Referring to fig. 3, after the user edits the stock quantity information, the stock quantity is displayed on the display interface of the intelligent terminal in a mode of combining icons and numbers; furthermore, referring to fig. 4, the display interface also has a category and brand display module for indicating the category and brand of the laundry treatment agent, such as softener and detergent, which are purchased again automatically, and a product selection key is displayed at the end of the display interface, referring to the brand setting key in fig. 4, after the user selects the setting key, the user connects to the merchant server, and browses the web page of the merchant server to select the desired laundry treatment agent category and corresponding brand.

In the above scheme, the automatic re-purchase system automatically determines the re-purchase limit value according to the consumption speed of the clothes treating agent in the household, and the re-purchase limit value meets the requirement that the clothes treating agent in the household is enough and cannot be used up before the clothes treating agent is mailed to the date of goods after being purchased.
Preferably, the repurchase information further comprises category and brand parameters of the laundry treatment agents, and the merchant server determines the category and brand of the laundry treatment agents in the order according to the category and brand parameters.
In the above scheme, the user sets the laundry treatment agent to be purchased in advance, and the merchant server determines the laundry treatment agent product in the later order according to the selection of the user.
Preferably, the re-purchase information further comprises a purchase quantity parameter, and the automatic re-purchase system determines the purchase quantity information in the order according to the purchase quantity parameter;
or the automatic repurchase system analyzes the consumption speed of the clothes treating agent in the user's home and determines the purchase amount information according to the consumption speed.
In the above scheme, the automatic repurchase system analyzes the consumption rate of the user's home laundry treatment agent, and the greater the consumption rate, the greater the determined purchase amount.
Furthermore, the automated repurchase system sets mailing information, including mailing address, contact, and the like, for the receiving user.
Preferably, when the stock quantity reaches or is lower than the re-purchase limit value, the merchant server also detects whether an order which is not accepted exists in the home, if yes, the order is not generated, and otherwise, the order is generated.
In the above scheme, when there is an order which is not received in the home, it is stated that the user has purchased the laundry treating agent, so that repeated purchase is not required.
Preferably, after detecting that the user has signed the order, the washing device/home appliance server further performs a process of updating the stock quantity: the washing device/home appliance server controls the current stock quantity of the home by adding the last updated stock quantity to the purchase quantity in the order.
Preferably, after the merchant server generates the order, the method further comprises a process for prompting the user to confirm the order;
preferably, the automatic re-purchase system further comprises an intelligent terminal, the merchant server generates an order and sends the order to the intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal receives the operation of confirming or canceling the order by the user.
The above-described solution is an alternative solution, set for users of different habits, in which the user is also involved in an automatic purchasing activity.
Preferably, after the automatic repurchase system sets the duration T, if the user does not receive the order, the merchant server automatically cancels the order;
preferably, the duration T is 12-36 hours.
In the above scheme, the user does not confirm the order for a long time, and the order is automatically canceled in consideration of the user's demand.
Preferably, the washing device comprises an automatic throwing device, wherein the automatic throwing device is provided with a storage box, and if the washing device continuously executes the washing program for N times in the state that the storage box is insufficient in laundry treatment agent, the washing device automatically triggers a merchant server to generate an order for purchasing the laundry treatment agent;
preferably, N is 2-5.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the washing device continuously executes the washing program for N times under the state of insufficient clothes treating agent in the storage box, and the household is indicated to have no clothes treating agent, so the order is directly and automatically generated and sent to the user.
Example eleven
The eleventh embodiment provides a preferred control method by combining the system architecture and the control method of the automatic repeat request system in the foregoing embodiment, including the following steps:
s1, starting a washing device, detecting whether the liquid level in a storage box reaches a set liquid level (the position of a water touch switch) by a liquid level state detection device, if so, entering a step S2, otherwise, ending the control;
s2, the washing device sends out a prompt signal of insufficient clothes treating agent;
s3, the home appliance server detects whether the prompt signal is eliminated, if so, the step S4 is carried out, and if not, the step S3 is carried out;
s4, the household appliance server updates the stock quantity of the household clothes treating agent;
s5, the home appliance server judges whether the stock quantity of the household clothes treating agent is lower than the repurchase limit value, if yes, the step S6 is entered, otherwise, the control is ended;
s6, the home appliance server triggers the merchant server to generate an order for purchasing the clothing treating agent, the automatic repurchase system prompts the user to confirm the order, if the user confirms the order, the step S7 is entered, otherwise, the order is cancelled, and the control is ended;
s7, after the user is detected to confirm the goods receiving, the household appliance server controls and updates the stock quantity of the household clothes treating agent.

