目前,市场上常见的牛津布一般质地较为厚实,牛津布的柔软性较差,亲肤性不好;对牛津布进行后整理时,整理效果差,面料整理不平整,在使用过程中缺陷较多。
因此,需要发明一种新的牛津布的整理工艺;使得牛津面料面料在进行整理工艺后,面料更加平整柔软,面料在使用过程中更加不易出现褶皱;面料的整理效果好,面料的使用寿命也加长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种牛津布染整工艺,其能够使得牛津面料面料在进行整理工艺后,面料更加平整柔软,面料在使用过程中更加不易出现褶皱;面料的整理效果好,面料的使用寿命也加长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种牛津布染整工艺,包括:
步骤一、备取牛津布;对牛津布进行均匀、透彻的给湿操作;对给湿后的牛津布进行打卷,将所述牛津布保湿放置两小时以上,直至水能均匀的渗透到纤维中;
步骤二、染色;对步骤一中的所述牛津布进行汽蒸处理,将所述牛津布放入特制的染缸中,向所述染缸中加入染色浆料,边加入边搅拌,直至混合均匀;将染缸进行低温加热,调节染色浆料的PH值至5.5~7的范围内;对所述染色浆料的温度升温到120~135℃,静置,对所述牛津布进行充分均匀的染色;
步骤三、将染色后的牛津布通过蒸汽箱进行汽蒸,对所述牛津布进行汽蒸的时间为12min,汽蒸的温度控制在100~150℃之间;对汽蒸好的所述牛津布进行水洗,水洗的温度为45℃;水洗的时间为2min;将水洗后的所述牛津布进行烘干处理;
步骤四、柔软整理;制备柔软整理液,将步骤三中水洗烘干后的所述牛津布在所述柔软整理液中进行两浸两轧,轧余率为70~80%;浸轧过程中,温度控制在30~50℃;将柔软整理后的所述牛津布进行热风拉幅,干燥烘培,对烘干后的所述牛津布在160~180℃的条件下烘培30~50S;
步骤五、对经过步骤四处理后的所述牛津布进行热缩整理;将压缩空气经过喷气管喷出,将水流吹成水雾,喷到织物的表面,使得织物获得均匀的给湿;在牛津布进入到预缩装置之前,使用短布铗拉幅装置,调整牛津布的幅宽;将所述牛津布放入到预缩装置中进行预缩整理,使得牛津布获得稳定的下机缩水率,使得牛津布的尺寸和形态更加稳定;
步骤六、对热缩整理后的牛津布进行干燥处理;将干燥后的所述牛津布卷、绕在挂架上,在温度为30℃~60℃的环境下将所述牛津布静置48小时,对面料进行固色,烘干和收纳。

实施例1
本发明公开了一种牛津布染整工艺,包括:

染色浆料按重量分数计,包括:聚丙二醇4份、二苯醚四酸二酐6份、三羟甲基丙烷8份、三羟甲基丙烷3份、氧铁红5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份,去离子水55份。
染色浆料的制备过程如下:将聚丙二醇与去离子水进行混合,搅拌均匀,得到溶液A;向溶液A中依次加入二苯醚四酸二酐、三羟甲基丙烷、氧铁红和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀并对溶液A进行升温,调节溶液A的PH值,将溶液A的PH值控制为5。
步骤三、将染色后的牛津布通过蒸汽箱进行汽蒸,对牛津布进行汽蒸的时间为12min,汽蒸的温度控制在140℃之间;对汽蒸好的牛津布进行水洗,水洗的温度为45℃;水洗的时间为2min;将水洗后的牛津布进行烘干处理。
步骤四、柔软整理;制备柔软整理液,将步骤三中水洗烘干后的牛津布在柔软整理液中进行两浸两轧,轧余率为80%;浸轧过程中,温度控制在40℃;将柔软整理后的牛津布进行热风拉幅,干燥烘培,对烘干后的牛津布在165℃的条件下烘培45S。
干燥烘培的操作过程包括:先对干燥室内的空气进行预热和干燥,然后将已预热且干燥的空气再加热升温后,注入进干燥桶中,脱除干燥桶内的干燥剂水分,将干燥且加热的空气通过增压模块输送至牛津布的表面。
步骤五、对经过步骤四处理后的牛津布进行热缩整理;将压缩空气经过喷气管喷出,将水流吹成水雾,喷到织物的表面,使得织物获得均匀的给湿;在牛津布进入到预缩装置之前,使用短布铗拉幅装置,调整牛津布的幅宽;将牛津布放入到预缩装置中进行预缩整理,使得牛津布获得稳定的下机缩水率,使得牛津布的尺寸和形态更加稳定。
步骤六、对热缩整理后的牛津布进行干燥处理;将干燥后的牛津布卷、绕在挂架上,在温度为60℃的环境下将牛津布静置48小时,对面料进行固色,烘干和收纳。

