Abstract
一种产妇营养保健品及其生产工艺,涉及食品
类。本发明原料组成为,龙眼、当归、黄芪、莲子、牡
蛎、紫菜、核桃仁,然后加入二价铁及二价锌,加工工
艺为首先将核桃仁加水粉碎,用胶体磨至少磨2次并
甩去杂质,形成混悬液,将当归、黄芪、龙眼肉、牡蛎、
紫菜、莲子分别加10倍量、8倍量水煮提2次并过滤
混合,然后加入核桃仁混悬液,混合均匀并浓缩至比
重为1.0-1.2的稠液,最后加入调味添加剂,喷雾干
燥制粒并过20目筛。
Description
本发明属于食品类,具体地说是一种产妇营养保健品及其生产工艺。
众所周知,母乳中含有婴儿生长发育必需的各种营养素,由于乳汁中全部营养成份来自母体,因此乳母膳食必须含有充足的营养素,才能维持乳汁的质和量,保证婴儿发育的需要。为了补充乳母的营养需要,通常向乳母的膳食中加入离子铁或锌、碘、钙等,但这仍不满足乳母这一特定生理时期对均衡营养的需求。
本发明目的在于,提供一种可满足乳母和婴儿身体健康发育所需全面、均衡营养素的产妇营养保健品及该产品的生产工艺。
本发明可通过如下措施来实现:本发明原料组成的重量份为:龙眼肉13—15份、当归9—10份、黄芪9—10份、莲子9—11份、牡蛎8—10份、紫菜8—10份、核桃仁13—15份,然后加入上述组份总重量的0.020%—0.024%的二价铁及0.016%—0.020%的二价锌;本发明的生产工艺是:
a、将核桃仁加水粉碎,然后用胶体磨至少磨二次并甩去杂质,形成混悬液,
b、当归、黄芪、龙眼肉、牡蛎、紫菜、莲子分别加10倍量、8倍量水煮提2次,过滤混合,
c、将核桃仁混悬液与过程b提取的滤液混合均匀,并浓缩至比重为1.0-1.2的稠液,然后加入二价铁和二价锌并滤去杂质,
d、加入调味添加剂混合均匀,喷雾干燥制粒,过20目筛形成颗粒状。
本发明产妇营养保健品含有乳母、婴儿所需的多种营养素,营养量均衡,且脂肪含量和热量值低,可保证营养元素在体内被有效地吸收利用。
下面通过实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述。
实施例一:将龙眼肉13克、黄芪9克、莲子9克、牡蛎8克、紫菜8克分别加10倍量、8倍量水煮提2次,时间分别为2小时和1.5小时,过滤混合。然后将核桃仁13克加水粉碎,并用胶体磨至少磨2次,甩去杂质后形成混悬液,该混悬液加入到上述加工步骤所提取的药液中,混合均匀、过滤,并加温浓缩使其比重为1.0,再分别加入13.8毫克、1.10毫克的二价有机铁和二价有机锌,在均质机中将其混合均匀并滤去杂质,最后与山药粉、糖豆浆、香精等食料添加剂混合均匀,喷雾干燥制粒、过20目筛,从而生产出本发明颗粒状产妇营养保健品。
本发明还可通过附表所列数据实施
其中,比重是指:当归、黄芪、龙眼肉、牡蛎、紫菜、莲子所提取的药液与核桃仁混悬液混合并浓缩后的比重,比重单位为kg/m3,Fe++Zn++单位为mg,余者单位为g,加工工艺与本发明实施例一相同,这里不再赘述。
本发明所使用的中草药能预防乳母产后体虚、贫血和乳汁分泌不足,加快脂肪转化,迅速恢复体形,预防产后色素沉着。所含海洋生物碘、Fe、Zn、活性钙等,在肠胃内吸收利用率高,防止新生儿营养不良。
Claims (2)
1、一种产妇营养保健品,其特征在于原料组成的重量份为,龙眼肉13-15份、当归9-10份、黄芪9-10份、莲子9-11份、牡蛎8-10份、紫菜8-10份、核桃仁13-15份,然后加入上述组份总重量的0.020%-0.024%的二价铁及0.016%-0.020%的二价锌。
2、一种权利要求1所述产妇营养保健品的生产工艺,其特征在于,
a、将核桃仁加水粉碎,然后用胶体磨至少磨二次并甩去杂质,形成混悬液,
b、当归、黄芪、龙眼肉、牡蛎、紫菜、莲子分别加10倍量、8倍量水煮提2次,过滤混合,
c、将核桃仁混悬液与过程b提取的滤液混合均匀,并浓缩至比重为1.0-1.2的稠液,然后加入二价铁和二价锌并滤去杂质,
d、加入调味添加剂混合均匀,喷雾干燥制粒,过20目筛形成颗粒状。