Claims (13)

1. the automatic repurchase system comprises a washing device and a home appliance server, wherein the washing device detects a supplementing event of supplementing the clothes treating agent into the washing device by a user; the method comprises the steps that in each supplementing event, the quantity of clothes treating agent supplemented by a user is a fixed value, a washing device generates supplementing signals after detecting the supplementing event and sends the supplementing signals to a household appliance server, and after receiving the supplementing signals, the household appliance server subtracts the fixed value from the last updated stock quantity to obtain the current stock quantity;
the storage box is internally provided with a first water contact switch for detecting the insufficient state of the underwear treatment agent in the storage box, and further comprises a second water contact switch for detecting the full state of the underwear treatment agent in the storage box, when the first water contact switch is changed from the non-water contact state to the water contact state and the second water contact switch is in the non-water contact state, the washing device prompts a user to fill the storage box;
the washing device detects whether the storage box of the washing device is full in the filling event, if yes, the filling signal is sent to the home appliance server, the home appliance server updates the stock quantity, otherwise, the non-filling signal is sent to the home appliance server, and the home appliance server does not update the stock quantity when receiving the non-filling signal, and prompts a user to fill the storage box with the clothes treating agent.
2. The method for controlling an automatic repeat request system for home laundry treatment agents according to claim 1, wherein the automatic repeat request system comprises an intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal receives the repeat request information set/modified by the user, and the automatic repeat request system automatically purchases the laundry treatment agents according to the repeat request information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the repurchase information includes a repurchase limit value, the intelligent terminal receives the user edit setting of the repurchase limit value, and the automatic repurchase system automatically purchases the laundry treatment agent when detecting that the stock quantity of the home laundry treatment agent is lower than the repurchase limit value.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the repurchase information further comprises category and/or brand information of the laundry treatment agent, the intelligent terminal receives the category and/or brand information edited and set by the user, and the automatic repurchase system determines the laundry treatment agent to be purchased according to the information edited by the user.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the intelligent terminal receives a user-set purchase merchant, and the automatic repeat purchase system connects a corresponding merchant server to purchase the laundry treatment agent according to the user-set purchase merchant.
6. The method for controlling an automatic repeat request system for home laundry treatment agents according to claim 5, wherein the intelligent terminal automatically recommends the corresponding merchant according to the location information of the user.
7. The method for controlling an automatic repeat request system for home laundry treatment agents according to claim 6, wherein said intelligent terminal recommends a merchant supporting mailing to a user's receiving address.
8. The method for controlling an automatic repeat request system for home laundry treatment agents according to claim 7, wherein the intelligent terminal automatically recommends a merchant who can mail to goods at the fastest speed.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the intelligent terminal receiving user edit setting of the category and brand information comprises: the user logs in the merchant server through the intelligent terminal, and selects a specific clothing treating agent on a product display interface of the merchant server.

The method for controlling an automatic home laundry treating agent restocking system according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein when the automatic restocking system detects that the home laundry treating agent is insufficient, a purchase order is generated and sent to an intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal receives confirmation or cancellation or modification of the order from a user.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the order includes information about the type, brand, and quantity of the laundry treatment agent, and wherein the intelligent terminal receiving the user modifying the order includes the intelligent terminal receiving the information about the type, brand, and quantity of the laundry treatment agent.
12. The method for controlling an automatic repeat request system for home laundry treatment agents according to claim 10, wherein the intelligent terminal synchronizes corresponding logistics information on the display interface after the user confirms the order.
13. The method for controlling an automatic repeat request system for home laundry treatment agents according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the intelligent terminal of the automatic repeat request system further receives an initial stock quantity of the home laundry treatment agent set by a user, and the automatic repeat request system updates the stock quantity of the home based on the initial stock quantity and the detected consumption quantity of the home laundry treatment agent of the user.
