Preferably, the input means sets an initial stock quantity in a manner of receiving user-edited volume and/or weight information of the laundry treatment agent, and the display means displays the initial stock quantity in a manner of icon number and/or icon ratio according to the volume and/or weight, the icon number and/or icon ratio being converted according to a numerical value input by a user.
In the scheme, the user inputs the volume or weight text and number information, the display device displays visual icon information, and the scheme is visual and has good user experience.
Or the display device displays the inventory amount in a mode of displaying the number of the icons and/or the proportion of the icons, the input device receives instructions of deleting, increasing and adjusting the proportion of the icons by a user, and the display device performs corresponding display adjustment according to the instructions received by the input device; preferably, each icon corresponds to a bottle/coating treatment agent that is in stock in the home.
The scheme is particularly suitable for users insensitive to numbers, the storage capacity can be represented by visual icons, and the user can directly edit the number of the icons and the proportion displayed on each icon to adjust the initial stock.
Preferably, a remaining amount setting field is displayed on a display interface of the display device, and the input device receives a user selection of an icon and further receives a remaining amount set in the remaining amount setting field by the user, wherein the remaining amount represents a remaining amount of the laundry treating agent in the corresponding package.
Preferably, the display device and the input device are touch screens, the allowance setting column on the display interface of the touch screen comprises a proportion icon and a position icon, the touch screen receives the position icon dragged by a user, and the surplus proportion of the corresponding packaged middle clothes treating agent is determined according to the end point position of the position icon.
In the above arrangement, the scale icon together with the position icon constitutes an icon scale representing the remaining proportion of laundry treatment agent in the package characterised by the respective icon.
Preferably, the washing system includes an automatic recognition device for automatically acquiring an initial inventory of the home laundry treating agent by recognizing the package of the laundry treating agent in the home.
Preferably, the automatic identification device comprises a scanner, and the scanner sequentially scans identification information on packages of the household clothes treating agents to obtain corresponding weight information, and accumulates the weight information of the packages to obtain an initial stock of the household clothes treating agents.
In the scheme, the automatic identification device identifies the bar code or the two-dimensional code on the package to obtain detailed product information and extracts weight or volume information, so that a user does not need to input characters or numbers manually, and convenience is brought to the user.
Preferably, the automatic identification means identify each time a package is identified, a corresponding icon representing the corresponding laundry treatment amount is added to the display interface of the display means of the washing system;
preferably, after the automatic identification device identifies the identification information on the package, the display device displays corresponding product information, wherein the product information comprises category information and/or capacity information and/or brand information.
Preferably, the washing system comprises a washing device with an automatic putting function, the washing device is provided with a storage box for storing the clothes treating agent, and the receiving of the initial stock of the household clothes treating agent set by the user further comprises the receiving of the residual amount of the clothes treating agent in the storage box set by the user;
preferably, the storage box is internally provided with scale marks for assisting a user in checking the residual amount.
In the above-described aspect, the stock quantity of the home laundry treating agent can be accurately determined by setting the remaining amount in the storage box.

The eighth embodiment further discloses the subsequent control of the washing system to update the stock quantity of the laundry treating agent on the basis of the above-described embodiment.
For example, in order to prevent the user from being unaware of the shortage of the storage amount of the household clothes treating agent and affecting the household washing, when the washing system detects the shortage of the storage amount of the household clothes treating agent, the washing device gives an alarm to prompt the user, so that the user can purchase the clothes treating agent in time and prevent the subsequent washing from being affected.

In the ninth embodiment, it is considered that it takes time for the user to prompt the user to purchase the laundry treating agent by the washing device, and therefore, in the present embodiment, the cloud server automatically purchases the laundry treating agent when the stock amount of the laundry treating agent in the home is insufficient.
Specifically, the cloud server is connected with the merchant server, and when the stock of the laundry treatment agent in the family updated by the cloud server is insufficient, the merchant server is automatically triggered to generate an order for purchasing the laundry treatment agent, so that the family always has enough stock, the problem that the family laundry is influenced due to the fact that a user forgets to purchase a washing additive is avoided, and great convenience is brought to life of people.
Specifically, when the updated stock amount is insufficient, the merchant server is triggered to generate an order for purchasing the laundry treating agent.
In the scheme, when the household inventory is insufficient, the merchant server automatically produces an order for purchasing the clothing treating agent, the merchant terminal actively mails the clothing treating agent product to the user, and the user can participate or not participate in the process, so that great convenience is brought to the user.
Preferably, the washing system automatically or in advance receives user-set automatic purchase parameters, and the merchant server and the washing device/cloud server execute an automatic purchase process of the laundry treatment agent according to the automatic purchase parameters.
In the above scheme, the user sets the purchasing parameters, and the washing system automatically executes the purchasing process according to the parameter information set by the user.
Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameters comprise a re-purchasing limit value, and when the inventory updated by the cloud server is lower than the re-purchasing limit value, the merchant server is triggered to generate the order;
or the re-purchasing limit value is a value automatically determined by the washing system according to the consumption speed of the clothes treating agent in the family.
In the above scheme, the washing system automatically determines the re-purchase limit according to the consumption speed of the laundry treating agent in the home, and the re-purchase limit satisfies that the laundry treating agent is enough to be not used up before the laundry treating agent is mailed to the delivery date after the laundry treating agent is purchased later.
Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameters further comprise the category and brand parameters of the clothes treating agent, and the merchant server determines the category and brand of the clothes treating agent in the order according to the category and brand parameters.
