技术领域
本发明涉及手机充电线充电头技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种手机充电线充电头的制造工艺。
背景技术
目前,市面上的普通的充电线头基本都是采用分离式设计,并不是一体成型的,这样就导致充电头长期使用插拔、折叠,插头部位和连接线的部位很容易松动,引起接触不良、断线、短路等故障,后果严重的可能会引起火灾、损坏充电设备等,非常的不安全,不耐用,影响环境污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供一种手机充电线充电头的制造工艺,通过注塑工艺分别将充电线外部注塑硬质塑胶,得到内保护主体,再分两次注塑软质塑胶,得到外保护主体,上述加工工艺生产连接生产充电线和充电头,这样完整的充电线头一体成型了,非常的方便,快速,节省了普通充电线人工装配的环节,省时省力,提高工作效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种手机充电线充电头,包括插头和充电导线,所述插头与充电导线焊接连接,所述充电导线外部套设有内保护主体,所述内保护主体靠近插头的一端固定连接有限位卡台,所述内保护主体外部套设有外保护主体;
外保护主体包括两个半保护套,两个所述半保护套相对设置,且两个所述半保护套的相对端面均上设有充电导线放置半槽。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述充电导线具体为经拉丝工艺制备而成的铜线。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述内保护主体和限位卡台均由硬质塑胶材料制成,所述内保护主体与限位卡台一体化成型。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述外保护主体由软质塑胶制成,所述外保护主体一端延伸至限位卡台外部将限位卡台包裹。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述充电导线放置半槽两侧设有多个定位孔,多个所述定位孔沿充电导线放置半槽均匀分布。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述外保护主体靠近插头的一端设置为折弯状,另一端设置为鱼钩状,所述外保护主体鱼钩状的部位顶端一侧一体化设置有收线挡板,所述收线挡板一端延伸至鱼钩状的外保护主体内侧,且外保护主体之间留有间隙,用于穿过充电线,所述充电线一端贯穿外保护主体延伸至外保护主体外部,且与外保护主体的连接处设有保护台,所述收线挡板和保护台也分为相对的两部分,且分别与两个半保护套一体化成型。
一种手机充电线充电头的制造工艺,具体加工步骤如下:
S1、首先将插头与充电导线焊接连接为一体;
S2、将步骤S1中焊接后的充电导线放入注塑机模具里面,注入调制好的硬质塑胶料,得到充电头半成品;
S3、将步骤S2中注好硬质塑胶的充电头半成品放入另外一台注塑机的模具内,先注入一半软质塑胶,再将插头与充电导线定型;
S4、最后,将步骤S3中定好型的产品放入另外一台注塑机模具内,注入另外一半的软质塑胶,定型后得到充电线和充电头成品。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述步骤S中,采用硬质塑胶料注塑成型后,得到内保护主体和限位卡台,且内保护主体和限位卡台包裹住充电导线和插头。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述步骤S3中,通过注入一半软质塑胶能够得到一个半保护套,并且半保护套与充电导线的接触面上形成充电导线放置半槽,充电导线嵌入充电导线放置半槽内部。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述步骤S3中,在通过软质塑胶进行注塑时,注塑上模具上设置用于加工定位孔的凸头,从而在注塑成型后的半保护套顶部表面上充电导线放置半槽的两侧形成定位孔。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、本发明通过内保护主体与限位卡台一体化成型,并采用硬质塑胶灌注将充电导线包裹,大大的增强了插头与充电导线的稳固性和牢固性,使充电头不易发生变形、断裂,提供安全和使用寿命;通过外保护主体由两个半保护套组成,且加工时采用软质塑胶分两次注塑成型,能够在内保护主体将充电导线和插头端部包裹的情况下,对其进行再一次包裹,使整个充电线和充电头连接更加稳固,整体结构采用一体式制造工艺和方法,加工非常的方便,快速,节省了普通充电线人工装配的环节,省时省力,提高工作效率,并且可以大大的提高产品的质量、寿命和安全性,并且可以有效的减少环境污染和增加产品的市场竞争力度;
2、通过在插头的一端设置限位卡台,与现有市面上充电线头端面为直切面的充电头相比,与手机相连接时更加紧固,避免发生充电接触不良、充电缓慢等问题;
3、充电导线具体为经拉丝工艺制备而成的铜线,当其外加软质塑胶一体注塑成型后,可增加左右上下摇摆的韧度,从而达到抗破坏的效果,更加耐用,更加适合公共场所的手机共享充电设备的充电线;
4、通过外保护主体底端设置为鱼钩状,且配合收线挡板实用,能够方便将过长的充电线收卷缠绕至外保护主体鱼钩状的部位,使用非常方便,且端部保护台的设置,能够便于充电线的折弯收卷等,使折弯处不易断裂,整个外保护主体与收线挡板和保护台一体化成型,结构简单,加工方便。

