The invention provides the solution, and aims to improve the healing speed of the rubber tree after rubber extraction so as to prolong the service life of the rubber tree.
The embodiment of the invention provides a rubber mining method which is mainly used for mining natural rubber in a rubber tree.
With reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first embodiment of the glue-picking method of the invention is proposed, which comprises:
step S10, forming a plurality of counter bores 100 communicated with the milk tubes 01 on the tree surface of the rubber tree; the area of the opening of the counter bore 100 is smaller than or equal to a first preset value, and the counter bore 100 is provided with a flow guide part 101 which is inclined downwards from the milk pipe 01 to the opening direction;
the main structure of a rubber tree comprises a xylem located inside and a phloem located on the surface. The milk tube 01 (i.e., the screen of the rubber tree) is typically located within the phloem of the tree surface. First, the bast structure between the bark surface and the milk duct 01 can be removed and an opening is formed in the milk duct 01 by drilling, digging, scraping and other manual or equipment drilling methods to form the counter bore 100 communicated with the milk duct 01. Wherein, optionally, the cutting mode is adopted, the phloem is cut by the cutter for a plurality of times, and a thinner layer of bark is cut off each time until the breast duct 01 is cut and the breast duct 01 is broken. The bottom of the counterbore 100 is provided with a notch which is communicated with the milk tube 01, and the latex in the milk tube 01 can flow into the counterbore 100 through the notch.
The number of the counter bores 100 can be set according to requirements, and can be one, or a plurality of counter bores can be arranged at intervals at the same time. Specifically, along the height direction of the rubber tree, a plurality of counter bores 100 can be arranged on the tree surface of the rubber tree at intervals, so that the latex can flow out of the counter bores 100 and be collected. The number of the counter bores 100 in the height range of each meter is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, so that the influence of the excessive number of the counter bores 100 on the glue output amount of each counter bore 100 is avoided, and the glue output efficiency of the plurality of counter bores 100 during glue output is favorably ensured; on the other hand, the total area of the counter bore 100 can be ensured not to be too large, which is beneficial to the rapid healing of the rubber tree and improves the service life of the rubber tree. The specific numerical value of the preset threshold value can be set according to the specific rubber outlet characteristic of the rubber tree, the preset threshold value corresponding to the rubber tree with high rubber outlet efficiency can be larger, and the preset threshold value corresponding to the rubber tree with low rubber outlet efficiency can be smaller. In the present embodiment, the preset threshold may be specifically set to 37.
The flow guide part 101 is inclined downwards from the position where the bottom of the counter sink 100 is communicated with the breast duct 01 to the exposed surface of the tree, so that the latex in the breast duct 01 can automatically flow out without additional catalysis. The flow guiding portion 101 may be a flow guiding surface or a flow guiding groove. In order to collect the latex flowing out of the opening of the counterbore 100, the opening of the counterbore 100 is arranged in an inverted triangle shape (as shown in fig. 2) along the vertical direction, and the flow guide part 101 is a groove-shaped structure formed on the inner wall of the counterbore 100 and used for communicating the corner point of the opening of the counterbore 100 at the bottom with the communication opening of the milk tube 01.
In the present embodiment, the first preset value may be specifically 15.5cm2. That is, the open area of the counterbore 100 (referring to the area of the enclosed region enclosed by the curve pointed at A in FIG. 2) is less than or equal to 15.5cm2Specifically, the opening area may be 10.3cm2、5cm2、7.5cm2Etc. may be selected specifically according to the characteristics of the different trees, the size of the tool, etc. In other embodiments, the first preset value can also be set to 18cm2、20cm2Etc. may be specifically configured according to the characteristics of different rubber trees and different tapping devices.
Further, the area of the opening is greater than or equal to a second preset value, wherein the second preset value is smaller than the first preset value. This ensures that the opening of the counterbore 100 is not too small, thereby ensuring the glue dispensing efficiency of the counterbore 100. In the present embodiment, the second preset value is specifically 3.4cm2. In other embodiments, the second preset value can also be set to 2cm2、5cm2、7cm2And the special arrangement can be carried out according to the glue outlet characteristics of different rubber trees and different hole opening devices.
Step S20, mounting a latex collecting device 200 on the edge of the opening, and connecting with the flow guide 101 to collect the latex flowing out of the milk duct 01 and flowing to the latex collecting device 200 through the flow guide 101.
Specifically, the glue collecting device 200 is provided with a containing cavity for collecting the latex. In addition, the glue collecting device 200 is further provided with a glue receiving opening communicated with the accommodating cavity, the edge of the glue receiving opening abuts against the lower edge of the opening and is connected with the flow guide part 101, so that the latex can be guided to the glue receiving opening through the flow guide part 101 and enter the accommodating cavity through the glue receiving opening to be accumulated. When the latex is accumulated to a certain amount, the latex in the latex collecting device 200 can be taken out for further processing.

Specifically, when the planting type is a budded tree, the distance is determined within a distance range of [1.2mm, 1.8mm ]; when the planting type is a seedling tree, the distance is determined within a distance range of [1.6mm, 2.0mm ]. For example, where the planting type is a budded tree, the determined distance may be 1.3mm, 1.5mm, 1.7mm, etc.; when the planting type is a seedling tree, the determined distance may be 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 1.9mm, or the like.
Step S03, determining the depth of the counter bore 100 corresponding to the planting type according to the distance;
the phloem thickness of adult rubber trees is generally stabilized within a range of values. Therefore, the thickness of the phloem can be obtained empirically or by testing, etc., and the depth of the counterbore 100 can be obtained by subtracting the determined distance between the bottom and the xylem from the obtained thickness.
The counterbore 100 depth here refers to the distance between the edge of the opening of the counterbore 100 to the bottom of the counterbore 100.
The step of forming a plurality of counter bores 100 communicated with the milk tubes 01 on the surface of the rubber tree comprises the following steps:
and step S11, forming a plurality of counter bores 100 communicated with the milk tubes 01 on the tree surface of the rubber tree according to the depth.
And forming a counter bore 100 in the tree surface according to the depth.
In this embodiment, based on the different planting types of rubber tree, the allowed distance scope between different counter bore 100 bottoms that correspond and the xylem determines the degree of depth of counter bore 100 to carry out counter bore 100 according to the degree of depth of determining counter bore 100 and set up, can guarantee on the one hand that no matter what type of rubber tree, the setting up of counter bore 100 can not cause the damage to its xylem, further improves the life-span of rubber tree, and on the other hand can guarantee to have enough big communicating area between counter bore 100 and the milk pipe 01, with the play of guaranteeing counter bore 100 to glue efficiency.