In the scheme, the user presets the clothes treating agent to be purchased, and the merchant server determines the clothes treating agent product in the later order according to the selection of the user.
Preferably, the automatic purchasing parameters further comprise purchasing quantity parameters, and the washing system determines purchasing quantity information in the order according to the purchasing quantity parameters;
alternatively, the washing system analyzes a consumption rate of the laundry treating agent in the user's home, and determines purchase amount information according to the consumption rate.
In the above-described aspect, the washing system analyzes a consumption rate of the home laundry treating agent of the user, and the greater the consumption rate, the greater the purchase amount is determined.
Preferably, when the inventory reaches or is lower than the re-purchase limit, the merchant server further detects whether the order which is not signed exists in the family, if so, the order is not generated, and otherwise, the order is generated.
In the above-described aspect, when there is an order that has not been signed in, it is indicated that the user has purchased the laundry treating agent, and thus, there is no need to repeat the purchase.
Preferably, after detecting that the user signs the order, the cloud server further executes a process of updating the stock quantity: and the cloud server controls the inventory updated last time and the purchase amount in the order to obtain the current inventory of the family.
Preferably, after the merchant server generates the order, the method further comprises a process of prompting the user to confirm the order;
preferably, the washing system further comprises an intelligent terminal, the merchant server generates an order and sends the order to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal receives an operation that the user selects to confirm or cancel the order.
The above scheme is an alternative, set for users of different habits, in which the user is also involved in the automatic purchasing activity.
Preferably, after the washing system sets the time length T, if the order determined by the user is not received, the merchant server automatically cancels the order;
preferably, the duration T is from 12 to 36 hours.
In the above scheme, the user does not confirm the order for a long time, and the order is automatically cancelled in consideration of the user demand.
Preferably, the washing device comprises an automatic feeding device, the automatic feeding device is provided with a storage box, and if the washing device continuously executes the washing program for N times under the condition that the clothes treating agent in the storage box is insufficient, the washing device automatically triggers the merchant server to generate an order for purchasing the clothes treating agent; preferably, the N is 2 to 5.
In the scheme, the washing device continuously executes the washing programs for N times under the condition that the clothes treating agent in the storage box is insufficient, so that the household does not have the clothes treating agent, and the merchant server directly and automatically generates an order and delivers the order to the user.
Example ten
In combination with the system architecture and the control method of the washing system in the above embodiments, the present embodiment provides a preferable control method, which includes the following steps:
s1, starting a washing device, detecting whether the liquid level in a storage box reaches a set liquid level (the position of a water-touching switch) by a liquid level state detection device, if so, entering a step S2, and if not, finishing the control;
s2, the washing device sends out a prompt signal of insufficient clothing treating agent;
s3, the cloud server detects whether the prompt signal is eliminated, if so, the step S4 is carried out, and if not, the step S3 is carried out;
s4, the cloud server updates the stock of the household clothes treating agent;
s5, the cloud server judges whether the stock of the household clothes treating agent is lower than a repurchase limit value, if so, the step S6 is carried out, otherwise, the control is finished;
s6, the cloud server triggers the merchant server to generate an order for purchasing the clothing treating agent, the washing system prompts a user to confirm the order, if the user confirms the order, the step S7 is carried out, otherwise, the order is cancelled, and the control is finished;
and S7, after the user is detected to confirm the receipt, the cloud server controls and updates the stock of the household clothes treating agent.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A control method of a washing system, wherein the washing system comprises a washing device and a cloud server, and the control method comprises the following steps: the washing device detects the supplement information of the clothes treating agent supplemented to the washing device by the user, and sends the detection result to the cloud server, and the cloud server updates the stock of the household clothes treating agent according to the detection result;
the detecting information of the user's supply of the laundry treating agent to the washing apparatus includes: the washing device detects a supplement event of a user supplementing a laundry treating agent into the washing device; the amount of the clothes treating agent replenished by the user in each replenishing event is a fixed value, the washing device generates a replenishing signal after detecting the replenishing event and sends the replenishing signal to the cloud server, and the cloud server subtracts the fixed value from the last updated storage amount to obtain the current storage amount after receiving the replenishing signal;
the washing device comprises a storage box for storing the clothes treating agent, a water contact switch is arranged in the storage box, and the fixed value is obtained by subtracting the clothes treating agent amount in the storage box corresponding to the position of the water contact switch from the maximum capacity of the storage box.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the washing machine accumulates total laundry treatment agent input amount of the washing machine between two consecutive replenishing events of the laundry treatment agent into the washing machine, and uploads an accumulated value to the cloud server, and the cloud server updates the stock amount of the home laundry treatment agent upon receiving the accumulated value.
3. The control method of a washing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the washing apparatus prompts the user to refill the storage box with the laundry treatment agent when the water-contact switch is in a non-water-contact state.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the washing apparatus generates the supplement signal and transmits the supplement signal to the cloud server to update the stock amount of the home laundry treatment agent when the water-contact switch is changed from the non-water-contact state to the water-contact state.
5. The method as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein if the water-contact switch is detected to be in a non-water-contact state in any washing event of the washing device, a signal indicating that the laundry treatment agent is insufficient is generated and sent to the cloud server; and after receiving the supplement signal, the cloud service further judges whether the times of continuously receiving the prompt signals of insufficient clothes treating agent are less than a set value M, if so, the amount of the clothes treating agent supplemented by the user is judged to be the fixed value, and otherwise, the amount of the clothes treating agent supplemented by the user is estimated to be the maximum storage amount of the storage box.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein M is 1-4.
7. A washing system, characterized in that a control method according to any one of claims 1-6 is used.