实施方式具体为:因为市面的充电线头端面为直切面(见图4所示),当手机带有保护外套的时候,普通的充电头因为外壳的厚度顶住了充电头主体部位,往往充电头插不进去或者插不紧,导致充电接触不良、充电缓慢,因此本发明通过在插头1的一端设置限位卡台4,能够解决此问题。
所述内保护主体3和限位卡台4均由硬质塑胶材料制成,所述内保护主体3与限位卡台4一体化成型,通过采用硬质塑胶灌注,大大的增强了插头1与充电导线2的稳固性和牢固性,使充电头不易发生变形、断裂,提供安全和使用寿命。
所述外保护主体5由软质塑胶制成,所述外保护主体5一端延伸至限位卡台4外部将限位卡台4包裹,让使用者使用更加方便舒适,手感更好。

如图1和图3所示,所述外保护主体5靠近插头1的一端设置为折弯状,另一端设置为鱼钩状,所述外保护主体5鱼钩状的部位顶端一侧一体化设置有收线挡板54,所述收线挡板54一端延伸至鱼钩状的外保护主体5内侧,且外保护主体5之间留有间隙,用于穿过充电线,所述充电线一端贯穿外保护主体5延伸至外保护主体5外部,且与外保护主体5的连接处设有保护台55,所述收线挡板54和保护台55也分为相对的两部分,且分别与两个半保护套51一体化成型。
实施方式具体为:通过外保护主体5底端设置为鱼钩状,且配合收线挡板54实用,能够方便将过长的充电线收卷缠绕至外保护主体5鱼钩状的部位,使用非常方便,且端部保护台55的设置,能够便于充电线的折弯收卷等,使折弯处不易断裂,整个外保护主体5与收线挡板54和保护台55一体化成型,结构简单,加工方便。
一种手机充电线充电头的制造工艺,具体加工步骤如下:
S1、首先将插头1与充电导线2焊接连接为一体;
S2、将步骤S1中焊接后的充电导线2放入注塑机模具里面,注入调制好的硬质塑胶料,采用硬质塑胶料注塑成型后,得到内保护主体3和限位卡台4,且内保护主体3和限位卡台4包裹住充电导线2和插头1,即得到充电头半成品;
S3、将步骤S2中注好硬质塑胶的充电头半成品放入另外一台注塑机的模具内,先注入一半软质塑胶,再将插头1与充电导线2定型,通过注入一半软质塑胶能够得到一个半保护套51,并且半保护套51与充电导线2的接触面上形成充电导线放置半槽52,充电导线2嵌入充电导线放置半槽52内部;另外,在通过软质塑胶进行注塑时,注塑上模具上设置用于加工定位孔53的凸头,从而在注塑成型后的半保护套51顶部表面上充电导线放置半槽52的两侧形成定位孔53;
S4、最后,将步骤S3中定好型的产品放入另外一台注塑机模具内,注入另外一半的软质塑胶,定型后得到充电线和充电头成品。
实施方式具体为:通过注塑工艺分别将充电线外部注塑硬质塑胶,得到内保护主体3,再分两次注塑软质塑胶,得到外保护主体5,上述加工工艺生产连接生产充电线和充电头,这样完整的充电线头一体成型了,非常的方便,快速,节省了普通充电线人工装配的环节,省时省力,提高工作效率。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机充电线充电头,其特征在于:所述外保护主体(5)靠近插头(1)的一端设置为折弯状,另一端设置为鱼钩状,所述外保护主体(5)鱼钩状的部位顶端一侧一体化设置有收线挡板(54),所述收线挡板(54)一端延伸至鱼钩状的外保护主体(5)内侧,且外保护主体(5)之间留有间隙,用于穿过充电线,所述充电线一端贯穿外保护主体(5)延伸至外保护主体(5)外部,且与外保护主体(5)的连接处设有保护台(55),所述收线挡板(54)和保护台(55)也分为相对的两部分,且分别与两个半保护套(51)一体化成型。
7.一种手机充电线充电头的制造工艺,其特征在于:具体加工步骤如下:
S1、首先将插头(1)与充电导线(2)焊接连接为一体;
S2、将步骤S1中焊接后的充电导线(2)放入注塑机模具里面,注入调制好的硬质塑胶料,得到充电头半成品;
S3、将步骤S2中注好硬质塑胶的充电头半成品放入另外一台注塑机的模具内,先注入一半软质塑胶,再将插头(1)与充电导线(2)定型;
S4、最后,将步骤S3中定好型的产品放入另外一台注塑机模具内,注入另外一半的软质塑胶,定型后得到充电线和充电头成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种手机充电线充电头的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,采用硬质塑胶料注塑成型后,得到内保护主体(3)和限位卡台(4),且内保护主体(3)和限位卡台(4)包裹住充电导线(2)和插头(1)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种手机充电线充电头的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,通过注入一半软质塑胶能够得到一个半保护套(51),并且半保护套(51)与充电导线(2)的接触面上形成充电导线放置半槽(52),充电导线(2)嵌入充电导线放置半槽(52)内部。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种手机充电线充电头的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,在通过软质塑胶进行注塑时,注塑上模具上设置用于加工定位孔(53)的凸头,从而在注塑成型后的半保护套(51)顶部表面上充电导线放置半槽(52)的两侧形成定位孔(53)。
