In the above scheme, when it is judged that an unknown laundry care agent is replenished, the management system needs to acquire laundry care agent information, establish a corresponding relationship between the laundry care agent information and a concentration value, where the concentration value is an identification characteristic of a corresponding laundry care agent, establish inventory information of the laundry care agent by the same management system, and update the inventory information according to the replenishing amount.
Preferably, after the washing device determines that the unknown laundry care agent is replenished, but the code scanning device does not recognize the laundry care agent information, the management system does not store the concentration value of the laundry care agent and does not create and update the inventory information of the laundry care agent.
When the user does not cooperate with the washing device to execute the scanning task, the management system judges that the user abandons the service of automatically updating the stock by the management system, so the information of the stock of the clothes care agents is not updated.
When a user fills the first clothes care agent into the washing device for a plurality of times continuously, the management system updates the stock quantity of the first clothes care agent, when the user fills the second clothes care agent into the washing device in the middle, the management system recognizes that the concentration value is inconsistent with the previous value, stops updating the stock quantity of the first clothes care agent, and starts updating the stock quantity of the second clothes care agent, when the user fills the first clothes care agent into the washing device again, the management system can determine that the first clothes care agent is used at this time according to the detected concentration value, and continuously updates the stock quantity of the first clothes care agent on the basis of the updated stock quantity of the first clothes care agent, or the management system reestablishes the stock quantity information of the first clothes care agent, and takes the scanned packaging total quantity or the stock quantity input by the user as an initial stock quantity, an inventory update is performed on the basis of the initial inventory.

In the seventh embodiment, a concentration detection device of the management system is introduced, the concentration detection device is used for detecting a concentration value of a laundry care agent supplemented into the washing device, the concentration detection device is arranged on the supplementing opening, and in the process of supplementing the laundry care agent into the washing device, the newly poured laundry care agent can flush residual laundry care agent in the storage box away from the detection device, so that the newly poured laundry care agent is full of the concentration detection device, and the concentration detection device can detect an accurate concentration value. And after the management system detects the concentration value, correlating the clothes care agent information scanned by the scanning device with the concentration value, and establishing a corresponding relation between the clothes care agent information and the concentration value. In this way, the concentration value is the identification characteristic of the laundry care agent, so that in the event of adding the laundry care agent into the washing device, the laundry care agent is not required to be identified by scanning, the corresponding laundry care agent is determined only by detecting the concentration value of the added laundry care agent, and the inventory quantity of the laundry care agent is updated.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a laundry care agent management system using the control method of the above embodiment, comprising a washing device, a scanning device, a detecting device and a controller.
The washing device has an automatic putting function and comprises a storage box, wherein the storage box is provided with a clothes care agent replenishing opening and is used for replenishing the clothes care agent into the storage box.
The scanning device can scan the product bar code on the clothes care agent package to acquire the information of the clothes care agent.
The detection device is used for detecting the supplement amount of the clothes care agent to the washing device; the detection device can be a liquid level meter arranged in the storage box, and can also be a flow meter arranged at the replenishing port.
The controller is configured to perform an inventory amount information updating operation on the identified laundry care agent according to the replenishment amount.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a laundry care agent management system including a washing apparatus having an automatic dispensing function, the control method comprising: the management system identifies the laundry care agent, detects the amount of the laundry care agent to be replenished into the washing apparatus, and updates the stock information of the corresponding laundry care agent according to the identification result and the amount of the replenishment.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the management system comprises a scanner, and the management system scans the product bar code on the package of the laundry care agent by the scanner to identify the laundry care agent, and updates the inventory information of the laundry care agent.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the management system scans the bar code of the product on the package of the clothing care agent for the first time to obtain the information of the clothing care agent, and then stores the information, and the identifying the clothing care agent comprises: in the event of adding the clothes care agent into the washing device, the management system scans and acquires the information of the clothes care agent and performs information matching with the stored information of each clothes care agent to determine the added clothes care agent.

The method as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the control system does not recognize the laundry care agent, but detects that the laundry care agent is replenished in the washing apparatus, controls the scanning apparatus to be turned on, recognizes the laundry care agent and updates the corresponding stock level.

The control method of a laundry care agent management system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the management system establishes inventory information of the corresponding laundry care agent when a product bar code on a laundry care agent package is scanned for the first time, and in a replenishment event of replenishing the laundry care agent into the washing apparatus, the management system recognizes the laundry care agent and updates the corresponding inventory information thereof;
the establishing of the inventory information comprises the steps that the scanning device scans a product bar code on the clothes care agent package to identify the clothes care agent information and the total package capacity, and the clothes care agent information and the total package capacity are correlated and stored.

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the event of replenishment, the scanning device scans and obtains the information of the laundry care agent, the management system determines whether the corresponding information of the laundry care agent is stored, if yes, the inventory information of the corresponding laundry care agent is updated according to the detected replenishment amount, otherwise, the inventory information of the corresponding laundry care agent is established and updated.

The control method of a laundry care agent management system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the management system updating the inventory information of the laundry care agent includes: the management system subtracts the current supplement amount of the clothing care agent from the inventory amount updated last time of the clothing care agent to obtain the residual amount of the clothing care agent.

The control method of a clothing conditioner management system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the washing device is provided with a detection device for detecting the amount of the clothing conditioner, and the management system detects the amount of the clothing conditioner added in each adding event through the detection device;
preferably, the washing device comprises a storage box for storing the clothes care agent, the storage box is provided with a supplement opening, and the detection device determines the supplement amount by detecting the flow of the clothes care agent at the supplement opening; or the detection device determines the supplement amount by detecting the liquid level height variation in the storage box.

The control method of a clothes conditioner management system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the management system judges whether the stock amount of the clothes conditioner is less than a set value, and if so, judges that the stock amount of the clothes conditioner is insufficient, and prompts a user to purchase or automatically purchase the corresponding clothes conditioner.
10. A clothes care agent management system is characterized by comprising a washing device, a scanning device, a detection device and a controller;
the scanning device is used for identifying the clothes care agent to be/supplemented into the washing device;
the detection device is used for detecting the supplement amount of the clothes care agent to the washing device;
the controller is configured to perform an inventory amount information updating operation on the identified laundry care agent according to the replenishment amount.
