Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating postpartum abdominal pain of dairy cows and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of veterinary medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating postpartum abdominal pain of dairy cows and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Postpartum abdominal pain is one of the more common diseases of dairy cows in clinic, and is mostly caused within 1-3 days after delivery, and symptoms such as anorexia, rumination stoppage, intolerance of cold, cold ears, noses, limbs, arch waist, abdomen kicking, effort and responsibility, restlessness in lying and standing, vaginal discharge secretion or blood stasis and the like are clinically diagnosed. For newly born cows, the two challenges of physiological function recovery and postpartum lactation are faced, and if the cows are not suitable for treatment, postpartum abdominal pain inevitably affects postpartum health recovery and optimal production performance of the cows, so that pasture income is affected. With the increasing welfare awareness of pasture initiatives and the pursuit of the best production benefits, the management of postpartum pain is taken as an important item of postpartum health care by the dairy farms.
At present, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as flunixin meglumine, meloxicam and other drugs, are mostly adopted clinically to manage postpartum pain of cows. Flunixin meglumine is not selective or has low selectivity on cyclooxygenase, so that serious side effects such as gastrointestinal reaction of different degrees, even intestinal hemorrhage, high irritation and the like are caused. Secondly, meloxicam can also cause many adverse reactions such as dyspepsia, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence and diarrhea. Therefore, flunixin meglumine and meloxicam are frequently used in clinic as medicines for managing postpartum pain, but the effect on postpartum abdominal pain of cows is not ideal, and even gastrointestinal reaction negative effect can be caused. Meanwhile, the etiology of postpartum abdominal pain is complicated and uncertain. Therefore, the development of pharmaceutical preparations for postpartum abdominal pain is one of the important tasks required for management of postpartum pain in dairy cows. The traditional Chinese veterinary medicine for treating postpartum abdominal pain has rich syndrome treatment experience, and research data shows that the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine for treating postpartum abdominal pain of dairy cows is exact, and the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine meets the requirements of healthy and green breeding medicines in modern dairy industry.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition of the invention has influence on the health condition of the tested dairy cow within 30 days after delivery
The clinical effects of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the control drug of the embodiment and the comparative example of the invention on treating postpartum abdominal pain of dairy cows are shown in table 2. Compared with the control group, the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the embodiment and the comparative example of the invention has the advantages of reduced elimination rate, mastitis incidence and metritis incidence, increased milk yield and very obvious difference (p<0.01) of the composition of the present invention and the comparative examples, but there was no significant difference between the compositions of the present invention and the comparative examples: (p>0.05). It can be seen from the experimental data that the elimination rate and endometritis incidence rate of the cows in each test group of examples 1-3 are lower than those in comparative example 1, but the statistical difference is not achieved, and the incidence rate and milk yield of mastitis in the test group of comparative example 1 are equivalent to those in examples 1-3. The results show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can effectively improve the postpartum health level of tested flocks and increase the milk yield, and the addition of amethyst and lily has certain improvement effect on the postpartum culling rate and the incidence of endometritis of the dairy cows.
