading the information of the input amount of any washing device in a user family to a household appliance server when the washing device executes a washing program; the information of the put amount comprises the identity information of the washing device;
s2, the household appliance server judges the washing device which sends the information after receiving the input amount information;
s3, the household appliance server controls the stock of the washing device updated last time to subtract the putting amount of the washing device to obtain the current stock;
s4, the home appliance server judges whether the stock quantity of the clothes treating agent of the washing device is lower than a re-purchasing limit value, if so, the step S5 is carried out, otherwise, the control is finished;
s5, the merchant server generates an order for purchasing the clothing treating agent and prompts a user to confirm the order, if the user confirms the order, the step S6 is carried out, otherwise, the order is cancelled, and the control is finished;
and S6, after detecting that the user confirms to receive the goods, the control end controls and updates the inventory of the washing device.
Wherein the user views, confirms or cancels the order at the client.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A control method of a washing system, wherein the washing system comprises a control terminal and a plurality of washing devices, the control method comprising: each washing device respectively detects the consumption of the clothes treating agent of the washing machine, and the control end updates the stock of the clothes treating agent according to the consumption of each washing device;
the washing system comprises a client, wherein the client sets the initial stock of the laundry treatment agent according to corresponding information input by a user, and the initial stock comprises the residual amount of the laundry treatment agent stored in each washing device and the stock of the laundry treatment agent stored in a package; the control end updates the stock according to the initial stock and the consumption of each washing device;
the client can bind a plurality of washing devices, receives corresponding operation of a user, sets a plurality of washing devices as a group, and the control end updates the corresponding inventory of the group according to the consumption of each washing device in the group.
2. The control method of a washing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said updating the inventory amount of the laundry treating agent comprises: the control end respectively receives the consumption information sent by each washing device and controls the inventory quantity updated last time to subtract the consumption of each washing device so as to update the inventory quantity.
3. The control method of a washing system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the consumption information detected by the washing apparatus is a put amount of the washing apparatus, and the control end controls to subtract the put amount of each washing apparatus from the stock amount updated last time to update the stock amount.
4. The control method of a washing system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the consumption information detected by the washing machine is a replenishment amount of the laundry treatment agent to the washing machine, and the control terminal controls the inventory amount updated last time to be subtracted by the replenishment amount of each washing machine to update the inventory amount.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control end further determines whether the amount of the laundry treatment agent stored in each group of the washing machines is lower than a re-purchasing limit, and if so, automatically purchases the laundry treatment agent.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the re-purchasing limit is set by the client according to a value corresponding to a user input, or the re-purchasing limit is set automatically according to a consumption rate of the total laundry treatment agent of the same washing apparatus, or the re-purchasing limit is set automatically according to a remaining number of washing times of the same washing apparatus.
7. The control method of a washing system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the control terminal determines whether the stock level is lower than a set value Q, and if so, the control terminal automatically purchases the laundry treating agent;
the set value Q meets the requirement of a washing device for washing N times;
or the set value Q meets the condition that each washing device of the corresponding group can carry out N times of washing respectively;
wherein N is 1-3.
8. The control method of a washing system according to claim 1, wherein each washing device selects a different laundry treatment agent, the control terminal updates the inventory of the laundry treatment agent of the corresponding washing device according to the consumption of each washing device, and automatically purchases the corresponding laundry treatment agent when the inventory of a certain washing device is insufficient.
