With the continuous development of the washing machine industry, the functions of the washing machine are more and more, and as an indispensable household appliance in a household, the requirements of users on the functions, the washing quality, the intellectualization and the like of the washing machine are also higher and higher. Currently, many washing machines are controlled by an Application (APP) or other screen, for example: the washing machine has the functions of controlling the on-off of the washing machine, setting a washing program, inputting a clothes care agent, reserving washing and the like, and the functions are more powerful. However, the mode can only realize unidirectional control on the working state of the washing machine, and the interaction form is single.
For example, existing washing machines are also generally capable of determining only the dosage of the detergent or care agent currently stored in the washing machine, and when it is determined that the dosage of the detergent or care agent in the washing machine is small, the user is alerted to add the detergent or care agent. At this time, if the current detergent or care agent in the user's home is used up and the user needs to continue washing or care of the laundry, the user has to go to purchase the detergent or care agent or wait for distribution after online purchase.
Aiming at the problems, the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the application determines the current storage amount of the object to be monitored by acquiring the first addition amount of the object to be monitored, and then pushes the first information according to the first addition amount and the historical storage amount of the object to be monitored, so as to indicate the state to be processed of the object to be monitored through the first information, thereby detecting the state of the object to be monitored in the washing machine, and pushing the monitored result information to a user, so that the user can effectively manage the inventory of the object to be monitored according to the pushed information, and the intelligent management of the washing machine on external additives is further improved while the interaction mode of the washing machine and the user is enriched.
The method of trash can management can be described in detail in several specific implementations.
Fig. 1a is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of an information push method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1a, in an application scenario of the information pushing method provided in this embodiment, a display screen 110 and a code scanning device 120 are provided on a washing machine 100, and the washing machine 100 is in communication connection with a server 200 of a preset platform.
The code scanning device 120 on the washing machine 100 may be used to scan a barcode on an object to be monitored, for example, when the object to be monitored is a detergent, the code scanning device 120 may be used to scan a barcode on a detergent package, and when the object to be monitored is a care agent, the code scanning device 120 may be used to scan a barcode on a care agent package. For convenience of explanation, the laundry care agent may be selected as the object to be monitored, for illustration.
Fig. 1b is a schematic view of an application scenario of an information push method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1b, in an application scenario of the information pushing method provided in this embodiment, the terminal device 300 may be communicatively connected to the server 200 of the preset platform. The terminal device 300 may be, for example, a smart phone, and a camera of the smart phone may be used to scan a barcode on the care agent package.
Fig. 1c is a schematic view of an application scenario of an information push method according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1c, in an application scenario of the information pushing method provided in this embodiment, the washing machine 100 may be further connected to the terminal device 300 in a communication manner, where connection may be performed by a near field communication manner such as bluetooth, WIFI, zigbee, and the like. Then, the terminal device 300 is in communication connection with the server 200 of the preset platform through a network connection mode. The terminal device 300 may be, for example, a smart phone, and a camera of the smart phone may be used to scan a barcode on the care agent package.
By means of scanning the bar code, the common clothes care agent used by the user family can be identified and counted, the information such as the type, specification, concentration and product price of the common clothes care agent used by the user family is judged, and the type and price of the common clothes care agent used by the user family are analyzed according to the information.
When detecting/judging that the current storage amount of the clothes care agent currently used by the user family is less, the first information can be actively popped up at the screen end (the display screen of the washing machine and/or the display screen of the terminal equipment) to indicate that the current storage amount of the clothes care agent is insufficient, and purchasing is needed.
Second, in addition to the first information, the second information may be further popped up so that the user links to a sales interface of the same type of laundry care agent being sold in the server 200 of the preset platform through the second information. In addition, the key words of the clothes care agent can be displayed on the pushing interface of the second information so as to push the information such as the usage, the advantages and the formula of the clothes care agent.
In addition, third information, such as a red package link for popping up a purchase of the laundry care agent, may be pushed to provide the user with a red package for purchasing the corresponding laundry care agent.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an information pushing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the information pushing method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 101, obtaining a first adding amount of an object to be monitored.
Specifically, when an object to be monitored, for example, a laundry care agent, is added to the washing machine, the washing machine can determine the addition amount of the laundry care agent through the liquid level in the care agent accommodating bin. The liquid level difference between the liquid level before adding and the liquid level after adding can be automatically determined by a liquid level sensor or can be input after being determined by scales on the accommodating bin.
Step 102, determining the current storage quantity according to the first addition quantity and the historical stock quantity of the object to be monitored.
The washing machine or other terminal device may record the historical stock quantity of the laundry care agent, i.e., each time the laundry care agent is added to the washing machine after the initial stock quantity of the laundry care agent is input, the historical stock quantity may be updated after the addition quantity of the laundry care agent is obtained.
And after the last laundry care agent addition amount, that is, the first addition amount is obtained, the current storage amount may be determined according to the first addition amount and the historical stock amount of the object to be monitored.
Step 103, pushing the first information according to the current storage amount.
After determining the current storage amount, first information may be pushed according to the current storage amount, where the first information may be used to indicate a pending status of the object to be monitored. For the state to be treated, the laundry care agent can be in a state of sufficient storage, or in a state of replenishment of the storage.
