Background
With the increasing urban population, the problem of urban sewage treatment is becoming more and more important nowadays. The terminal sludge treated by the sewage treatment plant in the city contains rich organic matters, can play a certain role in improving the fertility of soil, but has poor water retention capacity and serious standard exceeding of heavy metal content, and is not suitable for the growth of plants if directly used as a slope protection substrate. Therefore, a method for improving municipal sludge is needed at present, so that the municipal sludge becomes an available novel sludge improvement substrate, slope protection plants can grow well, and the purposes of environmental protection, economy and waste recycle are achieved.
On the other hand, with the continuous development of the building and traffic industries in recent years, more and more slope projects emerge, and the work of slope safety protection is more and more important. The traditional slope protection mode adopts concrete panel support, not only causes more or less damage to the original slope, but also has no good landscape and ecological benefits. Compared with the prior art, the ecological slope protection is characterized in that the slope is reinforced through the plant root system, so that a good supporting effect can be achieved, and landscape property, ecological property and economical efficiency are considered, so that the ecological slope protection is widely regarded as important. The selection of the base material occupies an important position in ecological slope protection, and the conventional base material mostly adopts special high-quality planting soil at present, so that the manufacturing cost is higher, and the strength is relatively insufficient. Therefore, a novel substrate which can reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the soil body strength is needed at present, and the ecological slope protection supporting mode is guaranteed to play a better reinforcing effect on the slope.

cement: 40-100 parts;
mycorrhiza: 4-10 parts;
water-retaining agent: 4-12 parts;
adhesive: 2-6 parts;
compound fertilizer: 2-10 parts;
microbial starter: 40-60 parts.
A preparation method of a sludge improved substrate for slope greening comprises the following steps:
A. weighing the components according to the proportion of the components of the base material;
B. mixing raw loess taken from a local mountain area, terminal sludge treated by a sewage treatment plant, peat soil, rice hull fiber, a water-retaining agent, an adhesive and cement uniformly in proportion to form a mixture;
C. b, adding water to the compound fertilizer for dissolving, and adding the compound fertilizer into the mixture obtained in the step B in proportion;
D. c, uniformly spraying a microbial fermentation agent into the mixture formed in the step C;
E. d, sowing a layer of mycorrhiza on the surface layer of the mixture formed in the step D;
F. and E, fully sprinkling water on the mixture formed in the step E, and curing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention improves the sludge into usable slope greening base material, thereby realizing the improvement of environment and changing waste into valuable.
2. As most of the base materials used in the invention are from sludge, loess in local mountainous areas and common peat soil, compared with special planting soil, the cost is greatly reduced.
3. Because the cement is added in the invention, the anti-scouring and shearing strength of the base material is increased.
4. The rice hull fiber is added in the invention, so that the soil is loosened, a large amount of trace elements are contained, and the rice hull fiber can better help the growth of plants through fermentation, thereby providing a good growth environment for the plants.
5. Because the microbial leavening agent is added in the invention, a large amount of beneficial substances which are easy to be absorbed by plants can be generated, and the healthy growth of the plants is realized.
6. Because the mycorrhiza is added in the invention, the absorption and transformation capability of the plant to water, inorganic salt and the like is enhanced, and the plant can grow faster.
7. The invention is suitable for the purpose of planting common slope protection plants in various component ratios, including planting amorpha fruticosa, acacia, blue grass, tall fescue, alfalfa, perennial rye and the like.
8. The base material is prepared according to the proportion and the sequence, so the preparation method is simple and easy.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail by combining specific test examples.
The invention obtains the best base material proportion by adopting a preliminary test and a progressive test on the basis, and the specific base material preparation method comprises the following steps:
preliminary test group:
the specific process is as follows: mixing sludge, peat soil, rice hull fiber, cement, mycorrhiza, a water-retaining agent, an adhesive, a compound fertilizer, a microbial starter and part of loess sampled from a local side slope according to a certain proportion and sequence, and uniformly mixing; 0.1g of tall fescue seeds and about 100 seeds are uniformly sowed on the surface layer of the mixed soil, so that data measurement in the future is facilitated; watering to fully wet the soil layer so as to ensure that the growing environment of the seeds is proper; maintaining by referring to related garden specifications and local planting experiences to the greatest extent so as to ensure that the environment is appropriate and close to the natural environment; and (4) regularly measuring relevant data (germination rate, height, coverage rate and the like) of plant growth according to relevant specifications, and comprehensively analyzing and evaluating to obtain a better base material ratio.
Progressive experimental group:
and performing progressive tests on the basis of obtaining the optimal base material ratio in the preliminary test group so as to more accurately determine the optimal base material ratio. The specific process is as follows: firstly, paving a layer of rock soil of the original ecological side slope on the lower layer in a customized container (a specific flowerpot: 42.5cm in length, 18.5cm in width and 13cm in height) and tamping to achieve the purpose of simulating the original soil body of the side slope; mixing sludge, undisturbed loess, peat soil, rice hull fiber, cement, mycorrhiza, a water-retaining agent, an adhesive, a compound fertilizer and a microbial fermentation agent according to a certain proportion and sequence, fully mixing and uniformly spreading on the rock soil; 0.1g of tall fescue seeds with about 100 seeds are uniformly sown on the surface layer of the soil body, so that data measurement in the future is facilitated; watering to fully moisten the soil layer so as to ensure that the growth environment of the seeds is proper; maintaining by referring to related garden specifications and local planting experiences to achieve a proper environment close to the natural environment; and (3) regularly measuring relevant data (germination rate, height, coverage rate and the like) of plant growth and relevant parameters (shear strength, water content, soil stress and the like) of soil according to relevant specifications, and comprehensively analyzing and evaluating to obtain the optimal base material ratio.
Pure sludge control group:
seeds are sown in the sludge without any component, a control group is introduced, the effect is observed, and finally the seeds in the sludge with the corresponding component grow well, and the seeds are difficult to survive in the control group, so the substrate can improve the sludge.
Researches find that the influence of the rice hull fiber content, the cement content and mycorrhiza on the properties of the base material is very important. Too much rice hull fiber can cause the base material to be too fluffy and have smaller shear strength, and too little rice hull fiber can cause the effect of improving the base material soil to be insufficient; the excessive cement content can cause plant growth damage, low germination rate or withering after germination; the mycorrhiza plays an important role in later-stage plant growth, and compared with aseptic roots with the same proportion of base materials, the later-stage growth vigor of the mycorrhiza is obviously better.
