Preferably, the intelligent terminal comprises a scanner, and the scanner sequentially scans identification information on packages of the household clothes treating agents to obtain corresponding weight information and accumulates the weight information of the packages to obtain an initial stock of the household clothes treating agents.
In the scheme, the intelligent terminal can acquire detailed product information by identifying the bar code or the two-dimensional code on the package and extract the weight or volume information, so that a user does not need to manually input characters or numbers, and convenience is brought to the user.
Preferably, the intelligent terminal identifies that each package is identified, and an icon representing the corresponding clothes treatment dosage is correspondingly added on a display interface of a display device of the washing system;
preferably, after the intelligent terminal identifies the identification information on the package, the display device displays corresponding product information, wherein the product information comprises category information and/or capacity information and/or brand information.
Preferably, the washing system comprises a washing device with an automatic putting function, the washing device is provided with a storage box for storing the clothes treating agent, and the receiving of the initial stock of the household clothes treating agent set by the user further comprises the receiving of the residual amount of the clothes treating agent in the storage box set by the user;
preferably, the storage box is internally provided with scale marks for assisting a user in checking the residual quantity.
In the above-described aspect, the stock quantity of the home laundry treating agent can be accurately determined by setting the remaining amount in the storage box.
EXAMPLE seven
The seventh embodiment further discloses a subsequent control of the washing system to update the inventory amount of the laundry treating agent on the basis of the above-described embodiments.
For example, in order to prevent the user from being unaware of the shortage of the storage amount of the household clothes treating agent and affecting the household washing, when the washing system detects the shortage of the storage amount of the household clothes treating agent, the washing device/intelligent terminal gives an alarm to prompt the user, and the user can purchase the clothes treating agent in time to prevent the subsequent washing from being affected.
Example eight
In the eighth embodiment, considering that it takes time for the washing device to prompt the user to purchase the laundry treating agent, the intelligent terminal automatically purchases the laundry treating agent when the stock amount of the laundry treating agent in the home is insufficient in the present embodiment.
Specifically, the intelligent terminal is connected with the merchant server, and when the stock of the clothing treating agent in the family updated by the intelligent terminal is insufficient, the merchant server is automatically triggered to generate an order for purchasing the clothing treating agent, so that the family always has enough stock, the phenomenon that the family washing is influenced by the fact that a user forgets to purchase a washing additive is avoided, and great convenience is brought to the life of people.
Specifically, when the updated stock amount is insufficient, the merchant server is triggered to generate an order for purchasing the laundry treating agent.
In the scheme, when the household inventory is insufficient, the merchant server automatically produces an order for purchasing the clothing treating agent, the merchant terminal actively mails the clothing treating agent product to the user, and the user can participate or not participate in the process, so that great convenience is brought to the user.
Preferably, the washing system automatically or pre-receives an automatic purchase parameter set by a user, and the merchant server and the washing device/intelligent terminal perform an automatic purchase process of the laundry treating agent according to the automatic purchase parameter.
In the above scheme, the user sets the purchasing parameters, and the washing system automatically executes the purchasing process according to the parameter information set by the user.
Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameters include a re-purchasing limit value, and when the stock quantity updated by the intelligent terminal is lower than the re-purchasing limit value, the merchant server is triggered to generate the order;
or the re-purchasing limit value is a value automatically determined by the washing system according to the consumption speed of the clothes treating agent in the family.
In the above scheme, the washing system automatically determines the re-purchase limit according to the consumption speed of the laundry treating agent in the home, and the re-purchase limit satisfies that the laundry treating agent is enough to be not used up before the laundry treating agent is mailed to the delivery date after the laundry treating agent is purchased later.
Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameters further comprise the category and brand parameters of the clothes treating agent, and the merchant server determines the category and brand of the clothes treating agent in the order according to the category and brand parameters.
In the scheme, the user presets the clothes treating agent to be purchased, and the merchant server determines the clothes treating agent product in the later order according to the selection of the user.
Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameters further comprise purchasing quantity parameters, and the washing system determines purchasing quantity information in the order according to the purchasing quantity parameters;
alternatively, the washing system analyzes a consumption rate of the laundry treating agent in the user's home, and determines purchase amount information according to the consumption rate.
In the above-described aspect, the washing system analyzes the consumption rate of the home laundry treating agent of the user, and the greater the consumption rate, the greater the purchase amount is determined.
Preferably, when the inventory reaches or is lower than the re-purchase limit value, the merchant server further detects whether the order which is not signed in exists in the family, if so, the order is not generated, and otherwise, the order is generated.
In the above-described aspect, when there is an order that has not been signed in, it is indicated that the user has purchased the laundry treating agent, and thus, there is no need to repeat the purchase.
Preferably, after detecting that the user signs the order, the intelligent terminal further executes a process of updating the stock quantity: and the intelligent terminal controls the inventory quantity updated last time to be added with the purchase quantity in the order to obtain the current inventory quantity of the family.
Preferably, after the merchant server generates the order, the method further comprises a process of prompting the user to confirm the order;
preferably, the merchant server generates an order and sends the order to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal receives an operation of the user to confirm or cancel the order.
The above scheme is an alternative, set for users of different habits, in which the user is also involved in the automatic purchasing activity.
Preferably, after the washing system sets the time length T, the order determined by the user is not received, and then the merchant server automatically cancels the order;
preferably, the duration T is from 12 to 36 hours.