In this embodiment, the first adding amount of the object to be monitored is obtained, then, the current storage amount of the object to be monitored is determined according to the first adding amount and the historical storage amount of the object to be monitored, and the first information is pushed according to the current storage amount to indicate the state of the object to be monitored to be processed through the first information, so that the state of the object to be monitored in the washing machine is detected, and the monitored result information is pushed to the user, so that the user can effectively manage the storage of the object to be monitored according to the pushed information, and the intelligent management of the washing machine on external additives is further improved while the interaction mode of the washing machine and the user is enriched.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating an information pushing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the information pushing method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 201, obtaining identification information of an object to be added.
In this embodiment, the barcode of the object to be added may be scanned by a barcode scanning device on the washing machine or a camera on the terminal device, so as to obtain the identification information of the object to be added, so that the type of the object to be added may be determined, for example, it may be determined that the object to be added is a laundry detergent or a laundry care agent. After determining the type of the object to be added, the corresponding inventory amounts are managed separately.
Step 202, determining the object to be added as the object to be monitored according to the identification information.
When the object to be added is determined to be the object to be monitored according to the identification information, for example, after the object to be added is determined to be the laundry care agent according to the identification information, the relevant processing state information of the laundry care agent can be pushed according to the relevant information of the laundry care agent by acquiring the relevant information (such as the adding amount and the historical stock amount) of the laundry care agent.
Step 203, obtaining a first addition amount of the object to be monitored.
Specifically, when the laundry care agent is added to the washing machine, the washing machine may determine the addition amount of the laundry care agent to be added through the liquid level in the care agent accommodating bin. The liquid level difference between the liquid level before adding and the liquid level after adding can be automatically determined by a liquid level sensor or can be input after being determined by scales on the accommodating bin.
Step 204, determining the current storage amount according to the first addition amount and the historical stock amount of the object to be monitored.
Step 205, pushing the first information according to the current storage amount.
After determining the current storage amount, first information may be pushed according to the current storage amount, where the first information may be used to indicate a pending status of the object to be monitored. For the state to be treated, the laundry care agent can be in a state of sufficient storage, or in a state of replenishment of the storage.
For example, historical washing data of the washing machine may be acquired, the historical washing data including historical consumption data of the object to be monitored. And then, determining the to-be-processed state of the object to be monitored according to the historical consumption data and the current storage amount, and pushing the first information according to the to-be-processed state. If the fact that the time for which the object to be monitored can be used continuously is smaller than the preset time is determined according to the historical consumption data and the current storage amount, the state to be processed is determined to be the state to be supplemented, and the state to be supplemented is used for prompting the stock quantity of the object to be monitored to be supplemented.
Specifically, the washing machine or the terminal device may record the washing frequency of the user, determine the number of times the stock quantity of the laundry care agent is still usable according to the washing frequency and the stock quantity information of the laundry care agent, determine the number of days the laundry care agent is still usable according to the washing frequency, and send a reminder for a preset time period (for example, within 5-10 days) before the current storage amount is used up, thereby reminding the user of purchasing the laundry care agent.
Step 206, pushing the second information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a second information push interface in the embodiment shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, if the to-be-processed state is the to-be-supplemented state, pushing the second information, where the second information is a purchase link corresponding to the to-be-monitored object, for example, may be a purchase link of the currently added laundry care solution.
And product information of the clothes care solution can be obtained, and whether the same clothes care solution exists in the preset platform or not can be judged according to the obtained product information. For example, whether the laundry care agent products currently sold on the preset platform have the same products can be searched according to the obtained information of product brands, types, price and the like.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an interface linked with the second information in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and as shown in fig. 5, if the same laundry care solution exists in the preset platform, the purchasing link is a link linked to the preset platform, so that the user is drained, and in a manner of recommending the second information, the laundry care agent product sold by the platform corresponding to the brand is promoted to the user purchasing the specific brand of washing machine, so as to increase sales of the laundry care agent.
If the same clothes care solution does not exist in the preset platform, similar products in the clothes care agent products sold at present in the preset platform can be searched according to the obtained information of brands, types, price and the like of the products, and keywords of the clothes care agent are pushed in an interface to briefly describe the advantages of the clothes care agent, so that a user is attracted to purchase the clothes care agent.
Step 207, pushing third information.
In addition, if the trigger instruction responding to the second information is not acquired within the preset duration, pushing third information, wherein the third information is used for updating price information in the page corresponding to the purchase link after triggering.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a third information push interface in the embodiment shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 6, the third information may be a red package link, by letting the user get a red package, and displaying a purchase link of the same product on an interface after getting the red package.
Based on the above embodiment, purchase order information of the object to be monitored (for example, the laundry care agent) may be obtained, and the stock quantity of the laundry care agent may be updated according to the number of the laundry care agent and the single dose in the purchase order. Specifically, the total dosage of the garment care agent in the order may be added to the inventory.
The logistics information in the order information can be obtained, whether the purchased clothing care agent is signed by the user or not can be determined according to the logistics information, and if the purchased clothing care agent is signed, the total dosage of the clothing care agent in the order is added to the stock quantity.
In addition, the expected time of arrival of the purchased clothes care agent can be determined according to the logistics information, if the expected time of arrival is smaller than the expected time of the clothes care agent which can be used, the total dosage of the clothes care agent in the order can be added into the stock quantity, and pushing of relevant information of the clothes care agent is stopped, so that the user experience is prevented from being reduced due to redundant pushing information.