Claims (4)
1.一种牛津布染整工艺,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一、备取牛津布;对牛津布进行均匀、透彻的给湿操作;对给湿后的牛津布进行打卷,将所述牛津布保湿放置两小时以上,直至水能均匀的渗透到纤维中;
步骤二、染色;对步骤一中的所述牛津布进行汽蒸处理,将所述牛津布放入特制的染缸中,向所述染缸中加入染色浆料,边加入边搅拌,直至混合均匀;将染缸进行低温加热,调节染色浆料的PH值至5.5~7的范围内;对所述染色浆料的温度升温到120~135℃,静置,对所述牛津布进行充分均匀的染色;
步骤三、将染色后的牛津布通过蒸汽箱进行汽蒸,对所述牛津布进行汽蒸的时间为12min,汽蒸的温度控制在100~150℃之间;对汽蒸好的所述牛津布进行水洗,水洗的温度为45℃;水洗的时间为2min;将水洗后的所述牛津布进行烘干处理;
步骤四、柔软整理;制备柔软整理液,将步骤三中水洗烘干后的所述牛津布在所述柔软整理液中进行两浸两轧,轧余率为70~80%;浸轧过程中,温度控制在30~50℃;将柔软整理后的所述牛津布进行热风拉幅,干燥烘培,对烘干后的所述牛津布在160~180℃的条件下烘培30~50S;
步骤五、对经过步骤四处理后的所述牛津布进行热缩整理;将压缩空气经过喷气管喷出,将水流吹成水雾,喷到织物的表面,使得织物获得均匀的给湿;在牛津布进入到预缩装置之前,使用短布铗拉幅装置,调整牛津布的幅宽;将所述牛津布放入到预缩装置中进行预缩整理,使得牛津布获得稳定的下机缩水率,使得牛津布的尺寸和形态更加稳定;
步骤六、对热缩整理后的牛津布进行干燥处理;将干燥后的所述牛津布卷、绕在挂架上,在温度为30℃~60℃的环境下将所述牛津布静置48小时,对面料进行固色,烘干和收纳。
2.如权利要求1所述的牛津布染整工艺,其特征在于,步骤二中的所述染色浆料按重量分数计,包括:聚丙二醇3~5份、二苯醚四酸二酐5~10份、三羟甲基丙烷1~10份、三羟甲基丙烷0.5~5份、氧铁红4~7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8~15份,去离子水10~55份。
3.如权利要求2所述的牛津布染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤二中的所述染色浆料的制备过程如下:将所述聚丙二醇与所述去离子水进行混合,搅拌均匀,得到溶液A;向所述溶液A中依次加入二苯醚四酸二酐、三羟甲基丙烷、氧铁红和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀并对所述溶液A进行升温,调节溶液A的PH值,将溶液A的PH值控制在2.5~5.5范围内。
4.如权利要求3所述的牛津布染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,干燥烘培的操作过程包括:先对干燥室内的空气进行预热和干燥,然后将已预热且干燥的空气再加热升温后,注入进干燥桶中,脱除干燥桶内的干燥剂水分,将干燥且加热的空气通过增压模块输送至牛津布的表面。
