Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a scalp sunscreen composition.
Background
Sunlight is an electromagnetic wave, and is classified into gamma rays, x-rays, ultraviolet rays, visible light, and the like according to energy or wavelength. The wavelength range of the ultraviolet light is 200-400nm, and the ultraviolet light can be further divided into UVC (200-280nm), UVB (280-320nm) and UVA (320-400nm), the short-wave UVC and high-energy radiation are basically absorbed by the atmosphere, and the UVA and the UVB can reach the ground surface. Statistically, 6% of the ultraviolet rays can reach the ground surface, and although most of the ultraviolet rays are absorbed or scattered by the atmosphere, certain damage is still caused to the human body. For example, UVB is high in energy and can penetrate through epidermis to reach dermis, so that melanin is deposited, and symptoms such as erythema and sunburn can be caused.
The scalp is thinner than the skin of the face and body, and uv light penetrates into the scalp more easily, and although the hair blocks a portion of the uv light, it does not provide complete protection, particularly for persons with thin hair, bald heads, long-term exposure to solar radiation or in particular regions (e.g., tibetan, shangrira, lijiang). UV can directly affect the function of scalp epidermal cells, damaging them. UV also directly affects the growth and circulation of hair, causing apoptosis of hair follicle-associated cells and inducing a complex series of regulatory processes in the hair follicle. Human scalp hair follicles in anagen phase at UVB (20/50mJ cm)-2) The hair follicle can be irradiated to cause the phenomena of slow growth of hair tips, more rapid growth of a retrogression phase, reduction of keratinocyte proliferation and the like, and black hair in the hair folliclesPigmentation, damage to DNA. UV radiation also has a toxic effect on scalp cells, and high or low doses of UVA + UVB radiation induce oxidative damage to DNA and toxic effects on cells in hair follicles. In addition, UV radiation decreases cell proliferation ability, promotes apoptosis of hair follicle outer root sheath cells and hair keratinocytes, influences expression of hair follicle growth factors, and induces degranulation of mast cells around hair follicles.
Therefore, the scalp also needs to be sun-protected, and based on the relatively fragile characteristic of the scalp, the invention adopts the fermented sun-protecting components from plants to be combined with the organic and inorganic sun-protecting components, so that the scalp can be nourished on the basis of sun protection. The invention is suitable for people with serious hair thinning and bald heads.

Drawings
FIG. 1 is a wavelength-transmittance curve of a sample of fermented sunscreen composition scanned by 200-400nm wavelength UV light. According to related researches, the fermented sunscreen ingredients have absorption capacity to UVC and UVB ultraviolet rays, and can help to protect the scalp and reduce the damage of the ultraviolet rays.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples.
The characteristics and the cautions of the components selected by the invention are described and explained in detail.
The fermentation sunscreen component of the invention is a composite fermentation product of houttuynia cordata, perilla frutescens leaves and tea leaves. The herba Houttuyniae has strong antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects, and decanoyl acetaldehyde is one of its main ingredients, and has inhibiting effect on Malassezia and Staphylococcus. Perilla frutescens contains abundant minerals, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, nicotinic acid and other nutrients, and phytochemicals for activating hair follicle cells. The combination with herba Houttuyniae helps to relieve alopecia. The tea contains polyphenol, caffeine, amino acid and other substances, and is matched with herba Houttuyniae and common Perilla for triple antioxidation, anti-inflammation and DHT resistance, so as to protect scalp better.
Metal oxides are capable of absorbing radiation corresponding to their band gap energy. The band gap energy corresponding to ultraviolet light 200-400nm is 6.2-3.1eV, UVA is 3.8-3.1eV, and UVB is 6.2-3.9 eV. Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, due to their high refractive index, refract and scatter ultraviolet light, and in addition, their band gap energy is 3.2eV, which absorbs UVA, and mixing with iron oxide can adjust the band gap energy so that the mixture absorbs blue light of UVA and visible light, which also penetrates into the scalp. When the toner particle size is half the wavelength of light, the scattering effect is optimal, so that the toner particle size is ideally 100-200 nm. Therefore, the invention selects the toner of the combination of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and ferric oxide.
The caffeine exists in coffee and tea naturally, has good percutaneous permeability, has the effects of removing free radicals, reducing damage of ultraviolet rays to scalp cells and scalp hair follicles and promoting skin blood circulation, and also has the effect of inhibiting the activity of 5- α -reductase to promote hair growth.
The polygonum multiflorum extract is well known to have the effects of nourishing and moistening hair.
The silk amino acids are hydrolysate of natural silk protein, contain more than ten kinds of amino acids, have small molecular weight and strong permeability, and have moisture keeping effect on hair and scalp.
Brief description of the manufacturing process: 528.5g of water, 30.0g of 1.3-butanediol, 30.0g of glycerol, 60.0g of ethanol, 0.5g of EDTA-2Na, 40.0g of fermented sunscreen ingredients, 5.0g of sodium hyaluronate, 30.0g of caffeine inclusion, 1.0g of polygonum multiflorum extract and 10.0g of silk amino acids are used as an aqueous phase A, the aqueous phase A is heated to 80 ℃, and titanium dioxide and 50.0g of toner are dispersed in the aqueous phase; 30.0g of squalane, 50.0g of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 50.0g of PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, 4.0g of quaternary ammonium salt-18 hectorite, 35.0g of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer, 15.0g of preservative, 30.0g of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane as oil phase B, and oil phase B was simultaneously heated to 80 ℃.
