本发明公开了一种棉织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1)前处理:将棉织物在烧毛机上烧毛并在落布车上堆置,然后将堆置好的棉织物进气流机进一步处理,最后降温、水洗;步骤2)丝光:采用丝光剂对涤棉织物进行浸轧,烘筒烘充分去氨,再在室温下晾干;步骤3)染色:丝光后的面料进入染池中进行浸轧染液,浸轧后红外线预烘,再焙烘,冷温水洗;步骤4)后处理,皂洗去除多余染料;步骤4)柔软整理;步骤5)热定型。本发明染整方法生产流程短,工艺简单,易于操作,实用性强,棉织物透气性强,柔软性好,采用液氨丝光处理剂对环境污染小,减少废液的排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,具体涉及的是一种棉织物的染整工艺。
背景技术
纯棉面料是以棉花为原料,经纺织工艺生产的面料,具有吸湿、保湿、耐热、耐碱、卫生等特点,是一种高档服装面料。染整工艺就是对纺织材料(纤维、纱线和织物)进行以化学处理为主的工艺过程。纯棉面料的染整工艺包括织物缝头-烧毛-煮练-清洗-丝光-水洗-酸中和-染色-烘干-柔软整理-定型-成品检验-包装,该染整工艺复杂,且经过丝光处理后的面料具有光泽度佳、挺阔性高、保型性好等优点,但同时使面料粗糙、板硬,服用性能下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种棉织物的染整工艺,工序简单,对环境污染小。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
 一种棉织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
 步骤1)前处理:将棉织物在烧毛机上烧毛并在落布车上堆置,然后将堆置好的棉织物进气流机进一步处理,最后降温、水洗;
步骤2)丝光:采用丝光剂对涤棉织物进行浸轧,烘筒烘充分去氨,再在室温下晾干;
步骤3)染色:丝光后的面料进入染池中进行浸轧染液,浸轧后红外线预烘95-120℃,再焙烘200℃~215℃,3-6分钟,冷水洗两格,30-35℃温水洗两格;
步骤4)后处理,95-115℃皂洗四格,对吸附在纤维上未与纤维结合的染料进行洗涤去除,30-40℃温水洗两格,冷水洗一格,烘干;
步骤4)柔软整理:加入亲水性柔软剂对织物进行柔软处理;
步骤5)热定型:用定型机对织物进行定型。
作为优化的,所述步骤2中的丝光剂为液氨。
作为优化的,所述步骤3中红外线预烘的温度在100-110℃。
作为优化的,所述所述步骤3的培烘温度为205-210℃,培烘时间为4-5分钟。
作为优化的,所述步骤4的皂洗温度为100-110℃。
作为优化的,所述亲水性柔软剂为聚醚氨基改性硅油。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明染整方法生产流程短,工艺简单,易于操作,实用性强,棉织物透气性强,柔软性好,采用液氨丝光处理剂对环境污染小,减少废液的排放。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种棉织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)前处理:将棉织物在烧毛机上烧毛并在落布车上堆置,然后将堆置好的棉织物进气流机进一步处理,最后降温、水洗;
步骤2)丝光:采用液氨对涤棉织物进行浸轧,烘筒烘充分去氨,再在室温下晾干;
步骤3)染色:丝光后的面料进入染池中进行浸轧染液,浸轧后红外线预烘95℃,再焙烘200℃℃,3分钟,冷水洗两格,30℃温水洗两格;
步骤4)后处理,95℃皂洗四格,对吸附在纤维上未与纤维结合的染料进行洗涤去除,30℃温水洗两格,冷水洗一格,烘干;
步骤4)柔软整理:加入聚醚氨基改性硅油对织物进行柔软处理;
步骤5)热定型:用定型机对织物进行定型。
实施例2
 一种棉织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
 步骤1)前处理:将棉织物在烧毛机上烧毛并在落布车上堆置,然后将堆置好的棉织物进气流机进一步处理,最后降温、水洗;
步骤2)丝光:采用液氨对涤棉织物进行浸轧,烘筒烘充分去氨,再在室温下晾干;
步骤3)染色:丝光后的面料进入染池中进行浸轧染液,浸轧后红外线预烘105℃,再焙烘210℃,4分钟,冷水洗两格,32℃温水洗两格;
步骤4)后处理,105℃皂洗四格,对吸附在纤维上未与纤维结合的染料进行洗涤去除,35℃温水洗两格,冷水洗一格,烘干;
步骤4)柔软整理:加入聚醚氨基改性硅油对织物进行柔软处理;
步骤5)热定型:用定型机对织物进行定型。
实施例3
 一种棉织物的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
 步骤1)前处理:将棉织物在烧毛机上烧毛并在落布车上堆置,然后将堆置好的棉织物进气流机进一步处理,最后降温、水洗;
步骤2)丝光:采用液氨对涤棉织物进行浸轧,烘筒烘充分去氨,再在室温下晾干;
步骤3)染色:丝光后的面料进入染池中进行浸轧染液,浸轧后红外线预烘120℃,再焙烘215℃,6分钟,冷水洗两格,35℃温水洗两格;
步骤4)后处理,115℃皂洗四格,对吸附在纤维上未与纤维结合的染料进行洗涤去除,40℃温水洗两格,冷水洗一格,烘干;
步骤4)柔软整理:加入聚醚氨基改性硅油对织物进行柔软处理;
步骤5)热定型:用定型机对织物进行定型。

1.一种棉织物的染整工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
 步骤1)前处理:将棉织物在烧毛机上烧毛并在落布车上堆置,然后将堆置好的棉织物进气流机进一步处理,最后降温、水洗;
步骤2)丝光:采用丝光剂对涤棉织物进行浸轧,烘筒烘充分去氨,再在室温下晾干;
步骤3)染色:丝光后的面料进入染池中进行浸轧染液,浸轧后红外线预烘95-120℃,再焙烘200℃~215℃,3-6分钟,冷水洗两格,30-35℃温水洗两格;
步骤4)后处理,95-115℃皂洗四格,对吸附在纤维上未与纤维结合的染料进行洗涤去除,30-40℃温水洗两格,冷水洗一格,烘干;
步骤4)柔软整理:加入亲水性柔软剂对织物进行柔软处理;
步骤5)热定型:用定型机对织物进行定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2中的丝光剂为液氨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3中红外线预烘的温度在100-110℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:所述所述步骤3的培烘温度为205-210℃,培烘时间为4-5分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4的皂洗温度为100-110℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物的染整工艺,其特征在于:所述亲水性柔软剂为聚醚氨基改性硅油。