In the above scheme, the user does not confirm the order for a long time, and the order is automatically cancelled in consideration of the user demand.
Preferably, the washing device comprises an automatic feeding device, the automatic feeding device is provided with a storage box, and if the washing device continuously executes the washing program for N times under the condition that the clothes treating agent in the storage box is insufficient, the washing device automatically triggers the merchant server to generate an order for purchasing the clothes treating agent; preferably, the N is 2 to 5.
In the above scheme, if the washing device continuously executes the washing program for N times in a state that the clothes treatment agent in the storage box is insufficient, it indicates that the household does not have the clothes treatment agent, so the merchant server directly and automatically generates the order and delivers the order to the user.
Example nine
The ninth embodiment provides a preferable control method by combining the system architecture and the control method of the washing system in the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s1, starting a washing device, detecting whether the liquid level in a storage box is lower than a set liquid level (the position of a water-touching switch) by a liquid level state detection device, if so, entering a step S2, and if not, finishing the control;
s2, the washing device sends out a prompt signal of insufficient clothing treating agent;
s3, the intelligent terminal detects whether the prompt signal is eliminated, if so, the step S4 is carried out, otherwise, the step S3 is carried out;
s4, the intelligent terminal updates the stock of the household clothes treating agent;
s5, the intelligent terminal judges whether the stock quantity of the household clothes treating agent is lower than a re-purchasing limit value or not, if yes, the step S6 is carried out, and if not, the control is finished;
s6, the intelligent terminal triggers a merchant server to generate an order for purchasing the clothing treating agent, prompts a user to confirm the order, if the user confirms the order, the step S7 is carried out, otherwise, the order is cancelled, and the control is finished;
and S7, after the user is detected to confirm the receipt, the intelligent terminal controls and updates the stock of the household clothes treating agent.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A control method of a washing system, wherein the washing system comprises a washing device and an intelligent terminal, and the control method comprises the following steps: the washing device detects the consumption of the clothes treating agent or detects the supplement information of the clothes treating agent supplemented to the washing device by a user, the detection result is sent to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal updates the inventory of the household clothes treating agent according to the detection result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the washing device detecting the consumption of the laundry treatment agent comprises the washing device detecting a laundry treatment agent dosage; the washing device sends the detection result to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal subtracts the laundry treating agent input amount from the inventory updated last time to obtain the current inventory of the family;
the intelligent terminal receives an initial stock quantity of the household clothes treating agent set by a user in advance, and updates the stock quantity on the basis of the initial stock quantity.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the washing device has an automatic dispensing function, the laundry treatment agent dispensing amount of the washing device is sent to the intelligent terminal in each washing event, and the intelligent terminal subtracts the laundry treatment agent dispensing amount from the last updated inventory amount to obtain the current inventory amount after receiving the information sent by the washing device.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in any one of the washing events, the washing apparatus determines whether or not to connect to the intelligent terminal, and if so, transmits the laundry treatment agent input amount information in the washing event to the intelligent terminal, otherwise, stores the laundry treatment agent input amount information, and when detecting that the washing apparatus is in communication connection with the intelligent terminal, transmits the laundry treatment agent input amount to the intelligent terminal.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detecting information of the user's supply of the laundry treatment agent to the washing apparatus comprises: the washing device detects a supplement event of a user supplementing a laundry treating agent into the washing device; the amount of the clothes treating agent replenished by the user in each replenishing event is a fixed value, the washing device generates a replenishing signal after detecting the replenishing event and sends the replenishing signal to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal subtracts the fixed value from the last updated storage amount to obtain the current storage amount after receiving the replenishing signal.
6. A control method for a washing system according to claim 5, wherein the washing device comprises a storage box for storing the laundry treatment agent, a water-contact switch is disposed in the storage box, and the fixed value is obtained by subtracting the laundry treatment agent amount in the storage box corresponding to the position of the water-contact switch from the maximum capacity of the storage box;
preferably, when the water-contact switch is in a non-water-contact state, the washing device and/or the intelligent terminal prompts the user to replenish the laundry treating agent.
7. The control method of a washing system as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein when the water-contact switch is changed from a non-water-contact state to a water-contact state, the washing device generates the supplement signal and transmits the supplement signal to the intelligent terminal to update the inventory quantity of the laundry treatment agent in the home.
8. The control method of a washing system according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the washing device detects whether a storage box of the washing device is filled in a filling event, if so, a filling signal is sent to the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal updates the stock quantity, otherwise, an unfilled signal is sent to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal does not update the stock quantity when receiving the unfilled signal, and prompts a user to fill the storage box with the laundry treatment agent;
preferably, the intelligent terminal receives the input of the replenishment quantity information by the user when receiving the non-replenishment signal, and updates the inventory quantity according to the replenishment quantity information input by the user.
9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detecting information of the user's supply of the laundry treatment agent to the washing apparatus comprises: the washing device detects a supplement event of a user for supplementing a clothes treating agent into the washing device, generates a supplement signal and sends the supplement signal to the intelligent terminal; the intelligent terminal receives the supplement amount information input by the user in the supplement event, and calculates the inventory of the household clothes treating agent according to the supplement amount information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein after receiving the supplement signal, the intelligent terminal does not detect the user input supplement amount, and prompts the user that the inventory cannot be updated;
or if the intelligent terminal does not detect the input supplement amount of the user, automatically estimating the supplement amount and updating the stock; preferably, the estimated amount of the supplement is a set value.
